Yeah DONNELL!!! Awesome numbers! Hurray :D
And you are wrong, girl. I am not the strong one. All of YOU girls are the strong ones. All of you have been thru a lot more H*LL than I have!
Of course I would support you! I want all of you to succeed.
And it looks like you are! I am very happy for you!

kyw -- Good luck with your beta....the nerves will be there no matter what. Just keep thinking it's out of your hands right now. There is nothing else you can do. Just stay positive...I am hoping for the best for you!

Faith -- today is your day! Get lots of rest! Thinking of you.

Barbarella -- how are you holding up, girl? You must be on pins and needles! Pun intended! lol  ! still doing accu?

Chrysty --forgive me, I have some catching up to do, when is your transfer date?

Hi Laura, I don't have a organized list like Ms. Donnell does  ...but I was on BCP for a short time, maybe two weeks. Then I started Lupron shots and aspirin right way.
Then they put me on 4 estrogin patches and eventually went down to two.
I think I started PIO shots about a week before my transfer. I think I had three u/s and blood draws before the transfer. I was doing PIO shots and on two patches until my pg test. It's not as rigorous as a fresh cycle. How many embies do you have frozen?
Good luck to you...!

As for me, still hanging in there. DH wants to start another cycle very soon. Me, not so much. And holy sh!t! I got my first AF after my bfn, and it is sooo painful and heavy! I didn't even want to get out of bed this morning.
THANK YOU all for the support.
I truly want to see you all get your positive results.

Thank you all for being so welcoming and nice...I can see that this will be a great place to come for support and advice! Beth, thanks for running through your protocol too. So it looks like you took aspirin too so I'm guessing that is the norm...I'm just waiting now for day1 to come so that I can call and then get started on bcp and meet with the IVF nurse to find out the rest of my protocol. I see you too live in IL. I live in Harvard. And looks like you had the same blessing as me with your first IVF cycle. This will also be my first FET. We have 3 embies so I think the doc wants us to do the best one alone the first time and then the other two the second FET. I'm 32 so I guess that's why he won't allow 3 all at once and actually 3 would be more than I would consider anyhow... Thanks to you all again.

Hi everyone!
Well after "resting" since Thursday I thought I'd pop in here :D

ET went well, all 3 embies survived. My uterus just feels mad and irritated right now. It always does after ET.

You feeling any better Donnell?? Hope so!! Won't be long until your u/s and your beta#3, which will double by the way! :D So exciting!

Barbarella how are you feeling? I'm sure everything will go fine on Monday!!!

Beth glad that you are doing ok, BFN AF's are definetely NO fun. Glad you are considering doing this again, even though I know it's a hard choice especially after a negative. Thank you for all the thoughts!!!

Chrysty I'm hoping your lining is getting there! :D

lauradc welcome!! Hopefully your FET will be another BFP for you!! This board is great for support and filled with great girls!! Good Luck!

kyw How did your beta go?? Hoping for the best for you!!!

Faith ~ YAY - sounds like things went very well. So when is your beta? Will you POAS before? I am so excited for you.

Kyw ~ I hope you are doing OK? I am thinking of you.

Barbarella ~ Good luck tomorrow. Can't wait to see that beta skyrocket! How are you feeling?

Chrysty ~ I hope your lining does what it should and you are able to transfer on Monday! Good luck!

Beth ~ I am a never give up kind of girl. Everytime I have done IUI, IVF or FET I have always gotten PG, it just hasn't stuck. Hopefully this time it will. My RE said that I have just had some bad luck. What's the next step for you? Do you have an appt sched with the RE?

Laura ~ Have you already gotten started on your protocol yet? Good luck!

OK girls ~ I am terrified. This is farther than I have gotten in the past without declining betas, but I am so scared because I don't know what is going on. I am praying that this baby sticks. This is worse than the 2ww. I need patience dust bad! Have a great rest of the weekend ladies!

Hello ladies,
You have probably guessed from my absence that I got a BFN on Friday - DH and I are devastated.
The only bright side is that we do still have 2 frosties and so will be back again in the not to distant future.

