I know 2 days after ET is early but I somehow feel very differently about this cycle - I don't know why

........ I really hope it's my woman's intuition kicking in but then again just could be my PMA working overtime!!

I have gone straight back to work and am doing things as normal - I got a text today out of the blue from DP saying "Love U" .... after I replied that it was a pleasant surprise ... he text back saying "yeah, I hope we have a baby" ............... isn't that SOOOOOO sweet! He couldn't make ET last time but was with me this time, I think it has really hit him how real this all is! Bless

Hiya Paige

They don't mind whether I test at home so I will be doing that (if I'm lucky eneough to get there thistime - AF arrived day before last time)

Then If I get a BFP I will go in two weeks later for a scan and see how many embryos have implanted.

I have convinced myself the browny discharge was actually residue from the ET and not Implantation Bleeding - seems more likely!

Anyway, how is everyone - gone a bit quiet on here latelly .............

Looks good to me - I had these brown spots on day 4-5 after FET - mmmmmmm twins - go for it Nickie. You are doing all the right things and Loads of good luck

Hi all, I'm new here. Do you mind if I join in at the end?? Just went through my second IVF and I'm testing on July 27th. Anyone testing near that date? Today I am 3 dpt.
Going crazy just like the rest of you. Boobs were sore yesterday and aren't today....argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Addictive is the right word! I think my egg retrieval is going to be Friday. The stim drugs are making me extremely bloated and my bbs went from a C to a D, and are killing me. I can't even stand to have them touch my pajamas. Looks like I'll have around 16 eggs, hopefully one of them will be "the one".
There has been a lot of talk about a 2 week wait....my Dr does a pg test 10 days after ET. I'm sure it will feel like a year.

Hi ladies

sorry havent posted for a while - computer problems -very frustrating!!

Anyway - had EC on 14/7 - 6 eggs - 3 fertalised - 2 went on

ET 16/7 - 2 grade 1 embies put back!

today 5dpt (or is it 6?) do they count transfer day as day 1?

Feeling ok - some days bloated with sore boobs some days not bloated and boobs ok! Probably the cyclogest

Starting to feel the pressure now though and doing everything I can to stay busy and positive

Julie - my test date is the 30th as well, ET was the 15th and I think that today is day 6 so I guess that you must be day 7?

Still got AF type pains and sore boobs, just trying my best not to read anything into it!

Hope - sorry I didn't get back to you on the other thread. As far as I know that pessaries are progesterone but at my hospital they apparently either give a course of pessaries or a one off injection.

Gosh I cannot believe how many of us will be testing at the end of this month - the lis keeps growing - there will be a baby boom next March/April won't there ........... well for the lucky ones there will be

Nothing to report for me - no further signs - am quite pleased that officially I should get AF next Tuesday and therefore only 6 more days to go (even though test date isn't until next Saturday) - AF is never late usually so it will be constant knicker checking from then on

I just wanted to pop in and wish you all LUCK !!!! I am thinking of all you, and I really hope you'll all get what you deserve a ''BIG FAT POSTIVE''!!!
Keep the PMA going, and stay positive.....

I am doing pretty good (so far) I am 5 weeks pg tomorrow and so far no morning sickness, just a little queasy, and indigestion, and and of course extremly TIRED !!!! But I love it all !!

Can not bl**dy believe it. I've just typed a really long post, having spent ages reading all the threads and catching up ... then pressed the wrong button and lost it all. So Mad !!

So (in short) hope everyone on meds at the moment is feeling okay ... and those on their 2ww aren't going too crazy ....

Dagny - I saw on another post you don't feel too positive today. You've done all the hardwork Dagny - you just need to sit tight and sit out the next 5 days ..I know it's easy for me to say this, sitting here .. I'll be thinking positive thoughts for you.

Lindsey - I do like Jean, but she does scare me half to death. I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of her. A real MATRON.

Sophie-Jane - Nice to see you back (in a way!). I cycled with you in March. How's the Level II going - or have you passed by now ? Hope 2ww isn't too terrible (though I know it is) and that DH is pulling his finger out a bit !

I'm on day 7 of downreg today. Can feel AF coming on, so (if meds go same as last time) should start stims on Mon. Hoorah !!

Paige - wow- 16 eggs!!! Hope you get to retrieval soon!!

Last time on test day I went to the beach, got the bad news there on my cell and it wasn't so bad. This time I will be at work. I think I may arrange a half-day since good news or bad, don't think I want to be at work!

Anyone have plans for the weekend to take your mind off this??
Saturday my bother and sis-in-law are having a post-wedding party, they got married in Jamica a few weeks ago. Should be fun, but no drinking..boo hoo!!!

Yes it has gone abit quiet on this thread hasn't it. Add me on the list ......I'm going for EC tomorrow. It's our first time with IVF so I'm nervous and am not looking forward to the 2ww but trying to keep positive.
