Hi Em - how cool to scan yourself and see those 2 little heartbeats beating away! Off to U2 tonight - very excited and hopefully FET for me at the end of the week. Big week ahead for me and DH.

Angie! A huge week ahead for you! Enjoy U2 tonight.....at our concert, I kept thinking my bubs are so lucky to be at a U2 concert.....sad.

Scan update ... lining is slowly creeping up - it is 7mm (from 5 last Thursday) and it needs to be "a good 8mm" - so upping the dosage of progy again - luckily no nasty side effects
So hoping now FET will be w/e or early next week.

U2 were awesome .

Oh well done to your lining! I really hope that its plush and you have your FET this w/e. The waiting is the worst part! Try and have a relaxing, restlful week and look forward to hearing how you go.

Em, when do you go back to your IVF doctor for your next appointment / scan??

HI there - Sorry! I thought this thread was coming to an end - so nice to hear you were wondering about me Bel B! All is good - I am 2 days into 2ww as you can see from my ticker. All went well with FET - we had 5 in storage, and they thawed 2 and both survived

so I have 2 floating around and hoping they implant.

feel fine - no symptons at all at the moment , despite being pumped full of estro and progest - this thaw cycle sure is easier than the fresh!

Will keep you posted I promise!

Hi everyone

I haven't posted for a while but thought I would update!

Had a disasterous frozen cycle in October with neither of my 2 embryos making it through the thaw. They weren't really sure until the last minute and actually had me in the transfer room before saying no its not worth it.

Have now just completed my 3rd cycle with one blast put back on Sat and am on the 2ww just behind you Angie!

It was a much smoother cycle then the first 2 and we got 6 eggs (good for me) 5 were suitable for ICSI and all 5 fertilised which was so much better then the last 2 times when only 1 in four and 3 in 9 fertilised!

We had fresh sperm this time instead of frozen the last 2 (DH works Overseas) so I think it made a real difference!

Anyway I have my fingers and toes crossed for third time lucky!

Hope you are all doing well and congratualtions em on twins..How exciting!

Nice to hear from you Mel and have someone to talk to on the same time zone! Wishing you lots of luck. I am debating when to do a HPT - need to try and hold out a bit longer - but this time next week should now what is happening. Must do some work now - these boards are such a distraction!

Have you tested yet (hpt) I did one this morning 6dp5dt and got a verrrryy faint second line. Trying not to get hopes up as feel very crampy just like the last 2 (unsuccessful) times. Will try again in the morning.

Oh Mel, well done! It sounds very good! My HPT line started off so faint but just got darker and darker each day. I am so hopeful for you!

Angie - remember that people often get false negatives....I am still crossing everything for you!

Hi Ladies - it's BFN for me unfortunately but was prepared so feeling OK. We'll definitely have another shot - question will be whether to do another fresh and keep the 3 frosties in reserve, or use up the frosties. Can't decide now. Will take some time out and get my head back to normality but will be back.

Hi everyone

Well I have now had 5 positve pregnancy tests even though not officially meant to test for another 4 days!

Now I am worried about chemical pregnancy and miscarriage. Also, when I started this cycle I was so convinced it wouldn't work I booked a flight to spend xmas in India (DH works there) I did check with the Dr at beginning and he said it was ok but know I'm having doubts, I'm supposed to leave next Tuesday......

Angie I'm so sorry it didn't work. We all try so hard and want this so much and I know nothing anyone says helps but I am thinking of you.
