How Long Between Treatments Should you wait?

Hello,

We have a question about how long you should wait and have been advised or feel it is best to wait between treatments. We had ICSI last August with transfer that failed but we got 7 frosties. In December we had a frozen embryo transfer and that hasnt worked either and the hospital have advised for ICSI and Frozen transfer to go again that you need to have a withdrawal bleed and then from the next period you can start again.

Do others agree with this? Are you told the same as this at your clinic? Successful doing this? Sucessful if wait longer? Good togo again straight away? better to wait and get drugs out of system etc?

Hard one to answer alone and all help much appreciated.

I was told to wait 3 months between a full cycle, but if it was a frozen one then one month would be enough.

I agree with little P,
3 months for a fresh cycle (but i have heard some clinics says 1 month/ full period is enough)
and 1 for fet!

I was also told 3 months. My clinic told me I need to have 2 or 3 periods before they will let me cycle again, I'm hoping to cycle again in March/April.

I would say 3 months, for ivf..........

IUI u can go cycle after cycle..........
