Ladies, thank you so much for your sympathy and support. I could not do it without you!

Teresa, Lou, Franny, Klinger, Tammy, Lauren, Lauren - THANK YOU! Your words mean so much.

So, like most of us, I had a total breakdown at work yesterday. Totally crying in my office. My co-worker came up, the only one that knows what's going on and she was like, get the hell out of here. Go home. So, DH had already taken the day off too, so I went home and we had a bunch of cocktails and went and played mini golf. It actually was a blast. On my way home, I called RE and talked to the nurse and said, I know you don't have all the answers, but I just need to talk to someone that knows more than I do. She was super nice and it was good. I am switching from Clomid to some other medication...can't remember right now, but will know more soon. and I'm also going to be on progesterone suppositories. So, I'm feeling good that at least I'm not doing the same thing that hasn't worked 2 times now! Then she said, have you thought about going to IVF? I said, you know, I can't really think about that right now. It's just so much money and there's nothing wrong with me! We are now using donor sperm and there's nothing wrong with me...we shouldn't have to get to IVF. I just was not even in the mind set of going there...So, I have my b/u today at 11:15 and then, here we go again! ugh.

I'm sorry, I don't have the brain capacity for personals right now. Hopefully you can forgive me.

Tammy -- I reallyhope you're right about my FET. I'll start again on BCP's when I get AF, which should be within a few days. I'm guessing my FET will be early October. I'm sorry for the negative HPT's but Im not giving up on you until there's a blood test to prove it!

Kbillsy -- Thanks for your confidence. I definitely am persistant, that's for sure. What is Royal Jelly? And how is it supposed to help?

Es -- Good luck today hun! Thinking of you.

Klinger -- Glad you're feeling better and already getting together a game plan. You go girl!

Lauren1171 -- I'm sorry your cycle didn't work out either. Just really sucks! I love the idea of a puppy! But 5 embies transferred.... I don't know about that! When will you have your FET? I think mine will fall early October. This has got to work for us this time!

Tiger -- I definitely hear you about breakdowns. But I'm glad you and DH spent some time together. I know that really helps. These BFN's just really stink. There's no other way to say it. Soooo not fair either. Glad you are getting started right away.... good for you!

Lauren319 -- Did you do it?

AFM -- Still really really sad and not sleeping well. I stopped the PIO, haven't had a shot since Monday. But I've got strange pregnancy symptoms. My boobs are noticeably bigger.... like a blouse was tight this morning and left a gap between the buttons. I wore it maybe 7-10 days ago and it fit fine. I even tried changing the bra. Finally gave up and picked something else. Now I'm sitting here in my office and got real nauseous. Even dry heaved a couple of times. That NEVER happens to me. I've also had the heartburn from hell for a couple of days. This is a mean mean trick. If I didn't have a blood test, I would swear on my life that I was pregnant! Maybe I'll POAS just to make sure they didn't screw up at the lab.

Lou...I would totally poas if I were you. We know our bodies better than anyone...and errors do happen. Perhaps even late implantation. I would do it just for peace of mind...it may even help your body to let go and AF to begin. That always happened to me...as soon as I would poas ...I'd start.

Tiger and Lou...I understand about the breakdowns...I'm on the verge of one...and my beta isnt even in yet. It's not looking good for me to ever have a sibling for Zach...and that is just killing me. Why oh why didnt I start again right after I had him?!!? (the docs wanted me to wait due to my vertical classic c-section).

Kbillsy...I thought about taking the DHEA too...but was afraid it might hurt rather than help. Can you tell me more? Let us know what the doc says.

