Hi em I hope you are feeling better.
thanks jomae
you've helped me make up my mind now it's two eggs in and i so can't wait. I talked to the clinic about putting two eggs back in and they reccommended 1 egg because im still young. but it's still my choice :D . I rang and talked to Qfg rep about what happens when u transfer clinic what happens to your frozen eggs. they said the clinic normally transports the eggs to your new clinic and you have to pay the transport fees. So thats cool. :D
I start testing on sunday monday for signs of ovulation so that'll be quite new for me. And I can't wait. Dh is so excited but at the same time not getting his hopes up.
We'll take it easy everyone

Hi Guys,

Jomae, I have the exact same problem as you in that if I am having a boy and a girl, I wont have any more children as this pregnancy has been so hard on my body, and I have 9 embies left in the freezer. What to do with them? I think we will donate them, but even then I have woriies that they will go to the wrong people and not be loved properly.....its so hard!

Tiger, congrats on your nieces! Were they IVF as well?

Cheeky, good to hear that you can transfer easily. But hopefully this cycle will be it for you and you won't need to!

Hi gals,

Sorry I have been a bit quiet of late..life is hectic to say the least, but wven when I don't post I do check out the boards most days for news.

Tiger, that's FAB news about your nieces, congratulations to you aunty!

Jo, my Elly is five months as well, god it's gone fast...can't believe that she'll start solid (well, actually kind of mushy!) foods in a few weeks time!! We went to baby health clinic this morning which was great (except for a HUGE tantrum from her big sister), she's doubled her birth weight and is doing all the right things. No teeth yet but surely they're not far off, she has been drooling hugely at present and seems to be uncomfortable and not quite her contented little self..bring on those bloody teeth!!

Em, are you going to find out the gender of your twins? (sorry if you've already said this, I have probably missed it!!)

Take care all
B

Hello Em
Sorry I must have missed your post I think i was taken with the idea of cheeky starting on sunday or monday and nothing else registered. I thankfully don't have to many embies to worry about. If I have embies left and I'm sure my family is complete i will definately donate them mind you I won't want to know anything about them that would be too much i think i'd rather just tell myself that someone like us will have the chance to be a mum and dad and what better way to help if you can. mind you it may not be for everyone I think because we ended up needing a donar it's made it more important to us. So yes it's a delema sorry spelling .
So how have you been I was having twins when pregnant with Jacob and often wonder what it would have been like . I didn't really show until about 6or 7 months or so and couldn't imagine what it would be like with two babes hanging out in there. the kicks and jabbs must be hard for you i know jacobs feet lived under my ribs for the most part and putting on my shoes was always a chore ooohh and rolling. Oh you poor thing but just think of what you will have to precious little babes to cuddle and kiss.

Ok chat again soon take care all

Man did i regret that but who knows always a guessing game. hey jomae I won't have to change clinics after this cycle cause it's going to be a bfp :D yippee. oh yeah it's sunday i start testing.
Thanks em i hope this will be it for me and u just keep those two little bubs inside all snug and healthy :D

Hi BelB - Good to hear from you. No, we aren't going to find out what we're having....its hard though, cos one of the sonographers from work knows (she scanned me) and sometimes I want to change my mind and find out....I have my 19 week scan next tuesday.....maybe DH will change his mind before then.

So far Jomae, it doesn't feel like I'm carrying twins. I feel a little bubbling in my bellie but no real kicks yet. Sorry to ask but you said you were carrying twins???? Did you lose one? I am so sorry for you if thats the case.

Hi everyone!
I posted on this site a while ago but have been reading lately what you have all been up to. It's great to hear some awesome results and the hard road some of you have been going down.

We were told about four months ago that dh had no sperm count. We took a few months to decide what we were going to do. Dh decided that he would go for a biopsy (with a little encouragment from me, hehe). Once I got him through the doctors door we found some great news, that he had some good sperm that we could use for ivf. I was so happy that we got the biopsy done as you just never know unless you have a dig around! We will start ivf in a few months.

Good luck to you all and I will keep on reading how you all are going.

Hi Kery
It's great to see more ladies joining us where are you from. Welcome welcome.

Cheeky your totally right you won't need to change anything after this cycle because you'll get your big fat positive except maybe your pant size some things will have to change when your pregnant and you get that big baby belly that won't fit into any of your old clothes HA HA. As for them talking you into one embie being transfered right before the transfer how rude just make sure you and Dh have made up your mind of what you want to happen whether it be one or two and don't let them push you around. And you've start testing how exciting do you have a rough date you suspect will be your transfer day?

Hi Em
Sorry I don't know why but i was under the impression you were further along you'll be feeling those big kicks soon enough though I don't envie you for that part I just wonder how much harder on your body it is to carry two hopefully I be pregnant with twins again soon enough and will be able to compare. Yes I was pregnant with twins with Jacob but lost one early on in the pregnancy( it wasn't meant to be)

Hey Bel
Glad to hear all is well busy but well yeah 5 months wow it's flying by isn't it i don't know if I've already said but jacob has just cut his first tooth in the last couple of days so weve had a few sleepless nights. Is ellie looking like she might crawl yet Jacobs started to show signs of crawling he's managing to crawl backwards at the moment

HI TO EVERYONE ELSE HOPE YOUR ALL ENJOYING THE HOT WEATHER
