Need success stories..anyone with -HPT, but +Beta

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum. Very glad to have found it!! I'm hoping to hear of success stories about having a (-) HPT, and then get a (+) beta. I took a HPT yesterday but it was negative, my beta is Monday.

Looking for some hope....

sounds like it may be too soon to take and HPT if your beta is not until monday - how many days past transfer are you? was it a 3 day or 5 day?
hang in there! the 2ww is super tough!

Hi Loopie,

My ET was on Oct 7th, so that would be 10 days post transfer. I also had a 5 day...I didn't think it was too soon at this point. I thought that if it was going to be (+), it would be by now. I'm just feeling a little desperate...wish there were some more positive stories to help me along, but...really only Monday will tell.

Sandy, there have been a few people on here that had a BFN on their HPT all the way up to THE DAY BEFORE their beta and still had a positive beta.....Keep your hopes up and pray pray pray....

Got my BFN today. I wish it was different, but I was expecting it. Didn't help much tho Just trying to look forward to the next time....if I can do it. Going to take some time off, at least a couple months to decide if physically and emotionally I can do this again.

Sandy - I am sorry to hear about your BFN. I know it sucks. Been there done that. It is so hard sometimes. I think you have a good mind set. Just take some time off to get your brain and your body back to normal. Wishing you the best for the future.