AFM...13dpo today...BFN.
I got a little bit of good news just now. They're going to let me do my beta tomorrow instead of waiting till Monday. I just want to be able to stop the PIO and get started again as soon as possible. She said depending on what my baseline shows...they'll determine whether I will need to take the bcp's again or not. I had the option last month and chose to do them...so that my ER/ET was later rather than earlier in the summer. Dumb ...looking back on it now. I'm definitely feeling the pressure now...to hurry up before it is completely too late for me...if it's not already. I told her I had a list of reasons...I even wrote them all down (lol) for ammo, if needed...but I got as far as "My butt has huge bruises and lumps...and I really need to stop using the PIO as soon as possible"....and also, "I've used the FRER test since last Sat (checking for hcg from the shot)...and not only have they all been negative...but my usual signs of pregnancy every time...has been nose bleeds and drooling while sleeping and I've had neither...so I KNOW I'm not pregnant"....and she said "Okay...you can go tomorrow". I was sure to ask for the nice nurse when I called ...of course.

Tammy...I am so sorry that you are so sure it's over this time, but I am glad that the nurse is letting you in tomorrow. You shouldn't feel like it's too late for you!!! I'm still crossing my fingers for good things tomorrow :)

Lou...That has got to be awful to sit there with pregnancy symptoms. I am so sorry. Please let us know if you POAS! Even doctor's offices can make mistakes!!

Tiger...That's so nice that you and DH got to spend that time together. I'm also glad that they are going to switch it up this next time. If I thought that IUI would work for me I wouldn't be ready to think of IVF either...so stand firm and do what your body tell you to do!

Lauren1171....5 embies AND a chihuahua?! You are one brave lady! My parents have 2 chihuahuas and 2 weiner dogs and it is complete mayhem over there! It sounds like your DH is really supportive through this all :)

klinger...I hope you're feeling a little bit better today. I also hope your RE has some good info for you next week.

Lauren319...I have a feeling I am going to be SO much like you after my transfer...waiting 2 weeks!?!?! Not gonna happen for me! I'll probably start POAS as soon as I think the trigger is out of my system...how long does that take?? I already have my bathroom cabinet stocked with tests. DH thinks I'm nuts! He's probably right :)

Ester...I am dying to know how you're doing!!!! I hope your little embies are snuggling in nice and cozy! you know when you first get a teaching job and you have to go through new teacher orientation? Well at my job, we spent one whole day going through the gang booklet, learning about the local gangs, their colors and what not. My kids wear uniforms and aren't allowed to wear bracelets or earrings or anything that could be representative. No bubble letters allowed in the school either. It's a little nutty!

cakes...I'm sorry your beta isn't rising much...maybe friday will bring good news? I will cross my fingers.

dys...congrats!! I'm dying to know how it goes today too!

didi...I'm so glad everything is going along well for you! We need to preggos around here to remind us that it DOES work!

AFM...counting down the days til next Thursday. I sat on the couch with DH last night and we went over all the needles and fun stuff to make sure we remember...our teaching class was back in April!!! I have an instructional DVD if I need it though. RE nurse said she would draw on me with sharpie where all the shots should go, so DH reminded me to make sure she draws so we don't screw up!

Thinking of you all!

Tammy- I am sorry it looks like a BFN for you. :( I hope that you are able to jump right back in and dont worry little Zach WILL have a sibling!

Ester/Ashley- Good luck with you transfers today and congrats on being PUPO! I hope your embies snuggle in nice and tight.

Tiger- I am so glad that they will be trying something new for the IUIs and hopefully the progestrone will help too. Keep us posted on what the RE says.

Lou- Sorry to hear you are having prego symptoms. When did you stop taking the PIO? Maybe there is still some left in your system? Or maybe the RE office did screw up and you really are prego (I'm praying for that one).

Ryann- What are you starting on Thursday? I have my u/s and bw that day to make sure I'm supressed enough and if so I should start Menopur 75iu and Follistim 100iu. I'm just wondering if our ER will be close together.

Lauren319- Did you break down and POAS yet? Are you feeling any symptoms?

