to have fun you're right we are definitely lucky to have insurance! And I, too, have to play the Primary Care referral game but atleast in my case once she refers me to the clinic I don't need referrals for all the tests and drugs the clinic puts me through. However, any procedures not done at the clinic I have to call for referrals or to see if the insurance company covers that particular test at that particular office.
anyhow, good luck to you. I see your IVF#4 starting ??? any idea when that will be or are you waiting like me for approval to start stims?

Hi Ladies - congratulations Much Hope - that is awesome!!!!!

Chris, thanks for thinking about me, I am starting to get excited. It doesnt seem like I am doing anything right now as all I am doing is injecting myself with the Lupron and luckily I haven't had any side effects - a little teary every once in a while and that is it - it still doesnt seem real that I already started the process. I am praying for you and hopefully you will be doing ER/ET right around the same time as me.

well ladies...

I got a BFP... i cant believe it.. beta is 22 so a little low which worries me but the nurse said that is a fine number .. now we just have to hope that it doubles..

I am nervous my acupuncturst is dissapointed with the number.. aaahh

Anyway holding good thoughts for all the other betas today.

much hope. I dont know much about beta numbers but from what I have heard on this board that is huge. Congrats!!!! That is wonderful.

NY4thtry and Elida, congratulations to both you! That's wonderful news!!

Prayin4BFP, it's definitely a stressful time for you, and I can understand you're doing what you can to get through, even if that means knitting a baby blanket. I hope your DH can support you during this time. He's probably stressed too and dealing with emotions in his own way.

JDC, glad you had a nice visit with your father. We have something in common... my mother lives in Florida and she and I are very close too. I only see her twice a year and it's hard. Anyway, I'm sure those follies are still growing. Hopefully at your next u/s you'll see more. Keep us posted!

Kke, 13 fertilized sounds great. I've read different reviews on the 3-day vs. 5-day transfers. I guess it's up to the RE and # of embryos you have, but it sounds like you have a good number. And I did have some sharp pains after ER. I took the pain meds the RE gave me and that seemed to help.

Robin, glad to hear your #'s went up! Woo hoo!

Waiting for 4 and Marynaz, will be anxiously waiting for your results.

NY4thtry and Robin - GREAT!! congrats....!

I've suddenly turned into a big worrier as I started to spot (brown) today.... I lifted some things yesterday that maybe I shouldn't have - but they weren't THAT heavy.... anyway I'm so hoping the spotting goes away..... I don't have an u/s until 8 weeks next monday - and now that seems so far away. My RE is going to discuss with me later today.. hopefully I can get in there soon for some peace of mind.

NY4th - don't you worry about that number, hopefully it will double and you won't have to worry anymore. When is your next beta?

Chris - Good luck to you tomorrow...hope your E2 level has come down. I have my u/s tomorrow also, so we'll keep our fingers crossed for both of us! ps....thanks for letting me whine!

congrats on all the bfp. What is a good beta number for the first one. and when did you ladies go for your first one. i am going on day 10 from transfer. just wondering what is a good number meaning you are pregnant. Does beta tell you 100 percent that you are pregnant? AND also will the office let you know right then or do you have to go home and they call you later to tell you.
