Let us know how it goes, I'll be checking up and in.
PS my dh says "good luck" too.

Steph - are you fully bageled? Abort the conference!!! Pull a sickie and go shopping doll! You must sort out your photo - thats an order! how are feeling anyway? You must be tired now? share!

Hola to walsheroo and littles!

OK, sorry a brief one but I am starving.
I'll be back tomorrow for El Jemla's scan result.

Sorry girls, just home, mad rush everywhere today and whacked.

So have 9 follies and 5 nice biggies but hopefully more will grow over the weekend. Am a bit disappointed as there was a better response last cycle but hey, what can i do. Just got to pray they grow and there is an egg in each one. Last cycle we got 8 whoppers and 7 fertilized, dont think i will be so lucky this time but still hanging in there for a miracle

So EC is on Monday and ET on Wednesday.

Picture this, nurse is rushing around, acu is full (with lots of oldies, which made me feel better), Jen with her legs in stirrups (nails and toes done and legs shaved of course), then i'm being the nurses PA and noting down the size of my follies . Had to be seen to be appreciated, must have looked a right dafty.

Ok, going to have tea but will check in later.

Love Jen x

Hi Jens!!!
Bout dern-tootin time you log on! I was about ready to give a shout.. the anticipation was killing me..

Congrats on the follies! The weekend will be a jolt and you will have fabu-lo-so retrieval time!I can't believe you are being retrieved on Monday! and Wednesday is the ET!!! Yowza sweets! You will be knocked up on Wednesday! see... positivity, perky. I hope you have a fun list for the 2ww.. no time for doubts. Something to take your mind off... start Christmas shopping early. that will do it. Anyone else hate Christmas shopping as much as I do? Ughy.. Blah.. Yuk. Hate it. But... first.. grow baby grow them follies!

Loolers- hey good lookin.. what you got cookin? Big day for both the girls on Monday.. you and Jen both! wow! am going to need Demmy for help with the pom-poms.. he looks great in the spankys. He has also prepared the magi bubble.. we are risking nothing with you! As for me.. you ask me to share... oh I'll share... actually I feel good.. no complaints from this complaint department. I think the sleepiness is starting to come back.. which is quite ironic how tired you are and how little you can actually sleep. Pee, toss, turn, pee, toss, turn.... drives hubby insane but he knows better than to complain. My plan is to make him miss as much sleep as I do. In other news... the nursery is complete.. well, except for a bookshelf which we are shopping for tonight. The theme of the room is "there is no theme". I do not like characters or "baby stuff" like bunnies or teddy bears... instead it is an eclectic hodgepodge, but quite fantastic if you ask me! and my baby shower is next weekend. I have, of course, been on my registry every day checking it out and apparently all my family and friends are procrastinators because hardly anything is purchased. ....

Walshy- I demand that you check in! Pronto!
Littles- I will ask for atleast a teaser of an update...

Pinch and a wink

:( Hi girls

Well am feeling a bit low and sad this weekend. Just so disappointed about the number of follies. I feel worried about the quantity of eggs we are going to get and terrified of the 2ww. Wish this hell was over and i was sitting her typing to you all with a bouncing baby on my knee.
Feel so down, that my dh and i are being snippy with each other, which has never happened before. The stress just seems to be taken its toll and the headaches i'm getting don't help.
Anyway a positive thing is that i had my final trigger injection last night and even that was bloody nippy--and that was with the emla.
Am having tea at my mums tonight then home to fast for the big EC tomorrow.
Hope you all feeling better than me. Sorry for venting but i know you all understand what i'm going through.
Catch up later

Love Jen x

Just wanted to wish our Jen HEAPS of luck for the EC tomorrow...
9 follies... it sounds perfect....this weekend has been great and your smaller follies have been growing, growing, growing..you hang in there, Jen.
I can't believe that time has flown by and you're already doing the EC tomorrow... I do know that you have felt every moment of it..

THIS IS YOUR TURN...and I DEMAND that you get up-the-duff...as Lola says... you've worked hard  , now it's time you benefit
You'll soon have your bouncy baby...and you will hopefully still be there to spur me on in... hopefully 2007...not too long

All is crossed for you...

eh? have I been in the tardis? I can't believe your EC is tomorrow! Man! So fast!
So heres the drill muchacha:
CHEER UP! - you have more than enough follies to give you good eggs and fantastic sticky embies that will stay for the duration - you will be pregnant by the time I'm moaning about my old lady oestrogen patches and blossoming by Christmas FACTOID!
BUCKLE UP! - and enjoy imminent drug fueled sedation... when you wake it will be to very good news.
REST UP! - feet up before and after ET, lots of water, milk, organic veggies, folic acid.
Are we clear missie?
Good luck tomorrow babycakes - I'll be thinking of you. And don't worry about the 2ww - I'll be distracting you with copious moaning about my hot flushes and night sweats. xxxxxxx

Steph - I like the sound of "theme? k my sweet a!". Hope you score big at the baby shower. I have to say that these last months of your pregnancy seem to going slowly.... seems like you are 12 months pregnant or something. Does it feel like that to you? Thank you for waking Demmy. His spanky panted ass is what makes the buserelin injections worth it.

