gi- well i'll just need to relax. I want the best if possible for my pregnancy. thanks again for inviting me over to the more relaxing side and exciting side. whats a ticker is that the attachment you all have that keeps track of your growing baby? i no im lost im new to this lol. i think everyone get runs to the bathroom after they feel a leak because of being nervous and afraid. I'm think the same when i leak and it's just the beginning hang in there. the suppositories sound better than the injections. they are so painful and i have bruises and lumps i sometimes can barely sit or get comfortable sleeping because it hurts. i took crinone when i was preparing for a endometrial biopsy. interesting they have you one crinone while your pregnant from ivf cycle. i guess every RE has its own protocol and everyone has their own problems and needs too.



angela- thats so exciting you'll find out the gender early. i'm so excited for you. i'm going to be waiting for your news. i'm going for my associates and i hope to be done real soon as in the next few yrs. i'm hoping in two yrs but we'll see since now we have to think about the baby and it might push me a semester back in the winter for the birth we'll see how it all plays out. but i cant wait to be done already.

Hi ladies! How is everyone? I've been reading like a mad woman so I will catch up on personals tomorrow-I promised DD that we'd have girls' night tonight (painting nails, doing make-up/dress up, watching a movie, and eating lots of popcorn) I am excited

I wanted to pop on and let you know that I had a sonogram today. I was sent to one building and the lady I spoke with told me I was in the wrong place. She sent me across town to another office where I was told they do all ultrasounds EXCEPT for pregnancies. So...I went back to where I started and they directed me to another building just across the street. Finally, I got to the right place and the tech. was upset because I only had 10 minutes left for my scheduled appt. and she informed me that I should have told the receptionist that I had twins and needed an hour instead of a half hour. How am I suppose to know that?!? WTH!!! I was so frustrated but when I got to see the babies I completely forgot and just enjoyed the moment!

Anyhow, she did go over time (it took a little over an hour) and they look great! We have a BOY and a GIRL.

Stephanie-So funny, same sexes and I found out I have previa as well. The girl is sitting very low-it was her placenta they are worried about and there is still the hematoma by her. Sounds like we are going to have the same worries and stories to compare

Steph -Oh yes, I'm definitely moving much slower lately. Today i must have looked like an old woman mowing the lawn. Happy Birthday to your DD!
WTH? How did the lady thats pregnant with twins end up eating last? How did that happen? You've got two little ones in there, when mama says food, they agree! Oooh, girl you're not kidding around - halfway theres already! Where did the time go?

Angela - ha ha oh, how I wish for a riding mower, nope this is a walk behind, but it has that self propel thing so really its just steering and turning. But after today? I think I'm not touching the lawn at all - maybe next year Will you work your whole pregnancy? You need to get your rest too, you know. OK now I'll be crossed for your u/s Monday to be team blue!

Angela thanks for letting me vent too I can't wait for your u/s also this must feel so much better now that you are well taken care of... I dought you will find out the sex of hte baby though even at 14w it's almost impossible to find out. The genetals are so much alike.

Natasha - so sorry you are so bored I know what you mean I have almost nothing to do all day at work I am so bored so I started bringing my pictures and getting them printed at least it gives me something to do!!!

gi - thanks to you too it must be scary to be almost off your progest... but I think you are going to be ok dear you are doing great. Can't you scrapbook or something that is not tirering?

rayofsunshine - glad you are having fun with DD tonight. I can't believe you have a boy and a girl too. you girls are so lucky!!! That is wonderful... I can't believe it that is just so awesome!!!

Katie - glad to see everything is going good and you are still feeling movement that is great and so reassuring... way to go girl.

AFM - well girls noone guessed... they are cup cakes!!! Can you believe it? Someone at work did them for a bake sale so of course I had to get one for each of the kids they were totally amazed too how fun for them and even all the adults there today everyone was so schocket

Katie - Oh man, you should have seen me today. lol I was going pretty good for a while then my body just gave in. My belly started to hurt and my feet are still aching! I need a good rub a dub. As far as twin mama not eating till last, well... the leader is preggers also with one and wasn't doing anything yet I was in there helping when I wasn't a part of the FRG so everyone was so surprised and happy that I helped. It caused a lot of drama with the FRG. There is always drama with Army wives though. lol How are you feeling? Decide on a name for baby girl or is DH still dead set on Samantha? There is no budging Andrew. Wish there was some compromize but nope.

Sara - YAY for boy and girl babies! Funny how we seem to have a lot in common with our pregnancies. Man, I don't understand why they have to give you a hard time. When setting up an appt, the people doing it should know how to set the appt. It's not your job, you are the patient. We always get alloted 1hr per u/s but that is for a singleton. I told them last time I was at mine that they should shedule 2 hours for twins because both times I was there, I was there for over 2 hours. Hell, last time I was there for three! We did a lot of waiting though. Anyway... getting the run around like that when you just had to go across the street?? I would have ringed whomever told you that's neck. Some people need signs or shock collars or something.

