to_havefun_08 Thanks for welcoming me to the board. I have my beta on November 26th. I was supposed to have my estrogen and progesterone checked tomorrow 11/19 but since I has a 5dt they checked it before doing the ET. My IVF nurse called yesterday and said that those numbers looked good, so as you can imagine I am on pin and needles waiting on 11/26.

Congratulations Marynaz on your BFP!

Congrats Marynaz on your BFP!!!

I haven't really been around this site for that long...so for some of you who have been, I am assuming that this many BFPs on one thread is not the norm, right? It's such a great thing to see!

Had my 8 week scan this morning...baby is growing well!

Keep up the PMA to all of you who haven't had your beta's yet!!

AJ

I don't have a lot of time at the moment so, this is going to be really quick. I did skim through the messages and it looks like there have been more BFP's - congrats to all!
I just wanted to say thank you to all whom responded/sent messages supporting me in everything. I truly appreciate it!!
The ER went well. I was in quite a bit of pain as they removed 21 eggs. 17 were exposed and 11 have taken quite well. I don't know the grades yet but will know more on Wednesday or Thursday. My ER will be Friday the 21st. This is all so exciting yet I am still very nervous as well. Again, thank you to everyone for your support and encouragement. I'll still be praying for y'all and hope that we all get those positive results we are looking for! :)

Congrats Marynaz on your BFP!!!! Any to anyone else I may have forgotten! It's so hard to keep up. I've decided in my 1ww until u/s that I have to catch up on school work and work work so I'll be on the boards only periodically. I'm still here thinking of all of you though!

I can't keep up with everyone, so sorry, I have anesthesia brain today. My ER went well, not as heavily sedated as my Hysteroscopy surgery thankfully still didn't feel too much pain.

So, they retreved 12 eggberts, they said 7 were mature. I was hoping for a better number because I am only 31. 8 is their magic ICSI number so they ICSIed all of them instead of 50/50. They called today and I was reading that they usually see 75-80% fertilization with ICSI, that some get damaged by the needle etc. It must be for the total batch they are talking about, not just the mature ones. So the nurse called and I was prepaired to her them say 4-5 fertilized but she said I had 9 that fertilized! Two that were close had apparently matured invitro enough to accept sperm! YAHOO!! I have nine-uclets and two angel babies.

I feel blessed but still don't have anything to show for it, my arms are still very empty. I did however watch Baby Mama on pay per view yesterday, made me cry and laugh, I recomend it! Anyway, ET Thursday and PIO tonight. I do feel the odds are still against me, a positive doesn't equal a baby, and I know that twice over. Trying to take it one step at a time.

Those test are 100% accurate, so my lady you are preggo. Cannot wait to hear your beta on Thurday.

Babyhope. Congrats on your ER today. ICSI is the best way to go. We would have never got so many fertilised withiut it. Out of 24 mature eggs we had 20 fertilise. I am sure you baby is in that group. Keep the Faith. I will keep you and your soon to be fertilised embies in my prayers.

wonderce, What days post transfer were your betas done? You have a very high second beta, wondering if you have twins cookin yourself :)

Just a quick warning (only because I know how hard it would hurt if it happened this way)... The shot you take to bring on ovulation for your ER can stay in your system enough for 2 weeks to bring a false positive on an HPT. I highly recommend sticking with it and waiting until your beta. Don't waste the money and the time worrying... the 2WW is the pits but its really the necessary amount of time to get accurate results.

I am sure your BFP on your HPT is correct- I'll be praying that it is... I just know how hard it would be to have that huge fall if its not.
