Hello Tink

Who has told you to watch out for us? :? :D

There are a good few of us who have been registered on this forum for quite a while. Traci and Becky (ogr1) and myself are a just a few names you will see cropping up all over the place.

Some of us have been through hell and back to get our much longed for baby (see my profile at the bottom on this post) and some have come on here and gone on to reach their goal. We have all had to endure the long road of IVF but sometimes it takes longer for some than others.

There are a number of women on here who have fabulous advice - Debra P for one. She is very helpful and welcoming.

Who ever told you to watch out for us I hope they didn't say anything to discriminating

Welcome to the board. I hope you find it helpful. There are lots of people on here who may be able to answer a question or 100 for you.

Love Dagny xkx

HI TINK,
LIKE DAGNY SAID WE DO HAVE TO HAVE SOME FUN..
but it is not to hurt anyones feelings or to make less of ivf and how hard it is..
like dagny said we have been here for a while.. alot of the old post where lost when he had a hacker and lost so much.. i lost everything about ivf and my twins and about our sone Moses.... that was very hard and still is hard..

some times we do need to laugh and try and enjoy life..

ivf is so very hard for us and anybody who knows you..
it was 22 years ago on christmas morning that i had my fisrt son born and died. and over 70,000 more $$$ and alot of heart ache...
and this board has helped me so much .. i have cried with women on here and have cried for them on here..
this site is very important to me.. it touches a part that none has ever been able to.. i have shared very very private things here because of the closeness that is here on this board...
we werent blessed with our babies to raise here but we our blessed with our grandaughter
and all of our many adopted and foster children that touch our lives
and i am glad to add that our 6th grandchild will be born this spring!!!!

Hi All :)

It was only meant as a joke(sorry) did'nt mean to offend anyone. Nothing bad was said about anyone it was just that when I 1st posted on this site I was welcome by the names that I mentioned and each one of you replyed telling me to watch out for such & such I guessed you were only joking so I thought that I would joke back. Ivf is no joke Its bloody painful stressful emotional and tiring. Having read some of the womens stories on here there are a hell of alot of brave couragerous women and I take my hat of to them. My own Ivf treatment was bad enough even though it worked and I now have my son I have gone on to have a mc (twins) and more operations, Im still going but yes its very hard.

Hiya Tink Image

Welcome to the mad house. You certainly didn't offend anyone! I was intrigued as to which one of the motley crew had been casting aspertions to my good character  You actually sound like you'll fit in here just fine - a sense of humour certainly helps through the crap of the IVF!!!

Bubblymichelle - quiet  I think not    How are you and Alex BTW Shell???

We are all brave women on here Tink and some brave men to put up with psychotic women on mega drugs for a very long 6 weeks!!!!! Why do women always end up with the crappy end of the stick? :?

Anyway - keep up the joking coz it does help and we love a good laugh as well as a cry during all this....

Hi Tink

Hope the man at your door was erm.... nice

I'm afraid I can't help you regarding your FET. I have had to have 5 fresh treatments and each time none of my embies have been good enough to freeze. Goodness knows why? :( I'd love to have a chance of FET as having to do it all from square one really gets to me.

I am sure there will be a few who will be able to answer your questions.
