Hi everyone im back online :D . we didnt have a internent connection in our new house so ive been waiting for our phoneline to be put in.
well im glad everyone is moving along nicely. i bet there are some big bellies now! mine has grown lots. oh i went for a scan and they are nearly a pound each already  (12 ounces each) They deffinatly dont let me forgett they're in there, they are moving and kicking all the time. Its mostly at night they start when im really still and relaxed or even when im layed down watching the tv. my belly actually moves aswell  .

Well we are all settled in now and everything is put in its place, thank god for my family they have really helped with the move. Im making a start on the babies room now. its all newly decorated so i dont need to lift a paintbrush. i just need to put my border up. ive got all my bedding ready, and my mum is just making the finnishing touch to my curtains and pelmet. i would like to get those big letters so i can put there names on the wall and paint them baby pink, i dont no where to get them from though.?
Well i dont get another scan now till 4 weeks :( i cant wait to see them again) you will all laugh but the last scan pics were amazing one baby looks like Jason and the other lookes like her mummy. We have decided on names. i just couldnt think of another name i liked just as much as Madison, so i let my nan choose. i said what ever she picks thats what we will call the baby, then i will always look at her and no my nan choose her name. so they are going to be called Madison And Faith. it took i bit of getting use to but i really like it now and i can picture her.
I will post some pic later on when dh comes home.
see you later

hello girls.....

well i had my scan today... it was great...both babies were quite active and both looked perfect....
but unfortunatly....i didnt find out the sex...they dont tell you :( .... each baby measured great for the gestation they are at.... nurse said...'they aint small' :!: .... twin 1 on the left weighed approx 1lb3oz and twin2 on the right(with bum on twin 1's head)weighed approx 1lb1oz...though they are estimates.... im 22weeks 1 day and twin 1 measured 23weeks and twin 2 measured 22weeks 4 days....so they pretty good!!!..
ive posted pics of them on photobucket...though pics are bit fuzzy...

hope everyone is well.... im away for some dinner

Evening ladies!

Jo - glad to hear your sugars have gone down a bit. How ere they this morning? Did you end up having to go back to the drs?? PINKKKKKKKKKKKK sounds fabby - it's gonna be boys toys and blues all the way for me. If I had a girl it would be a festoooooooooooonnnnnnnnnn of pink - OMG, my mother would have afield day...

Justine - shopping in december sounds awful - I agree. Don't get me wrong - haven't done it all - but a big wack so I'm happier! I also had Sam early (33 weeks) so was taking no chances this time... I'm with you - can't quite believe I'm in the 3rd trimester - so quick, yet sooooo long!!

Kareen - Hope the soak was good! I've never had a bath when Pregnant, only showers (in case you were wondering  ). Doubt I'd get in and out the bath now - not easy when you've been told to keep your legs together. LOL :? Well done on cutting out the fizzies drinks... Fantastic news that your scan went well. Boy, they sound like great sizes. Bad news on the sex - you may get other chances to find out???

Hayley - welcome back and good to hear all is going well... The names sound great. I really want Oliver (Ollie), and am working hard on DH! LOL

Vita - I love my 'idol' status  Honestly though, more for practical and financial reasons more than anything else.

Half a day to go til hols...not that I'm counting!!!! No plans - my sis is coming down, but other than that, chill, chill, chill... and bit more Christmas shopping!

Hope everyone else is good

Morning,

It's a lovely sunny day here today. Getting loads of washing done! lol

Vita I'm sorry you are bed bound. The idea sounds nice for about a day but after that it must be awful! I hope DH is providing you with loads of catalogues you can browse through. I know people will say rest now as you will need it later but although that's true it doesn't stop the bordem or frustration! Enjoy your showers! Least the babies are doing well.

Kareen I'm so glad the scan went ok. They sound a really good size already. You must be feeding them well! lol In a way maybe it's good your hospital doesn't tell you, at least that will stop any problems with one of you knowing and one not. It's been taken out your hands and we will all just have to wait now!

I'm not going to eat the dog's food it just smells really nice which is concerning enough!

It's good you've cut down on fizzy drinks. I swapped my diet coke for caffine free diet coke but to be honest I'm going off it now.

Hayley it's great to see you back. Glad everything went well with the move. I don't know where to suggest looking for the large letters. What's DH like with a jigsaw? You could maybe get some stencils at a craft shop and make them out of MDF, would be a great sense of satisifcation if he could.

I love your names.

Congratulations Justine on reaching the third tri.

Hi Zoe I really like the name Oliver too but DH isn't keen. I also like Archie for a boy but he doesn't like that either but then he doesn't offer any alternatives, he just says it's going to be a girl so there's no point in choosing a boy's name! We are still liking Ellie for a girl.

I hope you enjoy your time off with your sister.

Hi Riley hope you are doing good.

I'm feeling better today though my sugar level was 20 after breakfast which isn't good. They have put my insulin up some more. I guess we will tell when we have the scan in 2 weeks whether this little eposide of high sugars has made the baby into a michillan baby! I'm now on 214 units of insulin a day (I'm usually around 90 pre-pregnancy!)

