new on the block

Hi. I am in my 2WW [DAY3}and i am suffering big time, This is our first attempt at i.v.f. and we are like a bag of nerves. has any one got any tips on helping the implant to work? is rest important? my DH is having fits as im not sitting feet up! is this swelling common? i look 5 months pregnant. and in a lot of pain. oh yeah, i have also got my first teenage spots in 20 years.<br> <br> thanks.<br> jackie
