Tess - FU** neighbors, I hate mine. Just one house they complain about everything never mind they are loud and abnoxious. Seriously try not to let it get to you. Is the bush in your property? then you have every right, at least here in the US you do. Really they are jerks and they probably take great pleasure in stressing you out. Lauren - There could be lots of reasons for BFN and it seems you are on your 2nd IVF right? Too early to tell. How many follicles did you have, I saw you got 2 eggs. You could have the same as me, we have to do IVF to get pregnant because of DH, but ends up I have low response to meds. 10 follies 1st IVF and 6 the 2nd. You are young so I would not go for PGD yet. Each embryo only has a 10% chance of implanting or 30% I can't remember but it is very low, they could be perfect and then not implant. If you get on to more IVFs and BFNs you might want to look at PGD or something else but hopefully you won't have to! Try to find out your AFC, it helps I think...
Kynlee - I am so sorry about your BFN, take the time to cry and it is such a hard blow. This really stinks after all your effort. I want to send you huge hugs! DH is taking 2 - 200mg of CoQ10 every day (costco has them cheaper) and a men's formula I bought at Pharmaca which has a glass bottle. I can try and get you the name but his #s went crazy up. Not normal still but way better. He was also victim of infertility due to chemo so it could also just be his body recovering so I am not sure.
Karian - so sorry, I hope this is a lucky one for you, I also have a stepdaughter and if you ever want to talk about having a child and stepchild pm me, it is not easy.

I think I got everyone! If not I am sorry! I am here going crazy waiting for the 27th when I get my baseline, I have been taking DHEA and I really hope I get more than 7 AFC! Praying hard! Oh I also found out insurance covered acupuncture and I am doing it once a week, I found out my Chi has no umpf WTF? Whatever! I will do anything for this BFP!
How much resting do you do post-ET? It seems to me that every clinic and doctor seem to have a different opinion there... 
Actually, my doc normally starts you 2-3 days later as well...but I asked if I could start tonight and she said sure as though it was no big deal. AF started last night and has been heavy...so I think that had something to do with it also. As well as my lining and E2 levels being good. Heck, even my baseline was sooner than normal cause I asked if it could be today instead of tomorrow or Thursday. I know that they normally like to see us 3 days after starting stims which is Friday...and if I were to not start tonight...she didnt want to start me till Friday then...just so I wouldnt be going back again till Monday...so alot of it has to do with their calenders as well. They're there every day...but dont like to purposely schedule things so that everything falls on the weekends...when they try to limit staff.
