Dee Dee:

So sorry to hear this cycle didn't work out for you. What were your Dr.'s comments regarding the aspirin? My Dr. has had me taking 80 ML of baby aspirin per day since I started my injections.

Giving up the gym has been tough....especially while I see my abdomin growing because of all of this fluid and follices, and not being able to try to work it off! I don't know if you're a runner or not, but after not running for 3 weeks it's like starting over! But definately worth giving up to try to add to our family.

Sorry to hear the result - just not want I wanted to hear let alone you! In time I know you will think of it as a step forward in that the embryo did implant etc.

I wish you would humour me (it if does not cost you more) and have a blood test to see if there is a clotting problem - I suspect not - just before you finally decide on aspirin. Mind you at the end of the day if the aspirin issue is going to send your head in a spin then I agree you should take it.

Cry some tears - you have had an awful emotional rollercoaster and I wish you all the luck in the world with the next try - this time you will get to the end

Dee Dee,

So sorry to hear this time won't be the one for you. And it's so especially difficult when things were going so well.

Thank you so much for posting in detail the clinic's assessment. I had the same result you did with my IVF, but have not been able to get an appt yet for followup. I assumed chrom abnorm so was thinking no chance of good eggs. But also had low HCG from start, so maybe it's just implantation probs as you say.

My clinic never gave me a "real" +ve. They said it was technically +ve, but levels too low to confirm from the start. It saved me from getting my hopes up too much or telling people, and I'm greatful for that.

I've never heard about asprin or even about avoiding hoovering durring 2ww before joining this board, though. I'm hoping with new information my next cycle will go better.

We have followup appt Monday, so will post on Aug buddies board if I get any useful information.

Best of luck for next tmt. Maybe we'll be cycle buddies and then mommies together!

Oh cr*p, I'm so sorry. I know you'd lowered your expectations, but still it's been a hell of a week for you. You know we're here if you want to rant and rave.

You asked about my next tmt. We'll be buddies again in September, I hope AF will be the first week. It will be a medicated FET this time. The final go.

Enjoy the gym, it will feel good to be in control again. You might want to allow yourself a couple of indulgence days first though.

love
Debra.

Hi DeeDee

I am really sorry that it's turned out like this for you. I was so hoping that there would be a different out come for you. I hope you manage to get through this and have a jolly good cry as it does do you wonders.

When you have a follow up appointment make a huge list of questions and have it with you and don't rely on memory as you will come away kicking yourself if you forget something really important that you wanted to know. I hope you get some good feed back though and that you can get going again in September.

Thinking of you

Love Dagny xkx
