We - congrats on twin girls! I am so jealous you got to find the gender at 16 weeks! they are making me wait till 20 weeks. As a matter of fact, I had a bladder issue and had to get a cathetar at 16 weeks. But the doc couldn't see the gender on the u/s. it was really weird, the baby was blocking my bladder exit for a few days and I couldn't pee! But it's passed now.
Still waiting for my genetic testing results. Should be this week. My next appnt is on 18th this month. Anatomy scan, finally.
Dogzrule, so exciting your csection is next week. I can't decide yet if I want to do another csection or attempt a vbac. It is too early for me to think sbout that. Still have genetic tests, etc.

AFM - I had a rough day yesterday. Failed my GD screening, so have to go for the 3 hour test. Then later that evening was having contractions so got sent to L&D for monitoring. Found out I have a UTI! The only good news is that the fetal fibronectin was negative, so I can rest easy for 2 weeks about preterm labor.

As far as the crib issue for us.. We started out together in one crib. They are 3 months today and I separated them a week ago into their own cribs. Prob should have done it a little sooner. The last night they were together they each woke up with a scratch on their face and laying smooshed up side by side. They were waking each other up. They now sleep better separated!

Hi everyone! Hope you are all feeling well. I've taken to posting in the middle of the night since I'm always up anyways, lol
Bodie, I failed my glucose test also. Let me tell you the three hour test is tough. The drink is totally disgusting and on an empty stomach it's hard to keep it down. I've done it twice now, with pregnancy #2 and this one and passed both times. Both times I got myself all worked up about having diabetes for nothing so try not to stress out till you get the results.
We- congrats on team pink. I can't believe they can tell that early! I have to say buying girl clothes is way more fun than buying boys stuff. It's so much cuter!
Dallas, thanks for the sleeping update. I plan on keeping my seperate at night but I only have one co sleeper so whoever is the worst sleeper gets to sleep with mom I guess. I have a feeling I'll bail though and end up with both in the co sleeper.
Dogz- good luck next week. It's so nice to be nearing the end of the journey, good luck with your delivery.
kbillsy- wow you have only gained 10 lbs? I have heard that for twins 35 is the minimum I'm not sure for triplets but my guess would be around 45 lbs. I have to say I'm a little jealous, I gained way to fast and I know I'm going to have to do some work after these babies come out. Were you over or underweight before? I bet it will start coming soon, as the babies start to really grow. If I were you I wouldn't worry if you OB isn't worried.
Kerpupples- I felt my twins at 14 weeks. I couldn't believe it until I went in and the doc felt them kicking from the outside also. I didn't feel my singletons until 18 weeks or so. It's a little different, as you get further along. I get paranoid that I'm not feeling both move (baby a is not a huge mover and baby b is). So unlike a single pregnancy you have to make sure you are doing kick counts for both babies, which can be frustrating. Good luck.
Grey- welcome to the group. I have a friend who just had triplets, she made it to 33 weeks and her babies are doing so well. It was fun to help her out and experience triplet life for a few hours. It's crazy, but so rewarding. Congratulations!
AFM, I can't sleep (except during the day when I'm watching my girls) and my back hurts like crazy! I've bailed and taken vicodin a few time but I hate to do that to often. II've also been using massage therapy but can't afford it everyday. 'm 30 weeks along so I'm getting closer, once I hit 34 weeks I'm going to be doing anything I can to get these little guys out! I have my next US and appointment on Friday which I'm excited about. I'm trying to get things wrapped up and off my plate. My sister is coming in the beginning of May so I'm hoping the twins will come then. Good night everyone. Hope you and your babies are resting well.

Trisomy 18 is 1:3100
and negative for neural tube diffects
The nurse said these are all good. i asked her to check with the OBGYN, if this means i can skip amnio. Also, i asked her to tell me what my numbers were in my last pregnancy.

Hey Everyone! Sorry I have not posted, but I read every single new post while I'm nursing... Typing can just be difficult!
Glad everyone is doing well. Today is my last day at home with Evelyn. We are doing a Daycare "trial run" tomorrow and then I'm back to work Friday. Super sad to be losing this time with her, but I know I could never be a SAHM. I've got much respect for those who do it, I just couldn't.
So if I've had trouble staying in touch on leave, I suspect it will be even tougher when I go back to work. Please know I am thinking of you all, reading your stories, and praying for the health and happiness of your babies.

bliss - how did the daycare trial run go? i'm planning to return to work after 6 weeks. but my mom has agreed to stay with us for few months.heard that the daycare near our place have a waiting list of 1 year!! im yet to register.
lyd - good to hear that you passed the genetic test.
afm - my new job is going good. everyone at office took my pregnancy news nicely. we found that we are having a boy during our initial anatomy scan at 17 weeks.
i had a bleeding episode at 18weeks and found that im having complete placenta previa. doc asked me to go on pelvic rest. i'm really hoping that the previa resolves by 3rd trimester. did anyone have previa in 2nd trimester that resolved by 3rd trimester?
looking forward to our detailed anatomy scan in another 1 week.
Update everyone. I had a scan yesterday and my kiddos are 4lbs and 4.5lbs each! I am happy that they are so healthy but not excited about how these next few months are going to pan out. By delivery in just over 7 weeks they will each be about 8 lbs. I'm not sure how I will be able to move. Everything else looked great, no signs of preterm labor which is good. WIll catch up on personals soon.
