Ronda - honey, it's so nice that you still pop in and check up on us all, we miss you and Lou so much and think of you a lot. Keeping everything crossed for you that you won't need to have a D&C.

Emerald - welcome! Sorry to hear that you're not having a smooth time, but you've come to the right place for support and encouragement.

babyluv - bless, poor DS with his Spiderman nightmare, glad it seems to be over. Two girls, congratulations! We've got a really pink thread going, haven't we! Have you started to think about a second girl's name?

Angela - yay for feeling movement, wow that's early - you've got a little high achiever in there! I hadn't picked up on the name choice in your earlier posts, Gabriella is lovely.

gi - yes, I still occasionally get the stabbing pains in my lower side when I stand up or turn over in bed too quickly. Just our bodies' way of telling us to move more slowly, I think. Are you still running around after your sister's puppy? Hope your BIL is going OK.

Steph - love your baby shower invitations! I don't know whether I'm at exercise ball size, but I was walking past some shop windows yesterday and when I glanced sideways I realised that if I were looking at a stranger I would think she was pretty close to full term. And I've still got another 11 weeks of growing to do - help!! That's so exciting about Alex's court date! I kept meaning to ask you how the adoption was going, but it kept slipping my mind (damn baby brain...). How funny that the twins are playing hide and seek when you get the Doppler out - get used to it, I'm sure there'll be a lot of ganging up on Mummy and playing tricks on her when they get older!! p.s. It's so not funny when our other halves tease us that they were big babies (my DH thinks it's amusing that he was) or that it runs in their family - they're not the ones who have to (a) carry the baby(ies) for 9 months and (b) give birth to them! We think Zorba's going to be big, as he/she has measured big on every scan we've had, and I have to say that I'm starting to get quite scared about the prospect!

natasha - poor you, I don't miss the morning sickness days. I really found that it helped to eat a little and very often (like every 90 minutes) - bizarre as it sounds, even when you don't feel like food and think you're about to puke constantly, actually having some food in your stomach does help.

Sara - I agree with the others, I think you definitely need a shower, after all you need 2x the stuff this time! Glad to hear that camp went well - sounds like your fellow counselors were a lot more considerate of you than your faculty colleagues! Good luck with your appointment today, let us know how it goes. Are you going to find out what flavours you've got in there? My Dad's doing OK at the moment, thanks. The biopsy results came back and it's definitely pancreatic cancer and definitely inoperable, but they have said he may have as long as 12 months, or a little longer with chemo. I think we all feel quite positive that he should therefore get to meet and spend some time with his first grandchild. Chemo starts on Monday and we'll wait to see how that goes. I'm kind of hoping that if the chemo drugs make him feel absolutely terrible, he won't 'waste' some of the months when he may still otherwise be able to carry on doing things with going through cycle after cycle of chemo, and will just opt out and make the most of the time he has left - the doctors have said that these particular chemo drugs are not the worst for side effects, but we'll see.

claudia - glad to hear you're doing OK. Any recent baby bump pictures to share?

katie - we're getting the store to build the furniture for us once it's delivered, so the delay is getting availability for the build team rather than the furniture itself. I got a phone call this week though, saying that it will be sometime in w/c 12th July - I can't wait! Now I've started focusing on other things on the baby list, once I started doing shopping for Zorba, it seems I can't stop! One of the bigger supermarkets had a 1/2 price sale of baby things so I had a trip there this week to buy nappies/wipes/lotion/nappy cream etc. This morning I've been flicking catalogues looking at the cutest nursery interior stuff - think I'm going to have to restrain myself on that front or this could get out of hand! Plus we ought to restrict ourselves to things we will actually need (as opposed to want) and then see what toys/clothes/nursery stuff we get given as presents once Zorba puts in an appearance. Easier said than done, though, when it all looks so damn gorgeous and I'm getting increasingly excited about meeting him/her! To answer your question, the dogs are having to go without a walk on a few days here and there when it's just too hot, but otherwise we're lucky that the house is right next to some fields and we only have quiet country lanes around us, so Joya doesn't need to go on a lead at all (she's easy enough to control, particularly if you're holding her tennis ball in your hands, typical Labrador mentality!) and Flynn only needs to be on lead until we get further into the fields, and if he starts pulling me around I put a halti on his nose. Hooray for the deck being finished and double hooray for having settled on a name!! I love your choice or Ryan (or Ryann, depending on who wins out on the spelling!). Do the negotiations for a middle name start now??? How funny that she's active during the night - Zorba went through a phase of keeping me awake at night with trampolining classes at about 21-23 weeks, but things are calmer now that there's less space in there for big movements (either that, or I've just got better at sleeping through it!).

