Natural or Mini/Micro IVF cycle

I have been looking and educating myself on IVF for about a year now. My husband had a vasectomy reversal and his semen analysis isn't good. We've tried for 2 years including 4 rounds or IUI with and without chlomid. I've seen a Reproductive specialist who suggested IVF with ICSI. I believe that we could do natural or mini IVF due to the fact i'm a healthy, young, and ovulate regularly. I wanted to know if anyone has tried it? How much? A Referral? Really any info would be good. Thanks so much!
