kushka - I never felt anything in my 2ww and still don't but since you normally feel something not sure what it means but I would not worry about that dear.

Angela - do you think it's the same thing for the uterus that the older you get the harder it is to get pg? Cause I really need to go and get my 6 left next year? That's another reason I went so early??

Latrell - you know it is possible to get a BNF even if you Beta is Tuesday... I would not give up just yet girl... it could be a late implantation too... so I am still cheering for you girl.

tammy - well your symptoms sounds great. I sure hope it is what it is good luck to you girl.

AFM - still no news on house sell or house rental. But my crop yesterday was great... It has been so long since I got together with friends... it was fantastic and relaxing...

Helene - There is a theory that the older you get, the harder it is for implantation. That is the reason for some RE's who transfer more embryo's the older you get. But, they also base that on the age of the embryo (what age was the woman when they were retrieved). So you might not have any trouble. You have had several successful pregnancies, so I think you are fine!

I am glad you had a good time relaxing w/ your friends because it seems like you are always on the go ... but I guess that keeps us healthy and on track, right?

Emmax - I really think you are pregnant! So try to relax. I know how hard it is because it is killing me to wait for my pregnancy test also but you have some really good symptoms.

I go back in the morning after two days of increasing my meds i hope they dont cancel me! Cross your fingers for me!!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend and able to take sometime to relax. I have been reading the Infertility Survival Handbook: everything you never thought to you'd need to know: beating the odds and surviving by Elizabeth Swire Falkers. There is a section that talks about creating a care package for yourself to pamper and distract yourself during cycling. You prepare things for yourself that relax you (relaxing music, reading books, candles, magazines, face masks). The care package is to remind yourself to take care of you and that you matter. It talks about getting yourself emotional support (i.e, like this board) and how relaxed we need to be. It is hard for me to relax at times but I have gotten a lot better over the last several weeks. Sometimes, I think I need to know all of the b/w and u/s results. I realized early on that I just wanted to know if I am making progress in the cycle. When there was a delay, I cried but once the RE explained the reasoning and that adjustments are commonly made I was a little better. I don't know specificially all of my level information. I just trust and have faith in God, my RE and the clinic - this is not easy but at this point, there isn't anything else I can do. If I want to know all of the specifics for every u/s and b/w I can go view. I have had 5 u/s. At this point, I am just estactic that ER is Tuesday and that a good number of eggs are retrieved and that we have great quality egg(s) to transfer. My RE is looking to go 5 day.

Latrell- I am praying for you. Keep the faith and stay positive. I am learning to take the advice that people give me here. Don't give up yet. Sometimes I have to stop and say one moment at a time. IVF is so emotional and is like a roller coaster ride but we keep our eyes open the entire time trying to see and figure out everything. God bless you.

enmax - i pray that everything is well.

Lauren - Those follies will grow. In four days I went from having a total of 10 less than 10mm to having 12 in one ovary sizes from 13-19 and 6 in left. Grow follies grow.

Helene - congratulations. Your due date is my wedding anniversary.

Angela - I am praying for you. Thank you for the chart.

Sara- congratulations on your BFP.

Heekinje - Thank you. I am taking your advice and drinking a lot. Right now I am more nervous about the trigger shot and that 1.5 inch needle. I called my doctor because I was concerned about increase in dosage and getting it right. Between the nurse and RE, I felt better after speaking with them for about 20 minutes on Saturday. I take my shot tonight at 10:45. My DH said he cannot give me the shot. I am still working on convincing him because I am not sure I can give do it. Has anyone given the shot to themselves?

Heekinje you can give yourself the trigger but I recommend doing it in the thigh because you'll be able to see what you're doing and it doesn't hurt too bad.

Emma I'm with you- having wicked bad cramps and weird dreams.

But Ya'll I couldn't hold out til my beta on Wed. I did a hpt and got two pink lines - BFP! I'm still in shock because Dh and I have been doing fertility treatments for 5 years and never thought this would happen. I'm trying not to get too excited yet because of the cramps I don't know what will happen between now and Wed. or even the first trimester. But if IT IS true and I'm preg I want all the girls out there to know to keep trying. This was our 3rd IVF (and fingers crossed) the third times a charm!

And we even had slow growers all 3 times, including this time. I'll keep you posted.

To clarify Im not sure how many follicles I have.somerwhere around...10? I think. After my 4 nights of shots I only had two at 12mm so doc said I have to have 3 or 4 growing so I can continue stimulating. Guess thats the protocol. I wish I had 20...we shall see I will update you in the morning!

I have been trying to relax and drink lots of fluids! So nervous...just curious do you ladies take ur shots every night? Same time? Grow folloes grow...my DH keeps trying to calm me down and says to have faith. That I cant control it! Im doing my best...

As far as the trigger shot Im gonna have to hve someone do it for me as I am a baby for the flu shot! Lol..

Just curious... To those you have had miscarriages while doing IVF. How was your HCG #'s during the first trimester. Because this is my first time being pregnant through IVF, I never knew my numbers during my other two "natural" pregnancies. Also, I have had 2 miscarriages, but again I never knew my numbers... Just curious???

1st Beta: 113 12dpt 5dt
2nd Beta: 338 15dpt
3rd Beta: 188 19dpt