AFM, it's been scorching all week and it's made me realise how much I'm going to struggle with the heat if we have a hot summer as I get bigger and bigger. We had our first antenatal class on Tuesday night (it's a course of 6 evening classes for both Mums & Dads, plus two morning sessions for Mums only) - it was actually pretty good fun, and a little weird to be sitting in a room with 5 other women who are all due at roughly the same time. Lots of comparing bump size going on, lol! The thing which sticks in my mind most from the class is being shown an anatomical side view of what our bodies look/looked like at 20 weeks when the baby is growing nicely but not yet huge, and a side view of what things will look like by 36 weeks. OMG, there's going to be no room in my body for my stomach or any other organs, Zorba's going to squash everything out of the way!!

Hi everyone -

I cleaned up the list a bit, we had a lot of girls that havent been heard from in a long time! so if you all are still around just let me know and I'll fix the list again
Hazel & Claudia - I was so excited to find you two a blinkie - hope you like it!
Wow if we arent the most girly thread going! It is big time Team Pink around here! I've found lots of cute boy blinkies too, wish we could find a use for them....
No pressure there ladies - Ha Ha
Does anyone have dates for me to add to our list? it seems a bit empty lately
So I came across a rather large box of tampons last night in the bathroom closet and it occurred to me just how flipping happy I am to not have to deal with AF for a while, isnt that the silliest thing? The things that cross my mind sometimes
BTW - Old Navy is having a 30% off everything sale til 6/29 - I've had such great luck with their comfy maternity clothes - the discount code is : ONBIG30

Babyluv - Go Team Pink! Wow Congrats on 2 little girls!!! I have to say they had me fooled too, I really thought the one hiding the gender was a boy. And have I told you how much I love your DD's name? Scarlett is so pretty and feminine! I just love it!

Steph - I'm so glad that your shower hostess is now squared away! I was getting nervous for you when you didnt hear back quickly. UGh I hear you on the mattress situation, I think I spend half the night trying to arrange and rearrange pillows in an attempt to be comfortable. I would so love a new mattress but thats surely not in the budget right now. if you can switch you should, i mean you've got to be able to get your rest, twin mama! Hee Heee, I'm so glad to hear that I'm not the only one who has to cross their legs tight & quickly before sneezing or coughing, gee now theres some fun, huh? - xoxo

Angela - Whoo Hoo another one for Team Pink! I think Gabriella is a beautiful name! And ha ha yet another night owl! why is it that all the babies just love to bounce around at night, I wonder? Maybe they've been at it all day but we were busy so didnt notice as much?

Emerald - Welcome! I've added you to our list so when you get your appt or u/s dates just let me know and I'll add them. Do you know your EDD? (estimated due date) There have been a few of us that went through bleeding and been just fine, its just frightening though. You just try and take it as easy as you can, ok? You'll find lots of support here, these girls are the best! they've saved my sanity many times during 6 failed attempts and then finally lucky number 7. They are invaluable! Are you planning to find out the gender? Or should I give you a Team Green blinkie too?

