I HAVE HAD A LETTER FROM ANOTHER HOSPITAL ASKING US FOR AN APP IN NOVEMBER.THIS PLACE I HAVE BEEN TOLD IS BETTER THAN THE HOSPITAL I AM WITH NOW, SO I THINK I WILL WAIT TILL THEN BEFORE I DO ANOTHER IUI.( IF I CAN WAIT THAT LONG).
AND NEXT MONTH I THINK DH WILL BE AWAY AT IUI TIME SO THATS ANOTHER MONTH GONE.
PLUS I REALLY NEED TO LOSE SOME KILO'S.

I hope you don't mind me joining you here. I have had IUI (3 cycles with no meds) and just completed my 3rd cycle with meds 11 days ago. I am due to test on Saturday, Sept 3rd. I have been laying around resting with OHSS and am hoping all this resting will pay off.
My OHSS symptoms have subsided some but that worries me because my Dr. said if I test positive the OHSS will most likely get worse. I wish this were easier.....

I would try not to concentrate on the OHSS and just keep yourself positive. The doctors aren't always 100% correct and not every womans body is the same.

Sorry i've not been around much, the past while. I have been reading some posts to see how you are all doing. Not much happy news this month eh? I felt a bit down seeing so many negatives this month. Our time is soon I hope. Feeling a bit sorry fior myself again, as all you girls seem to know when you are cyling next, and I am still waiting to see Doc, I think I will set up a permanent limbo thread just for me! I seem to go through phases of being really focused and positive, then it disappears again for a day or two, although I feel better mentally coming off all the meds. You don't realise how much it does affect your mood[/size]. Take care

I have an unofficial scan today as I'm too jittery abt whats happening inside..if anything is!(hate to be so negative- but scared inside)
Unofficial because my previous scan was a month back and mynext is only on the 9th and I'll go crazy wondering by then..

we werent blessed with our babies to raise here but we our blessed with our grandaughter
and all of our many adopted and foster children that touch our lives

Hi all,
I' back after my scan- I did ask for an extra scan cause anyway we're going private, so have to pay for everything..for peace of mind..
The scan was ok.. but the doc gave me another thing to worry about..
It seems the water aroundthe baby is not adequate, so she's asked me to drink abt 5 litres of water daily!!(thatsmore than a gallon I think..i dont know the american conversion)
I hope at the time of the official scan on the 9th,the water in the sac will have increased..
Thats the news from me..
