In the UK, they don't do Betas, we have to take a test after 2ww. I would rather betas, after years of late AF and negative tests, it would be nice to have it taken out of my hands. I might go to my doctors and get them to do a blood test.

Tammy it is great seeing you here and I am totally pulling for you. I am actually doing an FET with 2 grade A and A+ blasts in 2 weeks and I am just struggling to stay positive. I am trying but I guess I just wish there was someone who would tell me that this will work instead of a 40% chance or we will see, or it is looking positive...I am sure you understand what I am saying. I am all for cautious optimism but with so many let downs I wish for a little "un "cautious optimism...Just someone my doc or my mom or friends (anyone other than DH and I) to say "Hey this will work for you" ugh sorry for venting but I was hoping you would understand and also this is my first FET

Annashope...This WILL work for you!!! I have no doubts! 40% odds is fantastic odds compared to my 20% or most people's 30% odds. Even with 20% odds ...I've been pregnant 2x's in 5 months at 42 yrs old with both female and male problems and just so so embryos. Compared to that...your odds are 100%...especially since you have no problems and have 2 perfect embryos, too! You WILL be pregnant and it WILL stick and you WILL be having 1 or 2 babies in August! I'm really really excited for you!!!

Hi Klinger!!!!! I transferred 2 embies. My RE said that with my beta numbers at 125 more than likely it is a singleton but he will know more at the ultrasound scheduled for 11/15.

I was EXTREMELY worried. When you see those negative HPTs, it can make you really down. I'm just thrilled and HOPE my little one stays viable. I know the first trimester can be touchy so I'm just praying my next beta and ultrasound are ok.

Tammy - I can't wait to say I have a BFP !!!! thanks for the welcome. Oh I had a AFC on my first SnS yesterday. Thanks for giving me the acronym!

Amanda - Thanks for keeping track of everyone, that's neat! I go in for my teaching visit on 11/11 and scheduled to start the meds on 11/18 if everything after the SnS goes well. I do go in on the 4th for a procedure where they check for polyps and such. I am not doing a full hysteroscopy.. its the one they do in the office.


afm - I am sitting here at work reading posts. Wondering if I drink too much coffee and if I should switch to decaf. And going to my clinic's patient website where they have all my stuff scheduled and my test results. Interesting Stuff this is !!!!

Great news today 3 for 3 wowza!

AFM - I am wreck, you would think I am on a 2WW or something. I am so scared and anxious and happy and nervous and all mixed in one. I get all teary eyed and amotional right now (I am at work) so many emotions into one. Last IVF I was all happy go lucky and got my ectopic now I am scared to death of a BFN or m/c like we all are - it is just more real now! I hope to get my act together soon!
