Denise -watch out for those weepy programmes!

Dh was cross with me. I ahve a back log of films I have recorded and watched Kill Bill. He said that wasnt a good film when I should be realxing!!! Haha....perhaps I should watch Free Willy or Bambi or something (but those films would make me MORE upset!)

I also have Seabiscuit and Gangs of New York and Gothika - are they likely to upset me?!?

I know gangs of New York can be pretty gory... I'll ask DH about the others, he's a real movie buff.

Hope you all are enjoying your weekend. We finally got a break from the heat, its only 25 c today, thank God!

Today marks my return to soccer(just for this month). I'm playing as a sub with my team in a tournament today.

What position do you play? (actually, I dont know a lot about soccer - I just teach it to my class!!! I teach skills, they are only 5)

Its actually pretty warm here - 22. It has been 24 - 30 for the past 2 or 3 weeks so it feels fresh.

I am watching the Live8 concert from my bed! Coldplay were good - I want to see Madonna later

Hope you are going to sneak in the natural try ! Enjoy the game

Been watching LIVE8 all day. My and dh were both in floods earlier those poor kids in Africa......

Madonna was amazing! Wish I was there. Also Elton John and I am just waiting for Robbie now! He's my fave!!!

It was that beautiful girl that had me in floods. Her picture as a near death baby, and then this young woman walking on. I dont need much to set me off, so that was a killer. So was Annie Lennox - she was fantastic and it was very moving.

I watched from 1 pm till the end. my eyes are square but at least I was resting!

I agree Madge was great. And Robbie ......he's the man!!!!Did he live up to expectations, Nicki?!?

Anyone know where I can listen to live 8 bits online. I just heard Dido on the radio, and it brought me to tears. Mind you, everything brings me to tears these days.

I play defence usually. Yesterday I just pitched in for bits here and there, I'm not in the best of shape yet... it will come back eventually, just frustrating knowing what I should be capable of.

I am okay, thanks Nicky. So far, experience is paying off and it is easier than last time. However, dont think a -ve will be any easier!

I am trying to keep occupied and not worry, but sometimes the emotions get a bit too much and I cry but not an upset cry, more a theraputic one. Does that make sense?

Anyway , term has ended and I am a happy bunny. I think the London Olympic bid win is fantastic news. I cried for that too (!!!!!?????????why??)