Steph - Tee Heee! Our Steph was the cause of drama with the Army wives? Aww, they can find drama, or create it wherever they look. I think some of them live for it. hello everyone-

just a quick note to sayhi and let you know that I haven't forgotten about you! I think of you all often but just never seem to have the time to log on. Honestly, I dont' know how you all do it - especially with work, older kids, pets, and DHs... I can't seem to make any time for myself... and when I do, I'm so exhausted, I just sleep!!

But, I am making some time tonight. I am going to dinner & SATC 2 with 3 girlfriends. My DH is working his LAST evening shift - he is going to be working daywork beginning monday... so we'll be on the SAME schedule instead of opposites! And DS is having a babysitter - this will be his first time to be put to bed by anyone other than DH or me. Should be ok, tho, he loves my neighbor/babysitter. AND - he starts pre-school on Monday for the first time... but just for 2 days a week. He has visited 2x and seems to love it for a couple of hours at a time, we'll see how he does for a whole day! And next week, my oldest DSS is graduating from HS. SO much going on. I can barely keep up.

I see several of you have found out the genders of your little ones! YAY! Looks like a LOT of girls!!! We find out June 17. My DSSs are coming up that weekend and we're going to do a gender cake to find out what it is. They are excited - both to know what their baby sibling will be - and for the cake!

Well today in my boring spare time I finally had something to look forward too. My son was doing a play at school and I was going to be there on time and everything. I forgot my camera so I called my dh to see if he wanted to come I could pick up the camera at the same time, my son really wanted him to be there too. But he refused I was kinda pissed but oh well I was just going to use my phone to take pictures.

So I go and I am almost there... then my dh says it's ok he will come I just have to pick him up... well I was happy about that but then I though I will miss the show. But you know how those things all the whole class does a show and yours is always last. He said it was at noon but wasn't too sure so he said maybe at 12:30. So it was almost noon and I chose to go pick up my dh and be there for 12:30... wanting to make him happy!!!

Well guess what!!! His class was the first one to go... When we got there my dh said, oh look we are not late he is there sitting on the ground and doing nothing. I said well maybe he is done already... he said well go and ask, in a really picky way... so I went and asked and he said he was all finished... I was speechless.

I went back to my dh and told him he was done and I was very upset... he got up and said he was not going to listen to this for an hour and was going to leave. Well he could not leave cause he had to drive me. So I asked my son to come out and I was going to at least take a picture of him in his costure and I just couldn't speak... I just started ballding and still am. I cried like a baby, some lady came over to try and comfort me but I was uncosolable. I told my son I was going to be on time etc... Someone offered to give me pictures cause they were there I said thanks but I didn't want to have pictures I wanted to see him play his act he worked so hard for months.

So we left I was just crying like a baby in the van uncosolable actually my dh was NOT trying to console me anyways he kept saying it was ok... (give me a break!!!) So I got off a bit away from the office so I could sit under a tree and cry and cry.

Do you girls think it's the hormones or what? Was it that bad? Or did I overreacted??? Oh boy I am having a hard time keeping my head straight and balanced???

Sorry for venting again. I really got to find a place to vent this is NOT a forum for my tiny little spills

Wow sounds like you are in for good times ahead. Oh how your DS will enjoy this new time and maybe ask for favors while you are both gone and pre-school how exiting it will be for him. I think the cake idea is amazing... what a cute thing to do with them. Way to go girl thanks for popping up.

I am actually quite content so far and read about 3 books a wk, as soon as i know the baby is ok i will buy another latch hook rug to for the nursery, i already have 2 (my mam made one) and they are winnie the pooh themed characters that should pass the time.

Natasha yeah a ticker is the pregnancy ticker at the bottom of our signatures and if i can put one up anyone can!! I got mine from the tickor factory, its free and very easy to do. You are right its better to be bored than stressed and overworked you will find something that suits you to pass the time.

Katie dont think i have ever mowed the lawn! jasons dad does it for us My mams great thanks still reads here most days and wishes everyone well. So your dh is set on Samantha i think its a cute name, if we have a girl i think we are going for Kayla and joshua for a boy, i change my mind everyday what i am having but i really dont mind just excited to find out!

Hope glad you are doing well and dh is finally on same schedule as you no more "passing ships", enjoy your meal.

gi- thanks when I go to my u/s i should find out how many im expecting and my exact due date from my RE. i thought it was weird that i already did to betas and they want a third one monday then set up for an u/s appt. i guess i should have asked why i was getting my hormones checked three times. now im wondering if something is wrong that they arent telling me. hmm. so i should find out soon in the next week or so then i'll add a ticker. thanks
