Ghost- E2 question

Hi Ghost -

I just got my E2 level for today - and its low- 126. My clinic wants it over 300 and now I'm nervous that it wont get there in time. FET is a week from today and they've got me on IM estradiol inj 2x week. They increased me to .20, but theres only 2 more injesctions before the transfer. Should I be nervous even though they said my lining is "beautiful" at 9 with a triple stripe? Thanks Ghost - what would we do without you? I hope we never find out!

E2 is used to build a lining. It seems a lower level was enough to build a good lining in your case? This is up to your clinic to decide, of course.

So if the lining is alright, does that mean that your E2 levels for a FET dont really matter so much? Will the lining start to deteriorate if the E2 is too low?

My clinic tries to achieve an E2 level in order to build a good lining, but the purpose of the E2 is the lining. We don't cancel cycles with nice looking linings because the E2 was low.

Will the lining start to deteriorate if the E2 is too low?

I don't know. Like your clinic, if the E2 is lower than we like, we adjust the dose to bring it up.
