Hi everyone. I just posted on the general forum also. First time to board and first time ivf. We had 11 eggs retrieved, 10 fertilized using icsi. We had 2 transferred( 1-10 cell, 1-8 cell). We were able to freeze 6 in the form of blastocysts. They also used assisted hatching in our case because embriologist said outer shell of my eggs were a bit thick. I am waiting and looking for any symptoms at all. Are their any legitimate signs with ivf, considering all the meds involved? Please respond. Also, just to let you know a little about our situation-married, 2 kids, vasectomy, vasectomy reversal after change of heart, clomid, laparoscopy, clean bill of health, iui with injections, iui w/o injections, and now ivf.
This is my first post on the forum too. I just joined today and was reading to find out the same info you seek about pregnancy signals. I just had my first invitro too with transfer on Feb 3. I test on Valentine's Day. I don't think symptoms are very likely after invitro. I did, however feel a little dizzy yesterday and I want to sleep all the time. I attribute the dizzy to all the invitro drugs and the sleppiness to the progesterone shots (my mom takes progesterone to help her sleep -and says it works great!). We had two 8-cell embryos and one 4 cell transferred. This is the longest week ever waiting to test!!! When do you test?