Hazel - You're so funny, we always end up on the same page - you're not the only one who has been stressing thoughts of labor. I swear I just try to not think of it too much because it freaks me out! I mean exactly how painful will this be? I know that unless something changes they are planning me for a vaginal delivery, but can I say epidural please! I dont think its funny for you & Steph's DH's to be teasing about having big babies - hey they will be just standing there painfree during labor, right? Lets all just hope for the best. i'll keep your dad in my prayers for an easy 1st round of chemo on monday, did they try that "vaccine" yet? I'm just glad that he's doing better than was first expected. Whew, good thing the store will deliver your furniture sooner than they said
And smart girl for having THEM set it up too! That is one of the few handy things Chris is good at, putting things together. I get very nervous when he goes to use saws and things like that! I came very close to buying some of those adorable tiny socks but knew that once I start I'll just go crazy and would rather wait to have furniture and a place to put them first, so I put them back :( I had the idea to use my RE's name as Ryan's middle name ( since we wouldnt have her without that wonderful man) So it will Ryan Rose. Good thing the RE didnt have a funny last name, right? You're lucky that Joya & Flynn can go out off leash
Gracie is just too young and still goes a bit nutsy when she sees squirrels or chipmunks, which is like all the time. But if she pulls too much I just drop the leash so she doesnt yank me too hard. Happy shopping to you! Enjoy every moment you can!

hugs & prayers to us all - xoxo

Thanks Girls :)

Katie Just feels good that's it out there that "I AM Pregnant" !! Especially cos we haven't told anyone other than very close family members about the pregnancy (just waiting on certain issues to resolve). But deep inside I can't wait to tell all :)

hazel This is exactly the place I have been looking for. Thanks and Congrats to u too..Zorba's a real cute name. What does it mean ? Sorry to hear about your dad's health. I will keep him and your family in my prayer's..and hope that the chemo works fine for him.

Stephanie Congrats to u too. That's so cool -Twins !! Well its been a rough road for me. Initially my beta levels took a while to start doubling so that was scary and again since it was the 1st trimester there's always the fear of m/c ( due to my previous one). The bleeding is due to "Complete Previa' :( it was diagnosed when I started bleeding profusely @ 13 weeks. Thankfully then the baby was just fine and now I bleed/ spot off and on. I am hoping it resolves on its own..meanwhile although m not on strict bed-rest, my activities are very limited :(
My next doc appt is on the 29th and its for an Amnio. Can ya believe it..one thing after another. The blood tests came back with my risk for trisomy 13/18 being high ( which was sooo weird cos we there is absolutely no Family history for any genetic abnormalities on either sides!). But since this could be debilitating for the baby we have decided to go ahead with the amnio. Its a lil scary...
Basically its been a month since I last saw my baby so I cannot wait until the 29th cos atleast I get to see it then ( but yes undergo Amnio  ). So again the 2ww for the results to come back. Altogether things haven't been that fine..and I don't remember smiling even a single day since I got preggo ( sad cos this is all I had been wanting and working towards). I am just trying to stay Positive and having Great Faith in the almighty...don't wanna lose this one. Please pray for me..

Natasha Hi and Congrats! Hope your nausea m/s go away soon! What helped me was eating chilled golden apples. Was kinda refreshing and kicked the nausea right-off.

Me :33 PCOS; DH :30 alls great

Hey Katie,

Oops I was sooo overwhelmed with the responses that I missed addressing the gender question ! Yeah, I am hoping I'll find out in my next visit on the 29th (next week) Quite excited to know ! Honestly at this point I don't have preferences..just want a healthy baby :) BUT its also the day I'll have an Amnio so lil nervous ( read VERY VERY nervous). Please pray that all goes fine....

Yup haven been reading all the posts here. All you girls are amazing...just the support group one needs. So happy I am here :)

Emerald - Welcome! I was another one with an SCH, and bled so much at 10 weeks I had to go to the hospital. It has slowly gone away, but I had spotting every day for 6 weeks. Do they know why you are bleeding?

Katie - I can't believe how many girls there are on the way! Holy cow, the only boys that we know of are twins with a sister! Amazing.

AFM - I forgot to mention yesterday that the SCH is GONE and we have been given the all clear for play time!! WHOO HOO!!

Also, I almost had a panic attack last night looking up girl names. It wasn't so much having twin girls (which will give us now three girls within three years of each other), but the reality hitting again of adding two more to the family. We are so excited, just having to soak in all the change. DH took Alex for 9 holes of golf after dinner...they were discussing their strategy on how to deal with all of the girls! lol, he makes me laugh. Alex will be FIVE tomorrow. I can't even believe it. Such a big milestone.

