Have a nice chat with DH later.

I'm off to prepare dinner for us - lasagne, one of my favourites.

Great news on your test results Little P!

Sounds like everyone is doing pretty well here.

To Carla's DH - I think everyone has it right. I was hospitalized for three days for dehydration and was told it does not affect the baby(ies), just mom. So hang in there and keep her hydrated when she returns home. 2nd trimester is right around the corner and things will smooth out around week 12-14. Trust me, I've been there.

Lil P: Great News for You and your DH! I am sure it feels like a weight has been lifted off your chest! It is torture having to wait for results like that...especially as long as you did.

Jacs: Your scan is tommorrow...I am so excited for you!! My scan is yet to be scheduled. I had blood drawn today to make sure my hgh levels are going up, up, up. I would imagine in the next two weeks I will get a scan. Can't wait to hear about yours!

Carla C's DH: I am sure that it is so difficult to watch your sweetie suffering. Hang in there! I have many, many friends who have suffered from dehydration during pregnancy (singleton's and twins) all now have healthy, happy babies.

Hello to the rest of you!

Having a good day today. It is 2:15pm where I live and almost time to pick my oldest two up from school . Made Cheesy, potato and brocolli soup in my crock-pot (slow cooker). Have fresh bread bowls from the local bakery to serve it in tonight. I can hardly wait!!

I am anxious to hear the results of my hgh blood test today. I have so few "pregnancy symptoms" (I'm only 5 weeks now) I fear (of course) the worst. My DH is so positive and reminds me that all will be well! Can hardly wait for the results to help me feel as positive as he is. I'll let you know. Last week my levels were 74 (10 days after 5-day old frozen blast transfer). They should be much higher after a week I would think.

Have a good one.

Carlac and DH: Glad that Carlac is doing better. Rest up and Take care of each other.

Hey ladies, good news! Just got the results of my blood test. My numbers after one week are 1475. Last week they were 74. Seems like a big jump in one week but I also realize that I am not supposed to speculate about multiples until I see them on the scan! Excited to have a growing hgh number!

Later!

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've not been around much last few days -- I'm really struggling without Joanne. We've posted private messages to each other every day (or more than once a day) for absolutely ages and each time I come on and it says 'no new messages' it makes me cry. It really felt like a team effort having had such similar results at same times with 3 treatments - it felt like we were goiing to continue to get the same results - and I feel so desperately sad for her it's quite an effort at the moment to come on the site. I'm sure it'll get easier - I just wish I could have done something more for her and in a selfish way I miss her loads.
Smita - thank you for thinking of me, it made me feel like I needed to post to catch you up with what I was up to so that helped me get the energy to post. So glad you're feeling great at moment.
Jacs - good luck with scan today - I've been thinking about you and counting down the days even though I haven't been posting.
Lil P - fantastic news about your levels
Best wishes to Carlac - hope she's feeling much better now.
Hi and best wishes to everyone else.
Have a great few days everyone - I'll pop on later to see how Jacs got on then I'll probably post later in week.
Love and hugs, Cherylxx

Ultimatemama - great news about the levels - remember they are supposed to double every 2-3 days which they seem to be doing nicely. Congratulations.

Carlac and DH - glad to see you are back in the safety of home. I hope that now the rest of your pregnancy can go smoothly for you.

Cheryl - I know you and Joanne have been friends for a while and it is hard to hear that kind of news. I hope that you are remembering to look after yourself as well.

Jacs - Can't wait to hear how your scan went. I know that you are on your way to the hospital at the moment, but will keep my fingers crossed that 12.00 brings you wonderful news.

Smita - Hope that you are alright today - it's sunny here which always makes me feel better.

To anyone else that I've missed - I hope that you are doing alright.

I haven't heard from Gen (Wardley) or HM for a while - I hope that you are doing ok.

Big hugs

Little P

Cheryl,
Good to see you back for a bit.. was wondering if you work or something..can understand whats going thru your mind..if all of us feel for Joanne, you must be feeling it a 100 times more, being her friend..
Take care of yourself too like lil p says and one day, she'll join you in her own right..
Jacs,
popping in mainly to see the results of your scan.. guess its going to take longer..Cause we're 5.5 hrs ahead of you and its only 4.30 here so its not even 12 there..
yes, where are Gen and HM??
Hope you are all doing ok...
Lilp, its groovy romantic weather here, only no one to romance!!Just look at the weather and feel more alone!!maybe i shd get a temporary bf!!

Hi everyone

I hope you dont mind me posting on your thread! The 2nd tri thread is a lot quieter, I guess theres more to talk about more often in the first tri. Anyway, i do follow this thread to see how everyone is and having gone through the same, whether excited or worried I know how you are all feeling.

Cheryl - I know its hard. It really knocked me for 6 when some of the girls lost their babies in the first tri. You get to know everyone and support each other through it all and its so upsetting. Its obviously a lot worse for you having been so close to Joanne. Im sure she appreciated all the support you gave her. I still follow the other girls to see how they are doing and pray they all get the babies they deserve. Take care.

Little P - So pleased your results were ok. Not long before you are in the 2nd tri now!

Smita and Esther - How are your bumps growing?? My DH says he's definitely noticed me growing bigger in the last week! I felt some 'prodding' from inside on Sunday. Not painful, but made me gasp with surprise. Hoping its the baby kicking!

Carla - Hope you are feeling better soon.Take care.

Ultimate mamma - wow - thats a big increase in a week! Bet you cant wait until your scan!

Jacs - Hope everythings goes ok with your scan. Look forward to your update!

Hope everyone else is ok. Jamato - havent heard from you for a while, hope you and baby are alright.

Love kim
