Sharon G's C-Section

Post by sharon »

Just to keep you all posted Sharon is booked for her c-section to deliver her twins today but due to the hospital having three emergency c-sections already she is still waiting though they have promised it will be today...

She has had to stay in hospital for the last couple of days as when she saw her midwife on Tuesday she had protein in her urine and some was found in her blood so they have been keeping an eye on her....

We are waiting for the phone call to say she is going down to the delivery suite but we may be waiting a few more hours yet...

I will keep you posted....

Hope you are all ok....

Love from Sharon's sister Natalie.xxxxx

Just to let you all know that Sharon has had her beautiful twins this afternoon after a long wait.....

Harvey Thomas was born at 3.28pm at 6 lb 10 oz and Lily Bo was born two minutes later at 6 lb 11 oz. I have just got back from the hospital and they are sooooo beautiful.....absolutely perfect and I think Sharon is still in shock at how lucky she is....

Sharon had a rough time of it and looks very peaky she lost 2 1/2 pints of blood and so is having to have a blood transfusion.

So the moral to this story is no matter what lfe throws at you just keep going because one day you will get to whre you wanted to be and the journey will be a distant memory....

Dreams do come true......

Love from Auntie NAtalie.xxxxxx :D :D :D :D

Tracey,

I know Sharon drank LOTS and LOTS of Milk...she hates the stufff but managed to force it down for the sake of the babies!

She also ate lot and lots in the first few months with lots of fresh fruit and veg...

To be honest I think she has been given some really good advice from this website and using this advice she has made sure those babies were given the best start...

She has been breast-feedong the pair of them and said it isn't as hard as she thought!!!

She is feeling a lot better after being given two lots of blood so hopefully it won't be long before she can log on and tell you her secrets herself!!!

Am off to the hospital later and so I will pass on your congratulations to her..

Good luck all you mummy's to be....It'll be worth the wait...
