Clocks changed

Post by Louise24 »

Hi Girls

How is everyone getting on now that the clocks have changed????

Im finding it hard as Brodi and Kyle now want to go to bed at 5.30pm and i struggle to keep the awake till 6.30pm, but they now wake at 5.30am sometimes earlier it used to be between 6.30-7am!!!

Im so tired as its been all week, they hardly sleep through the day...

Does anyone have any tips for me please???

Same thing is happening with me Lou, this morning it was 4.30 though!

And despite him getting up BEFORE the crack of dawn, he still isn't going to bed any earlier.

It's funny how we soon settle into the new pattern and yet babies stick to their usual routines.

So no tips from me I'm afraid.

Hi there,
we also had some trouble with our twisn when the clock changed but basically kept them at the same times while changing our routine, seemed easier, but then they do wake up once a night as they are still very small, 6 weeks today. Do you have them on a routine - I find waking mine at the same time and feeding them together is the only way to have a life.
best,
