No follies from stimming

Hi ladies,

I had my consultation and the DR wants me to have another HSG!! Last time I had one was about 2 yrs ago.
(This is when the put dye in your tubes to look for any blockage and it kinda helps to clean you out. But you have bad cramps) Not looking forward to that!!

But I read that it kinda helps with fertility and that many women get preggers after.

I will start my cycle after my March AF.

Jackie, oh what a pain. Do they think things will have changed over 2 years? HSG is not the most pleasant of procedures is it? Poor you. When will it be?

I am back from Ireland feeling refreshed and positive. No Af but no supprise there! I will ring the clinic tomorrow to decide a plan of action which will hopefully fit in around when the clinic is open/closed. Wish me luck!

Welcome back and Im glad you had much deserved rest and relaxation!!

What? Still no AF? How long has that been?? Im so sorry!!

My appt is Wed. I am on vacation this week with DH. We are not going anywhere, just spending some quality time together.

Hi just wanted to say that im also on a ivf forum with my clinic and quite a few aldies had no follies on their scan and the next scan showed plenty...i had 6 little ones on first scan...3 days later i had 18 so dont despair.

I too am having a slow (very slow) start to stimming..but I am trying to keep sane and keep up PMA (although it does get hard). Next scan on Thursday....come on follies and E2!! Do your stuff

Tracci, just hang in there. I'm sure things will pick up soon. Your clinic must think it will happen or they would have abandoned your cycle wouldn't they?Good luck for Thursday, fingers crossed.

Jackie, I am on day 42

Due to clinic being closed AF needs to arrive before 24th Feb or after 5th March. The chances are very slim...help. I will be waiting again next month!! ARRRGGGHH!! I don't know whether to jig or sit still

Hi Girls - I am hanging in there..counting the days until tomorrow

I am hoping and praying something has happened. Last time my bloods showed E2 levels were going up so I am sure that is why the clinic has not cancelled. I have been walking around like a mother hen with a hot water bottle. Yesterday I was at acu and my doc said I had great 'chi' flowing (energy) so must be a good sign. I am not counting the first 6 days of stimming because my body did not react at all (my E2s actually went down during this time

)....so last scan on Saturday was 4 days and this thursday will be 9 days of stimming.

I must say this is really testing my patience (which I have none to begin with)....

Traci, I just popped over to see how you were doing. Best of luck tomorrow at the scan. I'll be keeping everything crossed that the stims have kicked in and are doing what they should have been doing all along.

Jackie, how did it go yesterday? Did you have the saline procedure or the HSG in the end. Hope you are OK. What happens now?

Tracii, how was your scan? Thinking of you. Hope the follies have grown and you are counting the days to EC.

Looks like another month of waiting for me. Who knows? Day 45, slight spotting (tmi) and AF cramps. Watch this space....but please stop jigging!!!

Hi girls,

So my appointment yesterday, all we did was talk to thr DR. I told him my concerns and that we should only do the procedure between day 11-14 of your cycle so we are doing it next month.

He said that he would be very gentle. I dont know how he can be gentle because the cause of the cramps is from the dye or the saline??!!

We are waiting for AF (March 3rd) and we will do it next month. I also will start Lupron around the 17th.

Traci ... You haven't posted for a couple of days .... We're all hoping that you are okay, and that you just can't get to your pc. Today will be day 11 of stims ? Have you had another ultrasound ?

Anna Anna ...what a downer...my heart goes out to you sweetheart....all this not knowing where and when due to late AF and clinic disruptions must be such a stress...sending you majorly big hugs ...and a vodka! jackie...what a helpful supportive doctor at least he listened to your worries...It's like any pain it is differant for many people...I can only hope that it wont be as bad as your think it may be...good luck with the stimming though that's good news and something to look forWARD TOO...

My 10 day heavy AF has just finished so lets hope next month ( march ) everything will arrive on time...then we will have 2more AF's before Stimming on AF in May...
