Kerpupples,
I'm sorry to hear about your father-in-law passing away, hold dh tight he's precious cargo, and let him know everyone here is praying for him and the family. I've been thinking about you too over your birthday, it was last Friday bittersweet I know. Anyway I hope you and your LOs continue thriving, thanks for keeping us posted over here.

AFM: Belles usually would be in school at this hour but her mom decided not today she was sick with a sinus infection and she had been coughing pretty bad. Later that morning they decided let's call Christy and make it a "Girl's Day Out". So I met AnnaBelle and Sara at the Olive Garden for lunch, a pure treat! We ordered the 12.99 special that comes with soup or salad of course, main meal and dessert. Of course we had to order some appetizers with a glass of wine too...with much catching up to do! I smiled over her way as she was nibbling on a chicken finger and asked how was 5th grade going and she told me straight A's again in all her classes, I said keep this up and you'll have a full paid scholarship. I told Sara all about our upcoming IVF treatment and she said you know there is a new clinic opening in Dothan that is looking for IVF candidates and she couldn't tell me the name of the clinic since it was sometime back in November when she heard about it, but will send me in link. THe way she told me was they are looking for candidates for experimental purposes...I'm intrigued but at the same time also know anything free or almost free is usually too good to be true so will have to look into this a little more. Anyway after lunch, we headed over to Hobby Lobby where we lost complete track of time in there! :D We found some cute ideas to redesign AnnaBelle's room in Paris theme motif in hot pink, black and white. We learned it's cheaper to purchase a comforter then try to make one, I felt sorry for the associate that had cut all that fabric. But we're making the throw pillows, the curtains, and redesigning a lampshade. We're going to paint her room pink and use a "wall stick-on" of the Eiffel Tower. This afternoon I'm going to try to stop in some antique/consignment shops to find a little chandelier, maybe a headboard- I did find her a black and white duvet online for $49 bucks and thinking a set of hot pink sheets would look great lol I can get so carried away...You can see why I really need a little girl of my own, but anyway I would adopt her in a heartbeat, maybe secretly I already have? Her mom says she loves spending time with me, it's so obvious she'll always hold a piece of my heart. :D

Hello ladies, sorry I didnt post last night, I had a horrible headache

Maria: how was work yesterday? And was the nausea any better at all?

Christy: thank you. :D i have fertility Accupuncture three times a month so have another session on wed, should have been today but af was two days late so the timing of the Accupuncture had to move too. Beles is just so cute isnt she?! Wiill you be able to meet up?

Nicole: I'll bet it wasnt nice when your asperger's students attacked you!! How are you feeling? Are your internal tremors ms related? Loved the viagra story!!

Always: I can only imagine! How is your re about it?

Gina: I hope your niece does well and its very nice of you to be so kind about her because I know she has hurt you

Ker: im really sorry to hear about your father-in-law.im glad the travel didnt cause any bleeding?

Adkelp: yay for Monday!!

Afm: af came late last night so rang clinic this morning and all scheduled in. Excitingly they now have their license for 5 day transfer of blasts. It was always a concern of mine they didnt have it. We have to meet them on feb 28 to sign consents and talk through criteria. Last time I dont think our guys would have made it to 5 day. Has anyone had experience of one cycle not making it to 5 day due to fragmentation and another cycle being better? Also they insisted on asking about weight. Now im three kgs/6lbs off it but I lied and said I was there! Now im dreading they will weigh me on the 28th when they meet us! Im going to do a 10 day blitz from Monday to try li,e help to get it down but im away for a couple of days on the 23rd feb which is not good timing!! I feel like im 10 years old!!!

Ninde,
I almost fell out of my chair laughing with you at feeling like ten yrs old! What did we tell you about this lol...they are going to weigh you in on the 28th, you know so much can happen until then but promise me you won't starve yourself, pleeease! I'm a bit concerned that starving can tend to make us fussy uncivilized beings, well dh better watch out anyway! On a positive note, I'm glad AF came and you can get this cycle going!

