Hi everyone!

So it is only 2dp my transfer and I am already looking for signs! I know it is not even realistic to think about an hpt for another 6 days or so, but it is already killing me. Once I am past when supposed implantation should occur, I am going hpt crazy!

I am trying to keep busy, my husband and I are trying to start a photography business. My husband loves taking pics and after having ella we upgrading to a really good camera. We just ordered some backdrops and studio lights and we are going to try and remodel our garage to be a makeshift studio, and of course go to events and shoots. It has been keeping my mind occupied these past couple of days, but I know as my beta nears, I will have trouble staying sane.

I will try and catch up on personals soon, for now, just a few.

shelby- congrats on 2 frosties. and we will get through this 2ww together

katie- i am so glad you are almost there, monday is just around the corner . I am soooo happy we both finally made it to cycling!

Neffi- I missed you a few pages back, but I am sorry to hear your news. I will definitely be watching out for you for your next cycle and hoping for a sibling for jack.

Hi Girls,
Hope everyone is doing well.

Sangria – I took the day off when I had my ER. I just figured I wouldn’t be up for working after having gone under. I hope you’re feeling better today and we’ll be waiting to hear your fert report. You had a great number of eggs! You are very correct, it only takes one!! GL Hun. I’ll be praying for you.

malya324 – Congrats on your second beta numbers! I wish I could get off the shots, but I’m only on the shot and not suppositories as well. I have a question and I hate to even ask. How did you know you were MC? What were your symptoms?

Kristyb – Congrats on your first u/s!!! That is so great!! Did the cramping subside after you stopped POI? I’ve had cramping pretty much every day. It’s not bad at all but I almost always am feeling something.

Statsgoddess – YAY, your PUPO!! That would certainly be a great way to celebrate!! It just hit me that I’ll be very much preggers for our first anniversary in Dec! We brought back a small bottle of Johnny Walker Blue from our honeymoon and have been saving it for our first anniversary. So much for that. lol

Bei – I’m doing great. I hope you are as well. I didn’t start spotting until after my second beta. Thanks for the prayers. DH and I would love twins, but the more I think about it the more scared I become. lol

Miyaya – Hopefully you’ll get to trigger soon! How long have you be in stimms?

shelbyrn0214 – That’s great so that means you’re almost a week away from beta! I am excited for next Friday. I want it to be here now! That’s really great about your snow babies. I can’t believe the H1N1 has hit so close to home for you. I’m so scared about it. I want the vaccine to come out already because I want one! YAY 2 snowbabies!!! That is so awesome.

katie99 – I’m praying for your little follies!! That is such great news.

Marya – I POAS at all times of the day. They say the morning has the highest concentration of HCG. I read somewhere to wait at least 4 hrs before doing it and like Lisa said, don’t purposely filly your bladder. That will dilute the HCG concentration in your urine. GL!!!!!

Kiwi – 1 week away from Beta. That’s great! I though the second week went by so much faster than the 1st.

jenn913 – YAY for stimms!!!

kala0704 – SO great to hear from you!! I’m glad you’re safe and sound. That is awesome about your doctor speaking English! The prayer worked!!!! YAY for stims!! This is so exciting!!! I pray that everything continues to go well for you. Is it cold over there?

AFM, nothing much to report. I guess no news is good news. I feel fine. Still no morning sickness. I get tired in the afternoons, that’s about it. Take care ladies.

CT - Was checking in to see what you were up to. I see that you just did you FET on Tuesday. Much baby dust to you and your DH. Wishing Ella a new sibling soon. My hubby and I are considering trying again sometime in 2010. The thought of another 10K-15K is alot to think about. We spend 22K on the shared risk plus additional 3K on meds for Michaela. She was born and we are blessed. I just turned 40 so we aren't able to do the shared risk anymore so now there's alot of money to go out and no guarantee. We had none left to freeze the last time. We may wait until I'm even 41 because we want Michaela to be around 3 when the next baby arrive.

Good luck and I have everything crossed for you. Remember PUPO. Also I had very few cramps on my left and right side the last time. I really thought I was not pregnant and I was so don't let symptoms get the best of you. Some people have them and some don't and still end up pregnant.
Me, 40 - DH, 47
IVF #1: POSITIVE - Michaela born 9/19/08
IVF #2: Consult on 10/13/09 - Start BCP Dec since clinic will be closed for the Holiday.