I really, really hope it goes well for all of you and you get lots of BFP's. I shall keep an eye out on the board

Lots of love

Oh Kyw ~ I am so sorry to hear about your negative beta. This is so, so hard to go through and I know how you are feeling. I am so sorry. Do you have an appt sched with the RE yet? Do you know if they will allow you to move forward immediately or do you have to wait for a cycle? I've been through this now a few times and those first couple of weeks after are so hard. Lean on DH and take care of each other.

Lots of love,
~Donnell

karen,
so sorry, hun. Take care of yourself. And take the time to cry your eyes out!! Glad to hear you will be trying again. Your time will come, don't give up!

Donnell, how are you feeling these days? I know it's easy for me to say, but just relax. This is YOUR time! I am excited for you, but I understand your apprehensiveness. You have gotten farther this time, because this baby is hanging around for 9 months!
No, we don't have an appt. set up with RE. We already know why we got our BFN, our chances were so slim....I feel stupid for thinking it would actually work....and I am not sure when I want to start another cycle.

Barbarella, what's going on? How are you? Your beta is today, right? Lots of luck for good numbers!!

Faith, I am glad your embies made it! Take it easy, and when is your test?? How are you feeling?

How are you doing Laura? Yep, I 'm in boring Illinois, too. So tired of this snow and cold...another storm coming thru today! Isn't Harvard the town that celebrates milk, or something? :D

hanging in there, chrysty?? Next week is March 1st, already!

Kyw so sorry to hear about your BFN, I was having positive thoughts for you. Getting a BFN is definetely VERY hard, most of us have been there, but being on this board definetely helps. It doesn't make it better, but it makes it easier. I wish the best for you!!!

Donnell my beta is schedule for Feb. 29th but probably won't get results until the 1st. (I go to my local lab instead of my clinic 2 hrs away) and usually it takes a day for them to get it. No I won't POAS. If I felt any different than my last previous ET's I would, but I feel exactly the same..crampy and icky. Soo I don't think I will. When is your next beta? I'm sending you that patience dust you need, I'm sure everything will be just fine!! :D

How you been Barbarella?

Chrysty any news on your ET for sure yet??

Beth any plans for your next cycle??
Talk to you all soon!!

Hiya Everyone

KYW - So sorry to hear your news. I know how you are feeling, it is so hard to get it into your head that it has'nt worked, but ya know it will be your time next time... Big cuddles and keep strong. We are all in this together...which helps for me..xx

Faith - Oh its your turn soon I wish for big beefy betas for you. keep those feet up..

Donnell- I am soooo pleased for you, your scan will be fine and you are well on your merry way, I have thrown loads of patience dust over to you!! It is looking good chick!

Hey Beth...Thanks for checking on how I am doing...I appreciate it soooo much.

Chrysty - How are you getting on, what did the doc say re your lining?

Well heres to my frustrating news my beta is a sad ole 221! The nurse has told me that she wants to do a scan on wednesday morning...But i pretty much get the jist that it is not looking good! I just feel so over it now, the slow rising beta challenge has done my head in...But I am so happy that I have actually been told I am pregnant I never thought i would see the day as I have known that I cannot have children since I was 23 and I am now 37....my doc was the one that said i we will get you pregnant. So I think to myself how lucky I am to get this far. Looks like I will be looking forward to another fresh cycle whooopppeee doooo.

Gnite chickadees xxx Love and loads of hormonal group hugs.

Thanks so much for all your support guys. It really helps being able to talk to people who understand what you are going through.

I have an appt with the doc on March 5th and then we shall see how quickly we can start again.

Got my period today - the first one is viscious isn't it!

Not going to write a long message as still weepy and snotting over the keyboard is not getting me brownie points from DH!

Good luck to all of you waiting for your ET/betas and for those who had a BFN like mine am sending big huge squeezy hugs down the line.

Love Karen

First, you guys are great for keeping up with everyone. I do read everyone's posts but it's hard for me to reply to all! Thank you for your time!!

I am set for transfer on March 1. My lining however isn't cooperating as I would have liked it. It was 6.7mm yesterday. I am still on 6 patches, 2 estrogen tablets, and have now started progesterone suppositories. I am hoping it gets a little thicker between yesterday and Saturday morning. Doctor thinks my lining was damaged during a d&c or a m/c. We are transferring 2 blasts grades 4AB and 3BC. If one doesn't make the thaw we will thaw a stage 2 blast. I am going for acupuncture the day before to help me relax a bit.
