Can anyone post success stories with day 5 transfer. I am currently on Day 3 of my 2ww and am already going nuts...maybe once I go back to work I will stop obsessing.
I transferred 3 blasts on Wed. and I am praying...any stories of hope would help so much!
Thanks!

I transferred two day 5 blasts and now have a one month old son. Blasts are supposed to be much more successful than three day embryos, so keep your hopes up!
Hi, I transferred two 5 day blastocysts on my first ivf attempt (I had tried clomiphene and IUI but no positive results), and my twin boys are going to be one month old next wednesday... Hope you will have your baby in your arms very soon
Hey Snapper: You and I are simular in all this. I'm 29 with no obvious problems and my husband has a low count. I also transfered 3 day 5 blast and am currently pregnany with boy/girl twins. Do you know what kind of quality your embryo's where?
Mine where as follows: 2 AA and 1 AB. The two AA's where hatching at the time of transfer and the AB was just behind that.
Well, keep us posted and lot of baby dust!!!!!!
We transferred 3 grade A embryos...the way they described it, one was an amazing A, one was a typical A, and one was an A that was about 4 hours behind...I'm hoping and hoping. I'm only 2 days post transfer and experiencing some cramping and I'm really starting to get scared.

I'm not going to ask you to relax, because I know those words get to be annoying after a while, BUT, I'm going to tell you that cramping is pretty normal, it could be from the progesterone, implantation, the procedure, etc. Just know that you're not the only one. I had cramping too, I just tried to keep my tommy warm with blankets (don't put any heat, it's not recommended, just a thick blanket).
I did have a success with 2 frozen blasts. Best wishes to you in your journey, and I'm sending you lots of baby dust Oh! keep yourself really hydrated and eat lots of protein.

We put back two 5 day blastcyst 3 years ago and now have a beautiful 2 year-old. We then had a FET using our remaining blastcyst and had our precious twins this Feb. So, blastcysts are very strong and stand excellent chance of surviving. Good luck to you!!

Natural Pregnancy!! Baby due May 09!
We transferred 2 good quality blasts last November and got BFP but miscarried.
5 months later we thawed and transfered the 4 remaining blasts we had, 2 survived the thaw really well and 2 were just OK looking. Now our little one is due in 9 weeks.
Good luck!
