Karen,

That is great news! Can you take time off from work and put your feet up for now. Are they giving you special instructions because of the bleed. Definitely take it easy. We need that little one to STICK TIGHT!

Karen, I'm so happy to see everything is ok.
ManitouBaby, congrats on your transfer, wishing you a BFP.
Kas101, I had blood test on the 6th day in 2ww of my previous cycle. I don't remember the numbers, but it was high because that was a fresh cycle. This time I have an FET, Levels were very low.
Ist b/w estrogen 110 and prog 7.7 after increasing medications 2nd b/w 220 and 14
JDC, praying for you.
JennJenn, good luck, Congrats on your ET. Wishing you a BFP.
Lynnie, congrats on your climbing numbers.

about me, finally i'm finishing my 2ww tomorrow 18. 13 hours left for my b/w. I'll get the results in the afternoon. As my husband is out of the country I want to receive the news myself. I can't hear a BFN alone, so I took a day off.
Yesterday I forgot to put my 3rd endomertrin insert. I got up 4 hours late, immediately I used the tablet. After that I had severe cramps in the lower abdomen, I went bathroom mutiple times to check if it is an AF. Cramps stopped today noon.
I don't have any symptoms. Wish me all the good luck. Thanks for your support.

Lynnie Thanks for some cheerleading there.... I am 11dpo today, so not too long to go, but i know i dont 'feel' pregnant. Obviously i have never been pregnant, but some people seem to have some kind of 'sense' about it. Maybe i'm not so intuitive? I would just love a few signs.....

To Have Fun When i posted about the date, it wasnt aimed at you :) i got mixed up myself as someone asked me when my beta was and i said the 24th. Well after i posted, thought, hold on, no it isnt !!! so i just wrote that to correct MY mistake!!! ALL i know is its Tues, and i know its the same day you go to your appointment OMG i'm so confused (see how the 2ww has slowly scrambled all my thought processes  )

Detroit Good luck for your beta tomorrow i really hope you get that good news!!!!! I'm sure the endometrin situation would be fine as sometimes people only take one or two a day, so being late with a dose i'm sure is fine.
Please let us know how you get on, i will be thinking about you tomorrow and really hoping you get this BFP

I am the queen of feeling pregnant, though not this time. I can say I feel pregnant down at 22 DPO but barely.

At 11 DPO I felt NOTHING!

Heh...so just went back to read all your retrieval/fert information. I just can not keep up with this thread! LOL!

Wow, 4 grade 1s is awesome!!!! I did notice you said your butt cheek hurt from injections. My PIO injections are done higher up on my hip...are you doing a different kind of shot. I only ask cause I had been injecting mine way too low and had a friend's hubby show me where they were supposed to go. She modeled for me while he pretended to inject. My DH and I were on opposites sides of the country when I first started injections so I have always done my own. Ok, enough, just wanted to check to make sure yours were going in the right spot. Yep, being a mommy already! Silly me!

Now Kas your are confusing me and I am not even in the 2ww. I think we have it straight now. I don't know why I was thinking your Beta was on Christamas Eve. Who knows, the schedule is now correct.

this is are first time doing this. we started with are meds back in Nov. and did the transfer on 12-7-08. As we went back to do the transfer we were told are embryo's were a-1's. they said they were great. we had 2 embryo's transfered. we do not go back until 12-24-08 for the test. a long wait..... we tried a test and got nothing. does that mean anything?

berning2005 - If you didn't get anything, it was probably a faulty test. Good luck on your Beta next week. Will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Lynnie I was pleased with the grade of my embies thats for sure, but last time, i transferred 3 (2 of which were 'perfect' and one grade 2) so my RE thinks i have my problems at implantation. Therefore this time i am also injecting 40mg of Lovenox daily. Its a subQ in the stomach so not too bad but it does sting like a b*tch let me tell you, and of course being a bood thinner, my stomach is purple!!!

Thanks for the input on the PIO - you are spot on as when i went in for my bloods on Tuesday i mentioned the problems i was having with the PIO and they drew me some targets. Well it seems we have been aiming way too low and putting it in the meaty part of my butt, not really near my hip at all. Last nights shot in the hip area was actually the best one yet so i'm hoping i may have solved that problem!!!!

So now i'm 12DPO and this morning i got a few AF cramps. If it had been last week would have been excitied and thought 'implantation' but now it seems unlikely. BUT i'm pleased that you didnt feel anything as that gives me hope as SO many people reel off a whole list of classic symptoms.

Kas101 - Don't worry too much about the AF cramps. I know we stress about every little ache and pain in the 2ww. Remember that the PIO mimics both PG symptoms and AF symptoms. Praying for your BFP!!!!

And for the first time in my life , with all the blessings from everyone I got a BFP !!! . First I called my DH , he is at work late night, was so excited. Then I called my mom, I could here her thanks to god. Then you guys.

I'm so thankful to god, for giving something I thought I may never get.
I know I'm only at the first step and a lot to go. But strongly believe in trying our best on what we want.

Nurse told me the follow
hcg : 205, estrogen : 216, prog : 11.6.
To take extreme care and follow all medications strictly.
I have another b/w on 12/20. I'll update you soon.

Thanks for all your support and wishes.
