Hey nanasadeen, nanasadeen wrote:hello ladies, sorry for not posting for the last week or so, my labtop was broken and i was disconnected from the cyber world, I did my first U/S yesterday 6 week and 5 days,, the Doctor saw 2 sac but one heart beat, he said that is no baby on the seconed sac, and I have to do a seconed U/S next week to see if we can see baby in it, so I am not sure now, I am so happy with the heartbeats, they were 160
I asked my Dr about the shots and he said continue till week 12, so for me another month or so .......
good luck every one with twins, that is so excited, and baby dust to all of us
Hey Lovebug,Love Bug wrote:Ok.... Now that I had some time to process, yes we have three sacs and fetal poles. I am a little early for heartbeats (I wasn't expecting that until next week anyway). I am in shock!!!
I went from three. IVF'S totally not working to having all three implant! I know the risks and the chances of all three making it are slim, but I just wanted one- any more is a result of a lot of prayers.
I never expected this!! Oh, and for anyone who is worried, the first thing my nurse said to me after she told me there were three was bleedig is totally normal with multiples and to not freak out. I havnt bled yet, but she said it's so common she tells all her girls with more that one cookin!
Good luck ladies!!!
hmm, maybe when I go back in two weeks Ill ask them to use a machine that can actually tell me the heart rate. lol. I dont want to be bossy, but man, im just so curious! Did they see another sac with you? I think you mentioned before that there was a possibility of another one there.usmcwife14 wrote:MSM2be~ We are about the same time too and I had my ultrasound yesterday they saw a heart rate of 170. But I can't honestly saw what it is supposed to be.
Oh I totally understand. I am VERY concerned about money. Right now, I am still in school and will not be starting my residency for another two years so I have no income comming in. My DH is the only one working and while his salary was good for the two of us, It will be tough for 4. Honestly, this is the one thing that keeps me up at night. There are so many unknowns. Plus I hear that childcare is super expensive for one child, let alone more than one. Both of my parents have yet to retire, so I cannot rely on them to take care of the kids. It will be tough for sure. But Im hopefully. Lots of people make it through so we will as well. Just have to keep positive!Love Bug wrote:I wasn’t able to see any of the heartbeats. I know a day or two can make a difference though with seeing them. I’m not really worried because two of the three are really well defined and look like everything I Googled
The third one, while is has a fetal pole may be behind, but they couldn’t get a good picture of it- so they just don’t know yet what's going to happen.
So, I was wondering if anyone has given thought to bed rest, leave, and/or working while carrying all our multiples. Truly, that is the only thing that is freaking me out right now. (That, and we live over 1900 miles away from our closest relative). We make a good income for two people with no kids, but now we may be "Party of 5", I am a really concerned about money.
