July 2010 Babies

Kala Thanks for making the list. My EDD has been changed to July 4th FYI. I too am sick all the time. I have only thrown up once, but have to hold it back all day. Yesturday at the store, I almost lost it.

Iamhopeful We are telling the family on Thanksgiving since everyone will be together. RE said that sounded good timing wise. I have had 3 u/s so far. I was relesed from my RE and see the OB on Dec.1 for another u/s. That will be that last one till 20 wks in February. We are going to my sister-in-laws for Thanksgiving. I hope I can make it through the day. I am so tired and so sick.

I think my kids think I have a terminal disease. I will be so glad to tell them the truth. We are telling them Wednesday night, so they don't have to keep it secret too long. My DH has told them not to come near me so many times, since they are so rough. They also know my tummy hurts all the time too. I'm just the sickly mom right now.

I am so glad that we are all coming back over here to the July board eventhough my first set of twins were also due in July and were born in April. I am hoping to last longer this time. I am going for my 4th ultrasound tomorrow. I hope the babies have grown. Last time they both measured exactly 6 weeks eventhough I was 6w4d. Tomorrow I will be 7w5d so hopefully they will measure at least 7w1d.

My edd is 8 July 2010 and my first name is Becky.

Well I had my u/s today. Both babies were doing good. I am 7w5d today and one measured 7w5d and the other measured 7w3d. Last time they were both 4 days behind so they have really grown. I will be seeing my RE for at least 2 more weeks.

I bought me some maternity clothes (pants and panties and a couple of shirts)

Hello to all my old friends from the Sept/Oct thread!
I just got my beta back today.... I'm PREGNANT!!!
My beta came back at 726!!!

I did a pregnancy calculator and I think my due date is going to be early August, but I just wanted to pop in and say hello to all of you.

Hi ladies, I'm SO excited to be posting to this board!!:):) Lisa10, thanks for suggesting it! So after driving many ppl nuts w/ my worries on the IVF board, I've finally graduated to OB after 2 u/s w/ my RE. I've actually opted to visit her a couple of more times before week 10 anyways for some extra peace of mind since our insurance covers the visits until then.

Anyways, we found out that its twins:):) We are obviously over the moon but very causiously optimisic since I see there are so many complications associated w/ multiples.

Bjones22, I'm so glad to see someone else preggers w/ twins and seeing that you've been through this before maybe you wouldn't mind giving me some pointers? I'm especially worried since I'm not underweight but on the skinny side...5'4''/ 105lbs. I've been trying to eat more and gain weight but a couple of bites make me so full I feel like I'm gonna blow up!
Any advice would be great!

Anyways, congrats to you all and I hope we'll have a happy and healthy 9 month journey here sharing our experiences!

So we told the family and the kids about the baby. My kids are so happy. They have been making cards and pictures for the baby for 2 days now. My mom was giddy.

Then today I had a little scare. I had some light spotting when I went to the washroom. No cramping or anything else. I called the RE anyway, even though I have already been released from them. They said not to worry at all, it could be from weaning off the PIO's. It wasn't much and now stopped. I am still sitting back all day and relaxing as much as possible.

lisa thanks! WOW! I thought my 1st beta was high! Is your RE thinking multiples too? I have my 1st u/s on the 1st too. I'm dying to know how many took. We put 3 back in so who knows!

How many did you put back in?

teachermom I am having 1! We only put 1 in, but the nurse and RE suspected it could have spilt into 2 due to the high beta. But I have had three u/s and it is only 1 for sure. We have 2 kids already and got stuck trying for #3. We we trying for #3 not #3 and #4, but would have taken it if that's what God gave us. However, the twins dividing from 1 embie can be very high risk since they share a sac, so I am glad that didn't happen.

I go to the OB on Tuesday also and will get my next u/s. That will be it for me until the 20 wk one. Good luck to you on Tuesday. I really am so happy to see you over here after all you had to go through in this process.