Evening girls,

Emerald glad to see you have moved over and the girls here are just wonderful i am a bag of nerves with this pregnancy as well as we had 2 mc last yr but they really keep me sane and put up with my moaning  Fingers crosssed your amnio comes back fine though i understand how nervous you must be you wont relax until they place your precious little bundle in your arms. Sorry to hear you are still spotty how scary but that limited activity is important and will be so worth it, i am also not allowed to work till after the baby which is fine by me. Cant wait to hear which team you will be joining!!!!

Katie ah love the team green how cute! Ryan is a busy little girl isnt she!!! I am sure it wont be long before Chris gets to feel her kicks, jason tried listening to my tummy last nite but gave up said it was too loud in there!

Steph i just hate getting new aches or pains even though everyone says its normal but thankfully they go away, i am sure Ethan thinks your ovary is a football for him to play with

Angela how cool to feel Gabriella that early!

Babyluv Congrats on 2 little girls you are gonna have a busy household very soon!!!! Did ye ever think ye would be a family of 6!!!

Hazel thanks for asking my BIL was allowed home yesterday so my sis is thrilled to have her little family back together, he is doing really well though will need more surgeries in few months time, they are both off work for the time been and goingto spend quality family time together. How is your dad? Glad to hear you are getting cracking on sorting out that nursery!!

Gi - LMAO at the ovary being a football. That is funny, especially since the darn thing is probably just the right size to him. lol I haven't had the pain again thankfully! I am hoping it was just a freak thing and now it's gone, never to be heard from again. :) How are you and baby girl doing?

Babyluv - I am so jealous you get play time! lol Glad that the SCH is finally gone, you deserve that and play time as well. ;) As far as baby names, we prepared a long time before even going through IVF that we might have twins. I think we just had the feeling. lol So we came up with two names each in advance. Granted we switched them around a bit, but we did use them. lol For example, we chose Andrew Jay and Ethan Jonathan but ended up combining the first two names instead. As for girls we had Angelina Lilly of course which hasn't changed and then Rebecca Rose was choice number two. :) What I did was just pick names I liked for both first and middle names, no order. I think I had a list of at least 40 names each. lol Then I let Andrew pick how they should go together. Yes, that is how bored I was. lol He was deployed at the time so I had nothing but time. :)

Emerald - That is a tough road, you poor mama! My previa is "marginal" and they are hoping that it moves. Hopefully yours does too as your belly grows. Bleeding is such a horrible thing to see when pg. I know what you mean though about not smiling. I was the same way, just wanting to enjoy the pregnancy already! Soon enough (if you haven't already) you will feel baby move and that will help put a smile on your face. Hopefully the amnio comes back perfectly clear! I have your in my thoughts that it will! Also, if baby happens to be shy the day of the u/s you will know for sure the gender once the amnio comes back. So gender is another thing to look forward to and be happy about right? :) It will get better, it has to! Keep up that PMA and know that we are all here to help you through all the crap and all the fun times!

Katie - She is a little more squared away. lol When she came over yesterday, I think it was more for the neighbor's benefit then to talk to me. lol She came in and immediately started to ask Andrew if he would help the neighbors with their hitch because they needed to go on vacation and they bought a truck hitch instead of a SUV hitch. This of course made the trailer not flush and so they needed a tool and Andrew is the tool guy on the block anymore. Random people and kids in the neighborhood come over and ask for things now thanks to word of mouth from her. Remember, I still don't know anyone so I am sure that she is referring them here. lol Anyway, only after Andrew agreed to help did she stop and talk about the shower. She didn't stay long either. Then today I got an email saying that she didn't get the address list I emailed her a week ago. Soooo... I had to look for everyone's address again. This took a lot of work, but thankfully I got most of them on FB and they were saved in my messages. lol Then I found one on my old texts and I was only missing two which I got by texting one person. WHEW! This time I emailed it to her email and FB and saved it so no more worries. As far as the bed goes, the only bad thing about switching is we are going from a cali king to a queen. I am thinking I will be more comfy though. Oh and to answer your question about dates, I do have an u/s on the 6th if you want to know that. Then Alex gets adopted on the 7th!!! That isn't baby related, but it is an adoption. lol She is so excited, it's so cute! You have no idea how bad she hates her last name. She gets teased and I know the feeling, while I was married to my ex I got it a lot too.

