Hello, this question is for a friend. I'm trying to find ways to comfort her, this is her third round of ivf her transfer was on 12/13/13 but her hcg is not rising. It's been the same for two beta draws. Her progesterone is still high and her re wants her to come back for another draw and to continue her meds. She wants to stop and give up hope. Does anyone have any experience in this matter? I pray for her miracle everyday!!

She should carefully follow her physician's instructions.
Failure of the hCG to rise is a bad sign, and usually indicates a pregnancy loss. However, once in a while a pregnancy survives the hCG anomaly.
If the two measurements were from two different labs, comparing them could be problematic, and again a third value is needed.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