Christy- Sounds like a lovely day you had with them!! That is why I need a little girl too. Dh finally got me liking pink when he bought me my first coach and Vera purse. Now I have other pink things. Little girl dresses and outfits are too cute! They have the cutest German dresses too. I so need a girl! :) I have family in Dothan last name is Rich, they are cousins of ours. I LOVED going there as a child and stopping at houses for some fresh veggies! :) Her husband passed away a few years ago but my parents still drive down and visit. She occasionally makes muscedine wine. They love the circle grill there also. It's outside of Dothan I think......can't remember been too long. They have the biggest shrimp! It's so good but been too long since I've been. It's a run down looking building on the outside but not inside of course. Another cousin moved there with her husband and son. She loves that area.

Gina, sounds like you have alot of warm memories in Dothan, I've always wanted to see the Peanut Festival. When my brother was competing in the Ironman 2010, his best friend came down to surprise him and texted me on the way since it's a rather boring drive on Hwy 321 but the Peanut Festival in Dothan was in notion so I had to ask him to stop by and pick me some up. lol he brought me peanut brittle, but this guy is more like a brother and slept on my couch and hung out with me and my mother most of that weekend, lol he kept me up in the loop with my brother too and we would drive over and be there at the exact time as he was running, or biking or in the swim competition. I mean there were over 2,000 competitors and this guy was my lifesavor who spotted my brother out everytime! I was thankful to have him around during the event as my mother and I would take off for a while and go shopping and get our nails done and then come back in time to see my brother pass by. He finished around 9:15 that night and we all joke around that a blind guy and 90 year old man beat him in the race. My poor brother did finish and I suppose that's all that really matters... Well back to my sewing before the Jerry Seinfield concert tonight and there's the downtown Mardi Gras parade and I heard something about a new Twilight movie which is definately on my list to see! :D

Ninde (aka Patricia) you are way too funny! TGIF, oh one more thing I wanted to tell Gina she was just talking about muscadine wine...my uncle Bill from Alabama makes it and talk about sweet! I now have 4 vines out back, it's not Nappa Valley but a start to memories of my childhood with grape vines in my old backyard and yes muscadines is a must have. When you move back home to Georgia, you'll have to plant some. :D

I def will!!! Can't wait to try it! We drink Eiswine here, they harvest the grapes after the first frost. It's SO GOOD and taste just like white grape juice! We can bring 200 bottles back in our HHG's (House Hold Goods) and we are trying to get there!

Had a training session tonight. It went well. My trainer is very knowledgeable and supportive. He suggested taking the next few days off. He taught me some gentle but effective exercises. He pushed static exercises that allow the body to ease into instead of shocking it. He also suggested easing the intensity of my cardio and to utilize the incline on the treadmill. So basically don't increase the speed, instead increase the incline. It will push the heart rate without jarring me. I'm not a jarring runner though so it really isn't too much of an adjustment. He is going to adapt our bootcamp Monday for me. It is our weigh in and bootcamp night for everyone involved in the program.

I love that I can feel like I am still being good to my body by being active and can trust my trainer to teach me ways to do it to support implantation and supporting a pregnancy. I did feel a little bad talking about this with him because his wife asked for a divorce yesterday. Been there, done that. They are young, in their twenties. They have been together almost 7 years.

What I have learned is that everyone has an opinion about exercise and pregnancy. It's important to gather information from trusted sources and follow your gut. My doctor's advice was simply to listen to my body. It will tell me what it needs.

Patricia- Do you intend on continuing with your exercise program once you start the IVF?

Does anyone else follow an exercise program regularly?

Always angel: like Maria I really hope you get answers on Monday x

Maria: im not sure if skype is down?

Nicole: lol, I would imagine its still a bit early :D im glad your trainer is good. My clinic arnt mad about me trainer post transfer. They seem ok with swimming (after 2 weeks) or walking or cycling. 2 of my days training are substantial weights and then trampolining and one day running/walking. Will you continue weights? My clinic seemed definately against that