Hazel - Funny, I look at myself from the side or when I look down I think WOW! I am terrified of having a baby like the boys in his family. lol They are all big and they also have a heavy gene or just don't take care of themselves because Andrew is the only fit one in his family. His one brother who is 2 months younger than Alex (11) is like 6 feet tall! Both babies have been measuring bigger than their gestational age by at least a littl bit. Ethan is bigger though, by the last u/s by about a week. Angelina was ahead about 5 days on average. So I am curious what the next u/s will show. If they are still larger or if they started to slow down yet.

Natasha - Sorry you aren't feeling better. Things will start to ease up in just a few short weeks when the placenta takes over for you. I am sure you know this, but sometimes a little perspective helps. It's just waiting those couple weeks for it to end is not fun. I hope you feel better soon!

Question... anyone else lactating?? I have leaked twice now randomly. I was told this was normal by OB and not too worried about it, but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have noticed prior to leakage (Warning TMI) that I had some dry white crusties on my nipples. I would try to wash it off and get leakage at that point too. Just a simple squeeze to hold the nip still so I could wash it good and they are dripping. I am sure I am the odd ball out, but I thought I would ask if anyone is experienceing this yet?

Sorry ladies, my job has me completly overwhelmed right now, so I haven't posted a lot lately! Finally, I was able to catch up!

Stephanie – I love the baby shower invitation and your gift registry card! It sounds like you have some active babies in there!!!

Sara – I am glad that your camp went well. It seems like you really enjoyed yourself! I just read your next post that you are having two girls … that is so exiting! I am so very happy you and your DH!!!

Natasha – I hope that you are feeling better. I saw that you posted you are becoming a little nauseated. I can’t believe you are already 8 weeks … how exciting!!!!!

Gi – I hope that you are feeling well! I read that you are having round ligament pain … it can be a little scary at times, especially for us because we have already been through so much and every little pain or cramp that we have makes us a little nervous.

Katie – I totally understand how you feel in this humidity! It takes my breath away! I giggled when I read that you are waddling because my DH just said that I am waddling and I AM ONLY 14 WEEKS … can you imagine how I am going to be walking when I reach 40 weeks … lol! I was at work today and one of the ladies said wow you are really growing and I said yeah can you imagine how big I will be in the upcoming months and she just laughed!!

Emerald – Welcome to our little family! I am sorry to read that you are having a tough pregnancy. I hope your bleeding stops soon. Do they know what the bleeding is coming from? Ok, I just read your next post. I am sorry to hear about the previa and your blood work. I am sure everything will turn out just fine w/ your amnio … I am praying for you!

Hazel – It sounds like you are doing well! How exciting that you are preparing for the arrival of your precious little one. Your class does sound like a lot of fun. Was it just a onetime event for do you go back again?

AFM – I had a complete melt down today! I got in my car to go to work and while I was taking my morning daily medications, I noticed that I was running low on all of my medications. So I called my high risk OB to ask for re-fills because these were all prescribed by my fertility specialist. So the nurse proceeds to ask why I am on every medication, which I initially didn’t mind because I had an answer for each one. But, then she tells me that she will have to review the medications with my high OB because some of the meds they normally don’t prescribe during pregnancy. I said yes I know but they are safe until the third trimester. So I go to work and make it back home at the end of the day and she calls back and says, who is ordering your prednisone, I told her my fertility specialist ordered it because of my autoimmune clotting disorder. She said well the doctor would like for you to be monitored by a rheumatologist and he/she can prescribe it. I immediately become frustrated because my DH and I just met w/ him last week and he reviewed my medications and he told me to stay on all of them for now. SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? I told her I am on such a low dose that I don’t think a rheumatologist is necessary and it normally takes a few months before I can get in to see one!! So after she talked with him again he agreed to fill it for now and said we would talk during out next visit. My question is why didn’t he say something last time?? They also said that if I see a rheumatologist that they need to be in Cincinnati w/ them which is one hour away. I said “NO” I can’t see another physician so far away. I have to take off too many hours to come see them from work each week. My company will never allow me to keep taking so many days off and I’m trying to avoid my FMLA right now. So I said I could see one close to me because I know all off the local ones personally. After I hung up, I was so mad that I told my DH that we are going to have to find another high risk OB. I was in tears because of all of the stress to try to juggle everything and my job said there will be some layoffs later this year. I am not trying to give them a reason to help me out of the door. So this weekend I am going to try and relax and decompress!