Littles glad you popped in and its good that you're so busy. Even if we miss you. Call in soon, sweetcheeks

Walsh? Where to? Hope you're feeling ok.

Well, finalmente! Start down regging tomorrow. Like I did the first time, am heralding this cycle with a choco banana pancake breakfast as it seemed to do the trick (the fallop debacle excepted) preg-wise last year. Also giving up caffeine (goodbye dark beaned friend) and have promised to eat more fruit n veg (eugh). Life is a desert.... Am also working on my distracto-timetable, the gloves are on baby!

OK, so once again good luck to my gal Jemla for tomorrow - will expect FULL debrief when you get back lovely girl.

Love like a cheesy Aerosmith song

Well EC is over and we got 5 eggs. Doc said they looked good and the cells around them were great. Couldn't stop crying after they brought me out from theatre, just wished for more. Just got to hope they all fertilize, they will call us tomorrow before 11am.
Have been in bed all afternoon and my tum is hurting a bit but is bearable.
Thanks for listening and being there for me. Going back to bed now.

Hey Jen!!

Good to hear you are doing well and resting like a good patient!
Hey.. no sweating the number of eggs.. it is quality over quantity honey bunches! Besides, when you are full on preggers with twins you won't be thinking "oh I wish I had 24 embryos left to thaw"............ nope, you have all you need for babyhood and BFP! I am sending over a can of Whoop *ss for you positivity pleasure.. open it up.. it's on me :) In the meantime, rest up.. take Care of you! Keep us in the loopers! I expect updates...

Loolers- well, today is a day for you too schmuffin! Don;t hink I forgot you are starting your trek today! did you enjoy the pancakes then? And oh how I luv to hear that you have given up caffeine! welcome to my world. and just think you will only have to wait ten months until you enjoy a proper cuppa Joe again... he, he, he! Evil laugh. Do tell about the "how to keep my mind off this" list.... let me guess.. you have many things planned like... learning to bellydance.. nah.. too much movement.. um... taking a mime class? a pottery lesson (much like the one from that scene in Ghost) .... let's just say that clay was everywhere! how bout breaking the world record for consecutive hours spent hula hooping..... As for me and this pregnancy... yes it is going at a snails pace.. ever so slowly.. 10 weeks to go.... I am planning to work as long as possible.. better than sitting at home waiting, waiting, waiting..

Littles- good to see ya round.. I would really luv to know what you are so busily studying.. am I the only one that missed that? anyone?

Walshy- get back here!

Does anyone else get the new show Brothers and Sisters? It is no Grey's but it is OK... well, anyhow, the one brother and his wife are trying to have a baby and he just found out he is sterile.. for some reason I like to see shows play this stuff. it is not something that ever happens in tv.. you know, it is always the main character has fun lovin one night and is knockered the next day.... I hope they play it realistically. Right away when the hubby told the wife she was very supportive and saying she doesn't care how she has a baby... you know she is saying that but deep down is she dying inside? it will be interesting to watch.. of course it is tv land so they should be popping out a baby next episode because of some miracle drug!

Well, am off for another conference the next two days.. but if I get lucky again the hotel will have internet access and I can check in on Jen and her magic beans! I will be in the office for the next 2 hours in anyone has any entertaining stories to throw my way.....

Ok, the embryologist has just called and

4 EGGS HAVE FERTILIZED

Feel positive about that and hope they keep developing overnight. He is unsure when my ET will be and has me on standby for tomorrow at 10.30am but feels it will probably be on Thursday. He will call me tomorrow at 9am and let me know.
I prefer 3rd day transfers so they can assess the embies and definately put back the ones that have developed the best. Last time one of the embies they were going to put back in on day 2 looked good but they waited until day 3 and that one didnt survive. So day 3 i say, i hope, then they can pick 2 that have developed the best.

Littles - it was good to hear from you and i'm with Steph, what are you studying? Give us the info please.

Steph - 24 would be good though eh  but hey, i'm happy enough with my 4, just lets pray there is one in there that wants to share our new home with us.

Loops - How you get on with your first day of medication? Are the nerves starting to kick in yet?

Walshy - Where are you bunny, hope your feeling better?

So Lola and Stephanie (Sunday names when i'm annoyed or frustrated), GET THOSE PHOTOS SENT NOW :x

Ok off to chill again, am bored already. Still feel a little uncomfortable and had to start the dreaded pessaries, which i hate, always feel like you have wet yourself
Will pop back tonight
