I am on day two with estrogen patches and I have a killer headache and was wonder how long it takes for the patches to regulate? Anyone know the success rate of thawing out embryo...day 5.

It differs for each person. My headaches lasted a few days until I got used to it. I would get a headache each time I had to increase the number of patches. Good luck!

We thawed a Day 5 embryo and she will turn 2 on Friday

I thawed 3 day 5 embies all of them made the thaw and I am now almost 12weeks pregnant with a singleton... best of luck

The thaw rate depends on the lab and what kind of freeze method they use my lab still uses cryopreservation it's a slow freeze they have an 80-85% success rate. A vitrified emby I've heard 90-98% it also depends on the quality of the embryo the better the grade the better survival rate. Some research says 3 day embys freeze and thaw better who know ? Each clinic is totally different my clinics live birth rate for FET in my age group is 38% I think that's on the good side. Good luck to you !