Thanks for listening!

Angela - Oh my you poor mama you! That would be stressful! Tha reminds me of how my Ob office never told me my iron was low. If I didn't call about my daily headaches (weeks later) would they ever have told me?? Sometimes I wonder about the integrity of some people. With a list of meds right in front of their faces and being an hour away you would think if there were to be any questions or issues, even in the future that they would bring it up then. Well, I am glad he agreed to fill them for you at least. Just sorry it took an agruement to get him to do it. At least DH was there to help calm you down. I know how the hormones help increase the intensity of things. Hell, I was at BK ordering a buck double and it only came with one piece of cheese. (I love cheese btw) Everywhere else in the area serves it like a regular double, with two slices and this one place refused and I almost started bawling right then and there because they wouldn' give me another piece of cheese. That experience is in NO way close to what you had to deal with, but I can imagine having to go through that with pg hormones added to it. I hope you feel better soon and take the weekend to relax. How is Gabriella doing? Still a little flutter bee? :)

AFM - I ran into som luck today. I found one of the swings I wanted on Craigslist for over 50% cheaper in perfect condition. YAY!! Another thing I can check off the list. :) Also, decided to play with the doppler again today and both Andrew and I listened. I decided not to chase them, they were being pretty mobile already. So I just held the doppler still and we both simply listened. It was very interesting. I could hear the heartbeat then hear movement, even feel it most of the time and the heartbeat would go away. Then come back, more movement, come back... well you get the idea. This went on for both sides. Holding the doppler to my left side and hearing the movement and feeling where the movement was coming from, she is sill in the middle kicking my belly button area. So unless they move, I know for sure what kicks are whose. lol Funny how something pretty simple as just listening to heartbeats and movement can be so captivating.

Hello all!

Emerald-Welcome! I am so sorry that you are having quite a time with this pregnancy :( I had bleeding as well in the beginning and now have partial previa-I know how scary and upsetting these issues can be. I am cheering you on and wishing for only good news from here on out.

Hazel-It sounds like the best possible news for your dad's situation. I am so glad he will have time with his beautiful grandbaby! Those will be very special memories-my DD loves hearing stories about my grandma who passed when she was around 18 months-she was a very special lady and I smile every time I think about their time together when she was alive. How fabulous that the store sends a team to put together furniture. That might save an argument in my house

Katie-I have been tempted by the cute stuff but I am also trying to be practical and get the "needs" first. So hard!!

Stephanie-I haven't had an leakage yet but I am a few weeks behind you-we'll see. One more "fun fluid"-yeah (hehe). I have been on Craigslist a million times-I'm a bargain shopper for sure and hope to find a stroller or swing there. We'll see if I can get the lucky find.

Gi-How are the pains? I walked around too much today and had serious pain in my hip and pelvic bone. It feels like a pinched nerve. Hope your pains have stopped or lessen.

Angela-So sorry about the doctors/meds situation-how frustrating!!! I am afraid I would have lost it on them completely! My camper was on prednisone for her MG diagnosis-did you have to modify diet while on this med? She had a low sodium/low sugar diet/carb count because of it. Gabriella is a beautiful name! Babyluv is having the 2 girls-we are having a boy and girl (my DH made the doc. check 3 times-he wanted to make sure there was one boy still to even out the "princess" count in our household!)

