Well girls....You will not beleive this as It still has not sank in. I went in this morning for my scan, and we saw a heartbeat!!! I am still in the danger zone but I had bloods done again and they have gone up to 350 ish. But the doc said do not worry about bloods now, I need to make my next scan which is next wed. Heres praying the little heart keeps beating. I am keeping realistic and do realise It could all go wrong....But for now its a whoooppeee!

I am off out so I will catch up tomorrow, just had to share my news.

Chat tomorrow.

Barbarella ~ Wow - that is such amazing news. I am so happy for you. Let's just concentrate on getting through to next week. It's going to work - you are your little bean are going to be wonderful. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D You are in my prayers.

Karen ~ Sorry about you having to go back to work. How are you feeling? Emotionally and physically? I am thinking of you.

Chrysty ~ Well any more updates? Have you went back in - or is your next appt Sat?

Faith ~ How are you holding up? Any POAS? I know you wrote you you were staying away from that? I am so glad they are doing the draw stat. It would completely suck to have to wait the whole weekend to get your results. Make sure and get there bright and shiny!

Laura ~ Has AF showed yet? Do you have a baseling scan you need to go in for, meds? What's going on lady! :)

Beth ~ I wish I could send you some warm weather. It was 80 or so today. How are you doing? Feeling OK? Forgive me, but what was the circumstances surrounding this FET. You had mentioned after the negative beta that you didn't think it would work. I tried to pull up old posts but....?

Mel ~ I hope everything went well with the blood work today.

Well girls, no news here. My tummy has just been upset a lot lately. Sorry about TMI - but as soon as I eat, it runs right through me. I thought I was supposed to be constipated, but the opposite is happening. I have some waves of nausea, sore bb's and am extremely tired. Other than that I look at my calendar and count the days until my U/S about 50 times a day. Like the days are going to change or something.

Have a good evening ladies!

Donnell

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies

Yay - sounds like this might be the lucky thread - congrats to both Donni and barbarella (names right??) - so exciting for you to have the positive US and to see the first pics of little beanie!

Sorry to be vague otherwise on where everyone else is at - I'll catch up!

I have a second blood tomorrow - not ovulating yet (but then is only day 10 today - crikey is it really only 24 hours since my first blood test - feels like a week already!)

Am really trying not to get caught up in it all (yeah right!). This is the third time at IVF or FET for me, but I can't complain too loudly - we were unspeakably blessed with our DD Maia in November 06 after the second FET was positive - a lovely end to a 6 year . . . err shall we say struggle in polite words! I can't help feeling it just going to be too impossibly lucky to get lucky a second time - but here is hoping!!!

Barbarella!!
That is great news! Congratulations! I am so happy for you! Nothing is going to go wrong, you have a beautiful little heart beat. How amazing!
Relax and enjoy being pregnant!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

How are you holding up, Donnell?? You must be on cloud nine. I am so happy for you as well. I hope you are letting yourself finally be happy and relaxed. :)
My circumstances regarding the FET, was that out of our 4 frozen totsicles, only one survived, and just barely...so our chances of it working were pretty low. But we went thru with it anyway, just a glimmer of hope. I still can't decide on when to start another cycle. The thought of all those shots again makes me want to cry.

Mel, I think I cycled with you last time. I was in a April/May '06 group and got my BFP. I didn't post too much, I was so nervous going thru it for the first time. My DD was born Jan. '07.

Faith, Tomorrow is your day?? I hope I have it right this time. Did you give in and POAS?

Karen, you are lucky to have such an understanding group of people to work with. Take the time, if you need it...I am sure work is the last thing on your mind. But maybe it's a good distraction. I hope you are ok.

Donnell! Yay for you too!!! I bet your u/s day seems like forever away!!! Well look at it this way...Saturday is already March 1st! No POAS for me, I'm not thinking too positive this time, but it's all ok. I still have my beta tomorrow a.m, bright and early!!

kyw glad to hear you are doing ok, and that your work is understanding. It helps working with a bunch of women!!! Take care of yourself!

beth sounds like you are doing well too!! That's good, you'll have to let us know when you decide to give it another try! I know what you mean about the shots...it sure is nice when you don't have to worry about doing them!

Welcome Melo P hopefully third time is a charm for you!

Donnell- Thought you'd like to know that in my first trimester, things ran through me quick too, especially in the morning for some reason- I wasn't constipated at all and I was definitely tired. I hope all goes well with your next us- when is it again? (sorry, didn't mean to make you think about it another time!)

Mel- Hope all goes well with your blood draw tomorrow.

Faith- Good luck tomorrow.

I am still waiting for AF which just stinks...some months I need to induce it with Provera and this month I did wanting it to come quicker- I also used the generic which I shouldn't have cuz it might take longer to come now so that was dumb...oh well- too late now- so I must wait and wait and wait...then I'll have my baseline US and blood and actually find out the med protocol and such...so I really am just starting up...and I've never done a FET so I'm curious how it will work exactly at my clinic...I'll keep you all posted...thanks for "listening"...

Faith ~ Did you have your beta today? I haven't had the chance to get on the computer until now. Oh honey - your signature isn't your update - is it? I will wait to hear from you, but I am thinking of you. I just looked at the topic review and saw your post. I am so sorry. We are all here for you.

Transfer is complete! We transfered 2 blasts. Grades were 5BC and 4AB. My lining got up to 7.5mm, so as the doctor put it, adequate. I know it's not optimal but I am still happy.
BETA is March 14!
Yikes, I leave for Whistler March 15 for 2 weeks. Terrible timing I know!
