going mad

I had ivf end of march. positive then negative urine tests. then was sick for a month, acid reflux, feeling faint, heartburn and extreme tiredness, put it down to hormone tablets took a blood test was negative, got Lanzaprazole for a month for acid reflux and accepted definetley not pregnant and tried to get on with my life then 2 months ago my belly grew into pregnant looking belly and started feeling sick and nausius everyday, had dull back ache for months, mood swings, twitches, pulling on my groin, can feel movement in my tummy. i went back to doctor 2 weeks ago, they did more blood tests, for pregnancy, ovarian cancer, menopause etc and got the results today all negative. i have had a period throughout it is short only 2 days long and coming more soon every 23 days approx. I am going mad, think the doctor thinks i am mad 2. My friends all think i look pregnant. i have to go for an ultrasound on tuesday. i feel lots movement in my tummy. doctor gave me medication today for my bowels and diazepam for anxiety. any advice. hmmmmmmm
