Dakota I did POAS already.:) I was just checking to make sure the trigger shot was out of my system. It was so I am good. I don't know when I will POAS again. Probably the day before I go in to test. We will see if I can hold out :D Good luck on giving yourself the PIO shots. I don't know if I could. I don't have a problem with DH doing them but I don't know if I am twisty enough to give them myself  Does your doc move you to vaginal suppository after awhile? Mine does if we want. How did you break the good news to your husband?

MzTia Don't give up hope yet. You still have a few days. You might be a late implanter.

Jharris I am tired of bed rest already. I bought a bunch of books but just can't concentrate. I am feeling a little down today but I think that is because of the progesterone.

Adgirl How are you feeling? Any news yet on your 14?

Well, my sides have been achy the last two days. I forgot to ask the doc if he drained my two cysts I had or not. Hope everyone else is doing good.

HopefulIL. I read over and over again that spotting (brown) and cramping are ok. Most often, IVF women in their 1st trimester have them. I dont know if it was all the hormones or the added progestrone? I get woke up around 3am almost every night with cramps.

GL tomorrow on your US and I cant wait to hear how many are in there:)

Just to ease your mind, I would tell your Dr tomorrow at US about the spotting and cramps, but I can bet they say it is normal.

Dakota - How did you end up telling your DH? He must have been so so excited! Are you going for a second beta tomorrow? I loved the story about your DH throwing a fit with the embryologist...I guess we didn't feel as strongly about it as he did! Your story made me laugh...I can just imagine the way our embryologists would have stared at us yesterday! Very comical!

MzTia - Try to stay positive...I think it's great that you're going in prepared for the possibility of a BFN, but don't write it off yet! Praying and hoping for you...

Babygurl - So sorry to hear your beta's aren't producing the numbers you were hoping for. It's totally ok for you to feel sad and want to be alone right now. Let yourself work through this disappointment then get yourself primed for your future success! Thinking of you...

Babyloves - Good luck to you on your IVF cycle! DH and I also took antibiotics at the very beginning of the cycle...I think that is very very normal. Trust in your doc, and use this board to gather great information so you understand what's going on at every stage. It REALLY helps you feel supported and knowledgeable.

Turtles - Hope you are feeling okay! I know this is your time. I'm awfully glad that you and I were both able to come back to cycling on this board where we started...hopefully we will finish off the list with two BFPs!

HopefulinIL - Don't freak out! Sounds AOK to me!!! Almost everyone on this board with a BFP has posted about spotting and cramps...I think it's just fine! Good luck tomorrow...let us know how the u/s goes!

FERT REPORT - Got the call...12 out of the 14 eggs fertilized! DH and I are both so excited! We are planning a 5-day transfer on Saturday. They didn't give me any more info on our embies, but just knowing that they are there is enough! 12! We feel totally comfortable with our lab and know that our embies are in good hands. PUPO, here I come!

Hopeful- I had spotting for 2 days right around week 6- it was dark brown too. I didn't cramp much, but definitely some. I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow and my little one is doing fine. Wishing you well!

Is anyone taking the suppositories? I don't see how they can work when they keep leaking out. They're messy! I'd rather have stayed on the PIO shots. I'm starting to worry!!!

ImBlessed - I have heard VERY often that the progesterone suppositories are very messy and tend to leak. I'm with you...I would definitely prefer the shots (even though I haven't started them yet!). Would your doc let you switch back? It's worth asking...

ImBlessed
I have been using the suppositories since the trigger shot. Tip seems to be to (TMI!) make sure you push it high enough so it is beyond the first soft bit (told you - far tmi!!!!), As long as it stays in for 20 mins you will have absrbed enough progesterone! They are definitely preferable to PIO!!!!

Good luck!

Dakota: amazing! Twins on the way for you I think!!
Queenie: so very sorry. I experienced the high and horrendous low last time....wishing you a BFP next time!

Adsgirl: 12/15 is amazing! Sounds like you might have some frosties for when you want to extend your family again!!

MzTia: Late implantation is common - I really hope things work out for you.

Hopeful illinois: i am sure you will be fine. Spotting and cramping is really common because we are pumping ourselves full of progesterone!

Turtles: Take full advantage of having your own personal slave while you can!

Babyloves: Welcome and good luck!

Babygurl: I am sorry your numbers are not what you hoped for. Remember there are girls on this site who had beta <10 and are now carrying twins!!!

turtles - I'd think your RE would have also drained your cysts, since they pretty much take everything from all follies too. I was a little achy several days after ER and off and on since ET too.

hopeful - I'd defintely call your RE, but it seems several women spot during pregnancy. Good luck!!

MzTia - Keep the PMA, you could have a late implanter and it may be too early to detect on a HPT.

Dakota - OMG, I could never give myself any type of shot! I tried to do even just the Lupron and couldn't...stared at my belly for about 30 minutes trying to work up the nerve, ended up getting DH :) You're my hero...

babyloves - Welcome and good luck on starting stims in July!!

babygurl - I'm sorry to hear your beta is not that high and pray that it starts climbing! Take good care of yourself.

My goodness, I started my last post before heading to a meeting, posted when I got back, and there were so many new posts during that time :)

AdsGirl - Way to go on the FR, that's awesome!!

IMBlessed - I'm actually using the Crinone gel, so not sure if it's exactly like the suppositories. I haven't had an issue yet with it leaking out and I've been using it for 9 days now. Good luck!

I POAS on 6/20 BFN but 6/21 early in the am BFP the next 2 were faint positives. I have to go tomorrow for another beta and I dont feel like going. I want them to do an ultrasound but I think its too early to see anything. They said only if its medically necessary, I think I'm going to have pain tomorrow. I'll make it so. LOL. Thank for all the kind words, You ladies help me alot. I had ER on 6/7 and ET on 6/10.So that would make me 17dpo3dt? Something should be going on in there........

Adsgirl congrats on the 12!!! That is a great number to work with. I know what you mean about POAS. I have already and it is only 2dp3dt!! Well, I was just checking to make sure that the trigger was out of my system. They had me do 2 shots of ovidrel. It is out of my system but we will see how long I hold out for the next time  I to am glad we were able to come back from cysts/low response to bring up the end of this board. Come on BFP's!!!

Neffi - Great beta Woo hoo!!

babygurlsolages - I hope you have a great number that makes up for your slow rise. I will be praying for you.
