Amanda: Congratulations!!! PUPO lady!!

...rest and let those 3 fabulous embies snuggle in to their fabulous mom. I am going to take Osi's advice and will be testing on 11/4 (the day before I go out of town) so we will be getting out betas on the same day. Welcome to Crazytown....
Nancy: Let us know how the 5dt goes....glad they are looking good!
Annie: How are things with you? Report today?
Amesy: Welcome! And welcome to Crazytown...you are in good company..lol. And I certainly don't hold your occupation against you. I work all day with officers...they won't even let you work light duty?! I too, would go nuts without any distraction. (And I will probably go nuts anyway with distractions!

)
Karenthescorpio: Doing the AF Dance for ya, girl!!
Karin1: How did it go at the Scary Farm? Were the kids freaked out? Did your injection go alright?
Ester: Hope that you had a fun night out.
Osi: Thanks for advice...yes, I'm gonna go on Thursday (11/4) for my beta...and hopefully leave on Friday with a BIG smile on my face. And good luck with your transfer tomorrow!! How many are you transferring? Glad that you are feeling good and best friends with the toilet with all your fluids!
Sonya: DEFINITELY looking darker.

I love it.

Can't wait for your beta. I forgot, how many did you transfer? And I hear ya on the IM shots. Yowee. I am so glad my current clinic uses suppositories as well.
Leorira:Thanks for sharing that site!
Kelly (Bakersbaby): Thanks for the congrats! I can't believe it myself--even though I've been through this several times before. Each time it is so exciting with anticipation. I am going to be NUTS these next 2 weeks...you had some questions....yes, I always get all my meds at once (although sometimes you end up needing additions) so you are right, DH is wrong.

I hear you on the muscle shots...they are intimidating...my first clinic I had to use them and I suggest doing it exactly as Ester said...ice your bum, warm the meds, then sit on heating pad afterwards. I was still sore, but that is the best recommendation that I have. And it is for a good cause...keep reminding yourself. I am using crinone this go-round.
Regarding the acupuncture? There is limited information that it may help with fertility and possibly boost success with ART. Lots of women on this site have used it, and probably have a lot better information than I do. Some insurances cover it--mine doesn't.

But I was willing to try it and so I went for my first session right after this recent IUI. I found it to be wonderful. Whether it helps with the IUI directly or not, I don't know of course, but I definitely felt much more relaxed afterwards and slept better that night than I have in weeks. I was totally scared ahead of time, but you really don't even feel the "needles". They are nothing like the needles you (or DH) give you with IVF!! I'd recommend it personally, just for the relaxation value alone! I felt as if I had a massage when I left. And regarding banning of POAS...that's such an individual thing. Some women stay clear, and others (like me) can't resist...do what helps you...you want to decrease anxiety during 2ww, not increase it. For me, knowledge and information of any kind is best. I'm with Sonya! But really, do what is best for you.
AFM: Started crinone this morning. And decided to move my 1st beta to 11/4 so that I can leave for NY on Friday with the time to absorb the results Thursday night. Hopefully, I will be glowing when I get on the plan 11/5 and head to my reunion!
