My beta 13dpo was 45.8 and 15dpo is 74.3. Needless to say it didn't double. I go back for another test in two days. What is the likelihood it will double?

By the way, doubling is nice, but a better rule is a factor of 1.6. Yours meets that criteria. Your values are high enough for the stage of development, and that is good news.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