Babyluv-Two girls-YEAH!!!! I hear you on the name dilemma! I struggle with choosing one name, let alone 2  We are still negotiating names-right now we all like Jake and Delaney. We'll see if those stick! Congrats on the "all clear"-we are still waiting for that :( I still have the partial previa, though my doc. thinks it should improve as the babies grow.

Natasha-I am so sorry you still feel sick. I hope it runs its course and is done soon-NO FUN!

AFM-I went to the perinatologist today. He was all business with zero bedside manner, but seemed very confident and knowledgeable. I am now on the every two week sonograms. He said everything looks great right now with minor concerns. The little girl has a single artery cord, which could present problems so he will watch her closely. I also still have partial previa but he feels that should correct itself as the babies grow. We confirmed (3-4 times at my husband's request!) that we are having a boy and a girl. We also went to look at minivans today. Oh, the fun!
When we got home this evening we found out that our friends' baby passed away. He was born on Wed. His liver was bleeding and they said his intestines were basically dead and not functioning. They had no idea that he had such serious issues and he was only born a week early. There really are no words to help them heal-we are just going to help out as they move into their new home and do whatever we can to support them during this horrible time. It is so hard to understand why these things happen.

I am thinking of you all! Take care

Good morning ladies!! I hope you are all having beautiful weather today!!! I just caught up on all of the updates so I'm going to attempt personals!!

Emerald-welcome to our group!!! I also had a LOT of bleeding/spotting in the pregnancy. At 5 weeks I passed huge blod clots that I was convinced was a misscarriage and then I spotted until week 11. I luckily don't have any more spotting but I do check EVERY time I go to the bathroom!!! I know how stressful this whole process is and I worry about everything but my DH and everyone tells me to enjoy it and that stress can effect our bodies!! So try and smile and good luck at your next scan and with your amnio...let us know how it goes!

Sara-that is so exciting that you are having a boy and a girl!!!! Glad your MS camp went well and your girl wasn't super active!!! What are your summer plans now that school is out???

Steph-I know we talked about doing shower stuff for each other (small token gifts) so I was wondering if we can try and start that registry thing again??? I probably wont register for stuff until late August and being Jewish we don't have showers (I think it's superstition) which is why we don't decorate the nursery or say the name outloud before the baby is here!!! I of course will cheat and put in the furniture and paint since I am also a practical person but it must be so much fun to have a shower!!! We typically get the gifts afterwards at the baby naming or bris if it's a boy!

Katie-I LOVE the team green blinkie! It looks as though Hazel and I will be the only surprises!!! Yes, this thread is definitely a dominant pink one!!! I am so curious what I'm having but we made a pact not to find out and I'm also excited about that!!! So glad your deck is finally done!!!

Babyluv-yah for two girls!!!! I also love the name Scarlett for your older DD!!! I can't wait to hear the names you pick out for the upcoming two!!!

Gi-I also get slight pains when I turn in my sleep. I am also noticing that it's becoming more difficult to sleep on my belly!!! I have to put a leg up to take some pressure of the stomach!!! Are you feeling Kayla more? Flick is still being pretty quite...a couple bubbles here and there but nothing consistent yet so I'm anxious/excitied to hear him/her next Wednesday!

Angela-so sorry to hear about your frustrations with the stupid nurse!! I am also irritable at times and she should have been more understanding so vent away!! try not to work so hard either!!!

Natasha-sorry to hear about the m/s. I was blessed also not to have it...extreme fatigue and headaches were my issues....I ate a lot of carbs in the begining though which may have helped....a bagel or cereal...

AFM...I am SOOOO excited for Wednesday and Thursday where I will have my second trimester screening and I will hear Flick's hb!! I will post some new baby bump pics this weekend-I actually forget to take them this week since I have been so busy coaching the swim team every morning!! Naps have come back in my life since I'm in the sun coaching a few hours every morning!!! I have a relaxing day in mind today since DH is going to his college for a fraternity reunion!! I plan to workout, clean the house, watch the World Cup soccer game, and hang out with the dog!!! Maybe watch a movie tonight as well!!

xoxo
