Ladies, anyone that took the HCG, I just wanted to know did it burn when it when going in? I ask because my Menopur was powder and I had to mix it and it burned soooooo bad and I noticed my HCG is also powder and i have to mix it. 2 more hrs until I take it.

Katie I have transferred to a new clinic i think 4 bfns at one clinic is enough for me to search for another clinic. I have my first appt tomorrow to hopefully see if i can do a fet in september. So yeah just waiting to see if i'm sept or oct fingers crossed

cheeky - Thats a smart move! I cant seem to get to ER so I'm sure hoping to this time. I am very happy though, since now we get to cycle together - again! I dont have exact schedule yet, but since I'm on BCPs for 3 weeks, I can figure that I'll be Sept /Oct too! I'm glad that it worked out this way, my friend. I wonder if the Sept board will turn into Oct also? Is tomorrow your consult? or are you officially their patient yet? Either way I do hope they change your protcol this next round! xoxo

ladybug - My trigger was already made and ready to inject (Ovidrel), and mine was to be taken in the abdomen. I wish I could give you some insight on yours!!! GL, it'll be over before you know it, and it won't be as bad as you expect!

Ladybug: My trigger shot didn't burn at all...I took Ovidrel as well like dogzrule...Just do it quick and it'll be over as soon as you know it

Katie: Thinking of you today. I'm crazy over my yellow Labrador too! She's my "pre" baby. She sleeps on the bed, closes all the cupboards in the kitchen when I say, "Could you help out in here?" She's helped teach me patience.

AFM: I got my second BETA results today and the number is 376, up from my first one which was 207 2 days ago. Since it didn't double all the way, they want me to go in for a third on Saturday. They said as long as it keeps going up it's a good sign. That I may have been pregnant with more than one, and lost one. I'm a little stressed out STILL. Am I overreacting?

Tortillachip - NO SEX??!!! When?! Geez, I find out something new every day. I thought it was funny when the nurse told me that we had to use condoms while on stims. I'm like, HELLLOOOOO, i'm here because I can't get the job done naturally. We both hated it but it was like we were cheating on each other with each other.

AFM, I stop my BCP on Saturday!!! YAY!!! The fun will begin for me next week. I start my micro flair with menopur and follistim on day 2 of cycle. I hope all goes well. As if I didn't have enough going through my head, now I'm thinking about hurricanes!! What if one comes and I can't go in for b/w and u/s? Or what if one comes when it's time to ER or ET?! I suppose I'm getting WAAYYYY ahead of myself seeing how I got canceled last cycle. I plan on taking it one day at a time this time around. I'm going to try and not drive myself nuts. I've said this before and I'll say it again. I will be so much more prepared this time and I owe it all to you wonderful ladies of the IVF sisterhood. I appreciated every single one of you and I thank you for all the knowledge you have given me. Ok I've babbled on enough. I'm getting emotional and I haven't taken a single hormone yet. lol

Hey ladies,
I DID ITTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!! I got my trigger shot and it wasnt bad @ all. I iced it for about 15 mins before the shot and felt absolutely NOTHING... Thank you all for support and tips. I hope my PIO goes this easy. But my bum is sore I must admit but not too bad. Thank you all for helping me get through this.

Tortilla: hahaha you are not the only one. Im so moody. The RE said NO sex, DH has his procedure to do on sat also, so we are trying to build up as much as we can

katie yep it is my first consult tomorrow it is always a nervous wait when you are meeting your RE for the first time. And you will get to your ER we just have to believe it's going to happen cause thats all we have is the faith and knowledge to get there. Sept/Oct thread would be cool cycling buddies yay

Gi - Oh hurricane season. Hate it, but I'll take it anytime over winter! So, hurricane season starts in June and ends in November. The activity usually beings in August. Well, there are 3 storms that are being watched in the Atlantic! I hope nothing comes until next month. I'll be done with my cycle then.

HI all,

I'm feeling really bummed today. After 7 days of stims, I have very slow growth. 2@11, 2@10, 2@9,1@7 and 4@5. Nurse said she would really like to see me further along than this, but that PCOS patients do stim slowely. So I feel like I'm getting mixed messages. She also said they will probably up my dose, depending on how the E2 comes back. I told her I had been feeling alot of ovarian activity and she said she doubted it because the follies are to small to feel at this point. Um-really, because I'm telling you I do feel them. GRRRR.

Anyways, sorry for the negativity. i just needed to vent.
