Vicky - Your jig did it! I had the greatest smiley face ont he OPK. Now if only I could get the same positive response from those nasty hpts....We'll be just a few weeks apart. I start Lupron in 7 days and then start stimming at my upcoming AF.

Susan - Grow lining Grow!!! I am going to be supplementing with Estrogen this upcoming cycle to. I think they are giving me oral estrace, but I did the patches with all prior transfers and had no problems. Sending more warm cali sunshine for your wee ones.

Vlada - That 's a great plan. Sending your little bean-cycles lots of prayers.

Christine - Fantastic news. Must be a happy mother's day for you indeed!!
Can't wait to hear about the heartbeat :D

Geckogirl - I love that 'It is what it is". So true. Don't worry about the cramps subsiding. Everything sounds really positive so far. The longest 7 days coming up will somehow defy the laws of time space continuum, but will pass.

karia - I'm so glad you're okay. Wow, that must have been a scare. Sounds like you have fabulous little embies. Saying prayers for them. GROW embies GROW! BTW, Sunday is perfect MOther's Day gift to have ET

Jovigal - You made it! STICKY STICKY STICKY!!! I hope the next 2 weeks fly. Get lots of pampering :D

Well, I had my LH surge and now will start lupron in one week. Poor dh, just when things were going well. He should probably book a week trip during my downregs. The downregging and he don't seem to mix well. I'm just an innocent bystander at the mercy of my injections  ( I think that would stand up in a court of law, right??)

Happy MOther's Day, We're off to Santa Barbara for the week-end.

I just found out from the clinic that none of the four remaining embryos made it to blast so there is nothing to freeze. That kinda makes me discouraged about the 6 they did transfer. The nurse said not to feel bad because very rarely do embies from my age group make it to freeze and that they are better off inside my body anyway. She said with the embryo quality and number available to transfer my odds are still excellent but I am feeling discouraged. I am also getting AF like cramps and am afraid that it is only the PIO shots that are keeping it away but will try to remain positive anyway.

I hope everyone has a great Mother's Day and that the PMA is in abundance!!!!

geckogirl - I felt the same way when I was advised for both of my IVF attempts none of my embies made it to Blast stage to freeze. I know it really hit me harder this time as I found that out before I learned I was BFP. You have 6 wonderful chances in your uterus right now! Wishing you the very best Baby Angel Dust and praying for much success.

Daly - Hope you have a nice Mother's Day weekend in Santa Barbara. It will be your turn next for sure!

Wishing all of you lovely ladies a wonderful Mother's Day.

Love,
Christine

karia - just bc you had 1 4cell 1 6cell doesn't mean they won't do well. Sometimes I think these embies need their mommy's bodies to do well in. They don't like those cold, sterile lab dishes. They do much better in mommy!

geckogirl - just as I said to karia, Our embies need us not culture dishes!!!! I'm sure you'll do fine!!! STICKY BABY DUST!!!

daly - I hope you had a lovely weekend. I thought of you often, hoping you were doing ok. I know Sunday had to be tough for you.

Well, I have 7 days to go. Trying to stay busy, so much to do, get done. I'm ready to take a torch to my house though. I wish I was rich enough to hire maid service. I'm slowly getting it done though. I'm working on my kitchen now.

Jovigal - Could you torch mine when you're through??? Yes, Sunday was tough. My dh is getting exhausted with my ever changing moods and I'm really hoping this next IVF works. We could certainly use the break. Sending you sticky dust!!

Geckogirl - Sending you tons of Sticky Babydust. Your sextuplets will do great. Alot of embies don't do well in the culture dish and would have done better in mom. Give you belly some special rubs and feel good you even had some that might have made it. They never even consider freezing with my embies. So that in itself is a complement.

Chrisitne - I hope to be truly celebrating Mother's Day next year. This was a rough one. LOL to your wee one.

Smartie - I'm so sorry you're feeling down. Blood is always so scary when your pregnant. I bled from week 5 to week 9 with my dd and she didn't mind it a bit. :D Sending you extra prayers and lots of sticky dust. Sorry time will stand still untill tomorrow!!

Karia - My bfp was with 2 4-celled day 3 embies. She was a gorgeous baby. Don't lose hope. I found there are lots of 4 xelled day 3 embies that make it when you look around.. Jovigal is absolutely right. Sometimes, clinics do day 2 transfers becasue these little guys do so much beter with mom then some old petri dish. They know the difference!

Big hi to everyone else. I'm just waiting for Thu's visit to start Lupron. Very afraid of what my mood will do with that!

Smartie - Best wishes for a BFP tomorrow. I'm so sorry you think it's negative. Hopefully the spotting means nothing. Sending you many prayers for success.

Karia - I totally agree with Jovigal - I believe the embies do much better in mommy's uterus! I didn't have any make it to freeze but had one work in 2005 and what looks like another one this time - so I truly believe they progressed better in my uterus. Keep the faith! Sending you much Sticky Baby Angel Dust!

Jovigal - Hope you are hanging in there honey! 7 more days! Wishing you a week that flies by and a very positive BFP! Hang in there!

Daly - Sorry your weekend didn't go well. Your chance is coming up next! I hear you about the Lupron. It really made me moody this time more than last time. Wishing the very best in your new attempt!

geckgirl - Hope you are hanging in there. I can't wait to hear your positive news. Sending lots of Sticky Baby Angel Dust your way!

As for me - I'm getting over a cold we all had last week and today I finally feel a bit better. I'm nervous about my scan on Weds so I'm trying to keep busy to pass the time. I'm also a little sad as my Dad who just finished Cancer Treatments last month and went into remission, is feeling the same symptoms again as it might have come back. It's Non Hodgkins Lymphoma - a rare form of it and there is no further treatment for it. So needless to say I am very scared for him. He's been my best friend my whole life. I was adopted and could not have asked for better parents to raise me. So I'm saying many prayers for all of you and all of us for positive results. Take Care Ladies.

Love,
Christine

Smartie - Good luck tomorrow. I hope the spotting you are experiencing is nothing and that your blood test proves to show a BFP!!!

Christine - So sorry to hear about your Dad. It is so stressful when a parent is very ill. I understand how you must feel. My Dad passed away three and a half years ago after being sick for years with cancer -(((hugs))) your way.

I am trying to keep positive. I have a KILLER backache that just gets worse and worse. And I have PMS like I haven't since I was in my 20s. What is THAT all about? Unfortunately, my cramps are centering in my uterus and really feel like AF. Haven't started bleeding yet so as I told DH this morning, I am not giving up till the blood work.

Take care.

Just wanted to let you all know that I miscarried. I had a perigestational hemorrhage and bled so much that it hurt my baby. I am so depressed. But I know things happen for a reason. It will be a few months for me to be able to do the FET. I didn't have a d an c. I am naturally miscarrying it.

I have learned that even if I get a BFP, to wait before I tell all my friends and family. I feel like I did something wrong. Why me??

I hope you are all doing well...

Donna :(

Donna - We are so incredibly sorry for you and DH. It's the biggest heartbreak to have that happen. A lot of us have had the same experience and it is horrible. Many prayers for you and DH. Wishing you much success for your next attempt. Please keep in touch. God Bless you and DH.