Johannanita Ok this is gonna sound very strange: It was three weeks after my first beta, I had been on pelvic rest (no sex) and had a dream were I had an orgasm. I woke up in pain, severe stabbing cramps and went to the bathroom and I was bleeding alittle. I then woke my husband and brought him to the bathroom (he wanted to see how heavy I was bleeding) and when I wiped a large clot, the size of my palm, fell into my hand. The cramps died down and the bleeding was just spotting. I didn't have to be told that I had just had a MC but we went through all the motions and call the DR. and did what he said (2cc of progesterone, and bw) the bw confirmed my beta level went from 6000 to 4300 in two days, with in a week I was back to zero. It was very tramatic b/c we were at my parents that week for passover (my parents live in MI and my Dr. is here in Las Vegas) not fun, I hope no one ever has to go through that. But PMA, PMA!!! and now I will get off this horrible topic.
TTC 3 yrs 30 F/29M PCOS, one blocked tube/low sperm count
IVF egg retrival 11/20/08
IVF #1 3/24/09 MC at 6 weeks
IVF #2 9/11/09 MC at 7 weeks

Moorebaby- Good luck on your test! Wow, 2 days. I see your from CT...where in CT? What clinic do you go to? Believe it or not, this 2ww hasn't been so bad yet, but my last two were horrible, so I expect to start feeling the same way soon. I think right now I now there is still no way to know, so it isn;t bothering me, but once the weekend rolls around and hpt time starts creeping closer, I will drive myself nuts! I really don;t know why I torture myself with the hpt's, but I can't help it!

Hi girls -

Ok, I'll admit it, I'm getting nervous now. RE just called to change my meds (added menopur am too) I know that menopur matures the eggs, But he's never done that before with me. Granted it seems like he was right about pushing me to back to back cycle, he insisted it would help and it looks like it did. So DH has magically cleared his schedule for next week. Hmmm... Interesting how he became so busy during stims, then has a clear schedule right when they're about to end  Guess its not just me who's tired of nonstop cycling! I just cant get over how all of a sudden my ovaries are cooperating! Couldnt they have been agreeable before paying for 4 cycles? Jeez!

wolffie -CONGRATULATIONS MOM!!! :D

stats -YAY PUPO!!! that would be the greatest anniversary present!

kiwi -You must be sooo happy to be off bed rest! I'm not looking forward to it -

shelby -Hooray for snowbabies!! I've always wanted some! I hope you get the twins you're looking for! and me too! Its great that DH is so attentive, mine is too - but no cooking anymore, 1 meal from him equals a 2 hr cleanup from me! :(

j & c -Good luck tomorrow! Hope you're enjoying your family's visit!

sangria -fingers crossed for your embies!

kala -So glad that you arrived safe & happiness is a good RE that speaks english! YAY for stims on Sat!

michele -Ditto! just think, it only took us 3 threads to get here!

Johannanita -You brought all of us poor responders luck!

moorebaby - fingers are crossed for your beta on Sat! You can do it, its only 1 more day!

sorry if I forgot anyone, i feel like I wrote a book! - hugs to everyone!

Good evening all!

Katie-I am SO happy for you!! It seriously is what I needed to hear to have more hope for my appt. tomorrow :) I'm realistic so I'll be glad to have any over 4.

Shelby-so glad you have some snow babies for way down the road-you are PUPO!

Michele-I would love to do photography-capturing everyone's special moments sounds like the perfect job. It has to be nice to have some pleasant distractions during the 2ww.

j & c-GL with your appt. tomorrow. Hopefully we will both have great news!!

AFM-I am getting very nervous about tomorrow. I don't feel bloated and seriously question if more follies have grown since Tues. I also went on blood pressure medicine so I am completely out of whack right now. I laugh, cry, get light head/dizzy, forget everything and start all over again! Wish me luck tomorrow (and no cancellations!)

Thoughts, wishes, and prayers for all!

Moore- I am in West Haven, and I go to Park Ave Fertility in Trumbull. You are not that far from me. I met someone on this site that lives in Chesire (I think) and she also went to Uconn, she is pregnant now...so maybe the same will happen for you.

I am not teaching right now, because I am choosing to stay home will Ella (and hopefully her sibling) but my last job was in Bridgeport. I still tutor for the city of Bridgeport and private tutoring locally. What school and grade in Milford? I have cousins in one of the elementary schools and one of my best friends teaches at Law.

Such a small world!

malya324 - So sorry for bringing everyone down but thank you so much for sharing! I was just curious. Were you spotting before hand? I had to use the bathroom earlier and when I went there was pink in my discharge. I've been slightly spotting for the last two days but it's been brown. Sorry TMI. I got a little nervous is all. Then I started getting pains in my stomach like I had to go to the bathroom, but I didn't go. I made myself go pee I don't know how many times after that just so I could wipe. It's SO hard not to worry.

katie99 - I was on menopur anf follistim this cycle and it worked for me. :D I'm glad I'm bringing luck to the poor responder. I hope this is your cycle!
