Ghost - what's the latest on bedrest. I will only be able to bedrest the day of transfer and that night. afterwards i have to go back to work.
it seems less and less clinics require bedrest - just from what i can tell on this forum. does this seem to be the case for you too?

The studies I've seen found no benefit from extended bedrest. My clinic requires little bedrest, less than you have planned.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
My clinic requires 3 complete days of bedrest, and it is horrible!!! To me, it is the single worst physical part of IVF. We will soon be tring for number two and I am secretly hoping they have changed their recommendations since I last cycled a couple of years ago .
I have heard many ladies say their clinic does not require any, or not much. Just don't overwork yourself, and you will be fine! Remember most people don't even know they are pregnant or potentially pregnant. Good luck to you!!!
After 7 attempts (2 negatives/3 miscarriages), we have TWO miracle boys!! If you would like to hear our story, please visit http://www.ivfsuccessstories.info. Never give up, it can happen for you!!

I've heard embryo transfers described as putting a piece of dust into a peanut butter sandwich -- no way that's going to "fall out"!
Thanks, Leora! I am super excited about your pregnancy! I can't wait for your U/S!!