Lauren1171- I have wanted a chihuahua for years but DH is more of a big dog kind of guy. We own a pit/rottie mix (90lbs) and a bloodhound (130lbs) right now and I'm afraid they might think the chihuahua is a snack!

didi- Congrats Mama! Thanks for sharing and giving us all a little more hope.

I just feel soooo bad for Bill right now. He just called from work and told me that he is really sad today...apparantly when I didnt call this morning with good news...he knew it was bad news...and took it out on his workers....something he never ever does. He is the fun boss. It just goes to show how much it affects our DH's, too.

Hi Ladies--I didn't have the heart to get on here again for this cycle, but I'm feeling quite lost right now.

I'm at CD13 and the RE told me today that there were only 2 follies that looked good and maybe 2 more. We doubled the drugs this time and I am beating myself up. Why didn't I have more of a response? What did I do wrong? I don't know if I have the heart to make it through another cycle. We've already done 3 clomid/coitus and 1 FET this year. My RE chided that he thinks positive thinking helps...but I just can't get myself to be positive.

help.

Lauren1171 - Sorry about the BFN - but at least they confirmed what you already knew. Time to relax on your vaca and gear up for your FET!

DCRunningMama - 2 follicles doesn't sound good - if I were you, I would cancel the cycle and try again or turn it into an IUI cycle instead

Tammy - sorry to hear about your DH's reaction too... keep up the hope and PMA for another day though until the dr confirms with beta - you never know!!

Ryan - good luck as you get ready to start your cycle! That's a great idea to have the nurse draw on you with marker!

Tiger04 - So sorry - glad to hear you and your DH were able to make the most of the day and spend some time together. It's good that they are switching up your meds for the next round!

Ester - any news???

Lou - Royal jelly is a supplement that has also been shown to improve fertility: http://www.fertilefoods.com/healthy-pre ... fertility/

The DHEA is just something one of my friends recommended that I read up about online - http://www.centerforhumanreprod.com/pre ... aries.html

I think right about now I'd be willing to eat/drink just about anything if it would improve our chances  !!

2 emabies snuggling tight in their mama!

-a 6-cell & a 7-cell, both grade 4 for fragmentation. my clinic's grading for fragmentation is from 1 (best) to 5 (worst). some of the cells were also uneven in size.

according to the re who did the et, they are "average" & there have been babies born as a result of similar embryos.

just positive visualization & thinking & lots of prayers.

thank you everyone for you support & encouragement. i will do personals later.

Lauren1171...I'm so sorry...I was so hoping for you! :( I foresee lots of cocktails on your cruise! Big Hugs.

Lauren319...Yes, wayy too early, silly. lol :P

Kbillsy...Thanks for the links. Where do you buy them? How long do you need to take them to see a difference...3 months? Sorry, the articles probably said, but I skimmed and am feeling too lazy to research right now. lol

Ester...Get some rest PUPO! This is your time!!!

Teresa and Ryann...1 more week!

DCRunningMama...Hi and Welcome! Is there a chance that a couple more will pop up yet? If you're self pay...I might do as Kbillsy suggested. Does your doc do the microdose lupron flare protocol with you by chance? If not...ask about it. It's my miracle protocol. Hugs.

Tiger...Sounds really promising since they plan to switch up your meds next time. The next cycle is yours!

AFM...Hey girls ...quick question:
After stopping PIO...how soon do you get AF?
After stopping the suppositories (taking 2 in the am and 2 in the pm)...how long till you get AF?

I know everyone is different...just looking for averages here.

I'm considering switching to the suppositories tonight and tomorrow morning instead of the shot tonight (since I have them)...till I see my BFN beta tomorrow. 2 reasons...the 4" diameter lumps/bruises on both sides that I have (not even kidding)...and if switching to suppositories tonight means I'll get AF 1 day sooner...I'll take it.

I'm feeling desperate to get started on another cycle now, even 1 day sooner, makes me feel better...since I may be at this for a long time to come...hoping that 1 baby decides to finally stick before it's just too late.
