thanks for all the support - you all are right. I need some "me" time. mommy-wife-employee-daughter-sister-guilt is getting the best of me! and those evil bcps do not help (and i bet the lupron isn't helping much at the point either! ) the good news is that the bcps are all gone! i'm already starting to feel the pangs of AF - which is expected on Wednesday. well, guess I better get some work done... but it's way more fun to post glitter to you all than do real, actual work. ick.

What did your RE say about your bloodwork? did AF finally show up?

Chris -That IS early. I wonder if maybe the nurse made a mistake on the dates? I cant figure why so early? Still crossed for you for Wed!

Claudia -Since my RE is being so generous, I dont want to look a gift horse in the mouth and call over there. He said he'll thaw all 4, so maybe they're all togerther? I thought they froze by 2's but I'm not sure.
Maybe he doesnt expect all 4 to survive the thaw? I have lots of question for him Thursday morning. Can they refreeze 2 if all 4 are good? sigh
So many questions! maybe he's thinking to transfer 3 because I'm 40?
I could go on and on.... Yes, PIO -oh joy! even sitting on a heating pad for 20 minutes last night and I still have a small lump already - And I did a firm massage for at least 10 min -FUN, just lots of fun - xoxo

Latrell -No, its better to start over fresh, your E2 levels have to rise consistantly to ensure mature eggs. Hey, I forgot to ask you, how did your formal ball go? Ahhh a formal ball - how much fun does that sound?

just a quick note to let you all know I got the call and it's over. BFN. I'm pretty devastated but at work so doing my damnest just to plow through. I can't let it out or it won't stop.

DH and I started the grieving process last night when I did my last test. I don't want to say anymore or it will all come up.

Thanks everyone for having me in your thoughts even for a second. I really really appreciate it. this is the end of our journey to conceive naturally and I am going to stop now because the tears are coming!

I will check back in with everyone's progress before I leave town on Friday, I promise.

Do what you need to do to distract yourself or just be sad for as long as you need. You've been a great source of support and I really wish things had worked out this cycle.

Katie: My ball is Thursday. I haven't been in BDUs since the birth of my daughter in 2002! Hubby wears them everyday tho! LOL I can't wait to dress up. This our first formal and we've been married almost 9 years..been in 14. So we are excited. I will have to send out a pic of us! Thanks for updating me...hopefully AF will come on time since I'm talking nice about her!

First of all - what the heck is happening? Heather and Beth I am so sorry about your BFNs today. I know I wasn't around this weekend so tonight I plan to catch up. It just seems like the past few days have been brutal.

To that end, my news is extremely bittersweet. I kind of liken it to survivor's guilt. After missing my nurse's call and then waiting 3 more hours, I got THE call. I am a BFP. Beta was 1580 which really floored me. I guess I'm not totally shocked since I was testing positive almost a week ago.

I am really happy and excited but of course proceeding with caution because I know nothing is definite until an u/s and even then things can happen. I go back in on Thursday for a second beta and they will of course be looking for the number to at least double. She wouldn't give her opinion about multiples but I'm kind of thinking it could be twins. My u/s will probably be the w/o 2/15.

God, I hate to have this news during what is an emotional time for so many of you. I can only hope I have started a trend of sorts.

Really quickly, to Sam (beta tomorrow), Katie and Claudia (FETs this week) good luck! Hopefully I will be back on tonight to do more personals.

well again another quick post. I had my ET today....very confusing. But basically my center's criteria is that you need at least 3 "B" quality to culture out to day 3....I only had 2....so they felt it was best to transfer them ASAP. So we transferred 2 "B" quality. I am not very optimistic....and very disappointed with this cycle. Before they coudl do the ET they gave me an u/s b/c I am still in so much pain. They wanted to rule out a bleed etc....everything is ok, they are unsure why I am in so much pain.

Anyways, I still have 7 left but they are between 3-4 cell "C" quality. 6 have Fair symmetry....1 is poor. So it appear we have a quality issue. unsure why. i keep wondering how we lucked out with my son b/c nothing seems to be working. Anyways, beta is 2/15 but again, I know my chances are slim. I will catch upon personal's later.
