Em - Hey, long time no see. How's your cycle going, what cycle day are you on? I start my Lupron injection on the 11th. I'm so excited and anxious to get started. How have you done with yours? I don't like needles but I would cut my rt arm off if it took that to get a baby....

Nicki, Lis - how are you guys doing?

Hi Jovigal,

I have been having my injections for 5 days now. I'm on Puregon which I imagine is the same as Lupron, a FSH? I had bloods this morning and have my first follie scan tomorrow. The injections aren't too bad, some days they hurt and some days they are fine. I make my DH do them and he does it well. I do feel bloated but I'm not sure if its in my head or real. I'm also very tired, but thats not new.

Good luck with you inj's. We will probably cross over our 2ww's.

hi everyone im due to start either iui or ivf in december not shure until i see doc. Already had 4 failed IUIs 1 failed icsi ivf(xmas 05) Had break and are ready to start again. Waz adviced to try ourselves for a year but no luck. its so frustrating as there are no reasons why. all tests clear. Want to start again but not shure if i can go through it all again . But this is the only way i can see to have a baby nothing else is working. Anyway just wanted to say hi as i no everyone is going through this to.

Hi girls, i am back!! on the 2ww (day 9) testing 19th but think i will wait for sure til 22nd, see how i feel, you never know i might do a sneeky one!!!Really hoping this works this time, have been cool, and less this cycle, the pressure has been off, but now i have a cold coming and i am starting to feel negative. i am so worried now!! I need to snap out of it!!

Holly have you started yet??

First echo on tuesday, and I am also not stressing this time!
Eating an drinking what I want so we will see???

Hi all

Just wanted to add my good luck and baby dust vibes to all about to test.

I have had a consultation with my doctor today and after 3 failed IVF's using dh's sperm (he has v.low sperm count) we have taken the decision to have IUI with donor. This hasn't been an easy decision for us but we are not in a position to keep having IVf due to financial cost!

As there appears to be no problems with me we will do 3 x natural cycles first then move to medicated if necessary.

It is scary and exciting being back on this roller coaster and I wish I'd found you guys when going through my treatment last time!

Sully, these decisions are never easy to make but go with what your heart says and what your pocketbook can afford.