The most awful thing has happened. I've gone off Chinese  It used to be my favorite, DH doesn't like it but has it every now and then to keep me quiet but I had one the other night and it tastes horrid!

Talking of food I'm off to feed the baby!

Speak soon

Have a great weekend

Jo

Afternoon All,

How are you all?

Justine I'm probably not supposed to eat Chinese, I usually only have chop suey or beansprouts so I guess they are ok. Just need to put my insulin up a little if I'm not eating healthily!

Have a wonderful time with Sophie, hope she enjoys the party.

Abbie that's great about the heartbeat. It's such a lovely sound. What's msg? I've never heard you couldn't eat Chinese, that's something I would remember!

Kareen how's you my lovely? When's your next appointment?

Hope everyone is good.

Speak soon

Happy Saturday girls!!

I just can't keep up with everyones posts!!! I am doing well, except yesterday I did not feel so good during the day when I was teaching. The classroom was a little on the warm side and I felt faint. I finally let my 2nd class out 30min early. Last night I kept feeling out of breath, like I could not get enough oxygen into my lungs. I read in one of my pregnancy books that it is normal to have feelings of breathlessness.

Kareen: So glad to hear that your appt. went well!! Your babies sound like they are very healthy. I love Chinese food!!!!! I have it usually once per week.

Abbie: It is special when you finally hear the baby's heartbeat.

Jo: I love the name Ellie. We are going to name our adopted baby girl from China Elena and call her Ellie for short. I'm so glad that your sugars have gone down and that you are feeling better.

Hayley: Glad to hear that your scan went well and that your babies are doing well.

Vita: You poor thing! Just take it easy while you are on bed rest and pamper yourself. I really think your 3rd baby is a girl. She is too shy to open her legs for the scan, as she is a proper young lady. I keep feeling different feelings, but I'm not sure if it is the little guy or not. I just do not know what is normal.

Zoe: Have fun Christmas shopping! I won't start mine for another month.

Justine: Congrats on transitioning to your 3rd trimester!

Hello to Rileydee.

If I've missed anyone, I'm sorry.

Take care all,
Tammy

Hello Ladies,

Hope you all are doing really well... Its a gloomy day out today in california and its been like this all weekend..so not common to our daily sunshine. But i love it at least the heat has subsided and the swelling of my ankles are not so grand.

Kareen, so wonderful for you to have seen your babes... i saw there ultrasound pictures...i think they are gonna be superstars! Do you have any intuition as to what the sex of your baby might be? Glad you had your lazy day you deserve alot more of those days...

Jo, chop suey sounds sooooooo yuuuuummmyyyyyy... Its so awful that you constantly need to worry about your insulin.. but im sure GOD has granted you so much patience. What about your little babe, any feelings on what the gender could be?

Tammy, hope you feel better, i have had a few episodes of faint feelings from the heat as well. Just try to keep yourself hydrated as much as possible. hows the baby doing?

Have any of you lost sensation in your fingers in particular your middle finger? I understand its from the swelling and the carpal tunnel, but damn its so annoying, and its been weeks now since i have felt any sensation on my finger tips.... Well there is a virus going on in the area i live in and it seems i caught it for a 24 hour period,,, chills, fever, sweating and body aches.... Doctors seem to be aware of whats going on and didnt seem to be worried when i phoned in, they just said drink lots of water. Im getting the jitter bugs my doctor keeps on telling me i need to pass the 24 week mark for the babies to become viable and to have a chance outside of the womb, if God forbid anything was to happen... like the placenta previa, preterm labor...etc... so i have been kind of on the scared side this last few weeks, just really resting and praying all the time that God would allow me to pass these few crutial weeks... Can you ladies feel my paranoia?? The doctor suspects i would deliever around 32 weeks which is fairly early but i guess very common for triplets.
Ladies im worried and scared... I was doing well for so long but it seems like some form of fear has taken over me, maybe it has to do with the fact that im home all day long alone on bedrest. I think its getting to me, but i know that God has his angels at watch over me and all of us..

Talk to you ladies soon...
With Gods Blessings BFP!

Hello Ladies!

Vita:

I hope your virus will pass soon. I know how you feel about the 24 week mark. I marked on my calendar that at 23 weeks my little guy will be viable. So that is just 2 more weeks for you. Have faith that God does have his angels watching over you and all of us. You poor thing. I'm sure that if I was stuck inside on bedrest all day that I would become paranoid too. Just rest and before you know if the few weeks will pass.

Justine: Unfortunately, I cannot control the temperature in my room, but I can open a window. If it is hot this week, I will be opening a window. I'm sure that you had a wonderful time with Sophie this weekend. Is she excited about her little brother on the way?

Abbie: I think we are supposed to avoid MSG as well as many other additives, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, unpasteurized cheese, etc. I try to minimize them, but I do still have Chinese food.

Take care all,
Tammy
