Becky, I think all is ok as long as it is not pink and loads. It could well be implantation bleeding! Try not to worry ( i know, impossible!)

Mia, If you dont already have your result, I hope it will be very soon. Finger crossed!

Jacky, good news on the follies. 6 is a good number amd hoping for the lazy one to catch up! My clinic does light sedation for EC. I wish they would do general for me as I dont do very well at EC. Always very painful. On my first attempt, I could not walk for a week, I dont usually mind the pain, but this was too much! Been better on the 2nd one though, so maybe the 3rd will be enjoyable!!

Zirly, congrats on the blast!! I am sure you wont need him, but it is reassuring to know that one of your fighter is waiting for you!

ok, it is 1 in the morning, i should be sleeping but i cant, i guess because of the nerves! Still have huge problems with Dh daughter (and I am getting some lovely mails from DH's ex, all i need at the moment!!) But I have decided to be optimistic, another 10 years and all of this will be behind us !!!!

bad news, it's a BFN. I was really trying to stay positive during my 2ww, but you know how you sometimes just have that tiny feeling in your gut, that you just can't figure out what it is, but you know something is wrong. I just didn't want to admit I had that. My RE has been great, I know he did everything he could do. He thinks the embryos and the uterine linning just were not compatable. Everything else seemed fine. I have a meeting with him Tuesday to review the cycle. I think there were a lot of things I could have done better. I could be eating better, getting more exercise, not letting myself get stressed. I had a stressful time that week. One of DH's friends showed up and was here the whole time during ER and ET. I was not at all happy about it. Anyway, my RE says we can start an FET right away. DH and I think we might wait a month or two to give my body a break from all the hormones and for me to get healthier physically and mentally. I'm looking into herbal and natural supplements that might help. Maybe accupucture. Anyway if we wait I can take the opportunity to paint a wall in my house and help DH landscape the backyard.

DH is the best. He's my angel. I know he is dissapointed too. He told me he knows having a baby is the most important thing to me, but to him my happiness is the most important thing to him. He says that we'll keep trying and we'll do IVF again and again if we have too. We'll max out our credit and go bankrupt if we have to, he just wants us to have a baby.

Don't worry about me, I still feel positive. It's not over yet. I'm sure our FET is going to work.

Mia i am so heartfelt sorry for your BFN ... i love your out look on the future your DH sounds like an angel your so blessed to have each other ... God willing your FET will have great success ... with a big hug ...enjoy your wine or beer and time off with hubby i can understand you needing that this whole process is so draining ...looking forward to seeing you here for our support in your FET...

So sorry to read your news. I am glad you are been positive.
It will help a lot in the long term. I, like you will be trying to exercise even more than ever and eating healthily. We might be cycle buddies in November for our FET's.

Hi, Just to let you know that we are back from Et and it all went well. Apparently we have made medical history and my notes are going to be used for future teaching on IVF. We had 20 eggs so they did ICSI on 10 and IVF on 10. They said that the IVF ones would be better so provided they worked we would use them.

Today we found out that all of the IVF eggs had survived but were very fragmented. Of the ICSI eggs all 6 that fertalised had survived the night, 1 was grade 1 and the rest grade 2. We have had 2 put back in, the 1 and one of the 2's. The other 4 are going to be frozen later on today.

I am really surprised because our clinic don't want you to bed rest, only to take it easy and no lifting. Our consultant thinks that you have more chance of clotting problems if you bed rest so I am taking it easy. I thought I had better post my news to you then I am going back to the settee.

Mia I am so sorry about your BFN. Take care and I am sure that your time will come.

Mia - so sorry about yr BFN

- you have a wonderful attitude and outlook that it gives us the courage to keep up those PMA's . Your very lucky to have such a wonderful DH , who is very supportive.

Angela - wow - how exciting is that - medical history!!

how is eveyone else on this gorgeous saturday? Becky - how are you? Are you still feeling a little low or has all our PMA reached you ?

JackieG - hope your beta has risen - holding out for you....
