I would definately choose if I could! We are also doing PGD if they find any good eggs in me and they told me I could do the gender diagnosis or the viability diagnosis. We chose the viability diagnosis because of my age of 46, really old eggs! Wishing you the best of luck!

ashley- great to hear from you! woohoo for your et! how are you doing? my et may also be on thursday. i know yours is a fet...are you transferring 5dt blasts? how many? i'm thinking the same thing...hopefully 3rd time is a charm for me as well!

lauren319- personally, i would not choose the gender. i would ask for the "best-looking" embryos & hope that i get a healthy baby! but it is a decision that only you & your dh can make. good luck on your et tomorrow!

lauren1171- it does feel like it flew by...i stimmed for 9 days, well 10 if you count the ganirelix i took this morning. thanks for your words of support!

kbillsy- i think it's too early for a hpt. i did the same thursday & friday...thursday i shopped & friday i cleaned & did grocery shopping. hope you enjoyed your relaxing movie night. what did you watch?

tiger- i am truly so happy to have read your post b/c you sound so positive & happy!

renee- yay mama!!! so happy for you...can't wait to hear another great beta # on monday! i also was told to watch for ohss..they said it looks mild, but i feel like i look like a 4 month preggo...i guess we're just getting a little glimpse of what's to come

lou- hope you had fun tonight & you were able to finagle a plan for not drinking. i love homemade guacamole & salsa...yummy! oh & mai tais, too, but the real ones of course, lol!

Chili -- Yep, we were at Toyota Park! Had a (sober) blast.

Lauren319-- I'm with Es on this one. I would not choose the gender esp on the first child. I would definitely transfer the best one (or two) looking embryos and leave gender to chance. That's sorta the fun part in all this is when you are pregnant and you get to find that out. I wouldn't want to already know before I even had my beta. Do what would make you both the happiest. That's just my thoughts on it.

AFM- Buffett was a blast! I pretended to drink mai tais but never added the rum. I turned down all the shots i was offered. God, I hope I'm pregnant!

omg hi everyone!!!
i miss you all so much! its been sooooo crazy on vaca (but in a GREAT way) and my DH forgetting my laptop on our kitchen table has made it almost impossible to keep up with everyone.
i'm in cincy right now...just got back from indiana last night, and am heading back to NY tomorrow to pick up my piperdog, and stay there for a few days.
i am on my MIL's laptop right now, but every time i go to check in with you all someone else needs the computer. soooo annoying hahaha dont they know i need to check in with my sisters?
anyway i'm so sooo sooooo sorry i have no idea really where anyone is right now in their cycles...i have a TON of reading to do thats just not going to be happening for a few more days, but i wanted you all to know i was thinking of you always!

oh...afm i am tracking my LH surge with ovulation tests, and i usually get my surge on day 14, and now it is day 15 and still no surge....what up wit dat??? do you think my last BFN made me not ovulate this month??? thats never happened to me before!!!! grrrrrr.....i'm gonna give it a few days and then call my RE and see what they think!! more waiting for me i guess!!
ok i'm off to this huge farmers market downtown and i cant wait!

Transferred 1 PERFECT little boy. All 3 were pretty perfect, so we're freezing the other 2. Also, just to follow-up on our gender conversation....all 3 were boys, so it was a moot point...and one was clearly the frontrunner.
