Hi Ladies
Thanks for all your messages of support following our BFN last week. We've been away for a lovely break to Cornwall, the first part was a little spoilt by an extremely painful and heavy AF after stopping the progesterone, I thought it would never end! Anyway, just got back, its my birthday tomorrow and we are doing ok. We have a follow up appointment booked for the 20th Nov so will spend the next couple of months being "us" for a while before cracking on with the next go. My mum and dad have very generously offered to pay for the next round so we are really lucky and don't have the financial worry hanging over us.
I hope you are all well. Congrats to those ladies who got their smiley faces this month, and good luck to all those testing too.
Becks & Vickie - I have been thinking of you my September buddies. How are you doing now?
I will be popping back in from time to time to see how you're all getting on.

Good morning

I can't believe that it is really only 1 more sleep now until my test date. I am so excited as with the 2 rounds of IUI I never made it this far with AF arriving when she wasn't wanted. I am still feeling slightly sore today although not quite as bad as last night. By the time I had finished work I was doubled over with the pain and couldn't get comfortable in bed. I very nearly phoned the hospital but decided that even if I was admitted they wouldn't do much until this morning and I would probably get more sleep at home. The good news is I have only got to do the lunch time shift at work today, and we don't have many people booked in. A friend is going to cover for me tonight so I am going out for a meal with DH and his best friend.

Nimble - I know just what you mean about working with DH. Not only do you have all of the IVF hormones to contend with but also all the presures of work.

Ems - Lovely to see you again. I hope that you are well and we will keep an eye out for you during your next cycle

Souris - I hope that you are well and that the suspected AF pains are really pregnancy pains.

Ange - I know just where you are coming from. During the treatment I have been getting up really early every day. It started off wth my scans being at 7.30 am and now my body just wakes up early every day. This isn't a good idea as we work until past midnight every night and by the afternoons I have to crash out on the settee.

Isla - that's wonderful about your wee embie, let's hope he's snuggling in nicely and getting used to his home for the next 9 months.

Becky - you have been quiet Fri and Sat so I guess that means your ferry wasn't cancelled. I hope the wedding went well yesterday we had beautiful weather so I hope it was your way as well.

Nims - How was your weekend in Merthyr?

Ems - am glad you had a nice break. That's really lovely of your mum and dad to pay. Keep that PMA going.

Well I had my scan on Friday and I have 18 follies altogether, although the left are much smaller thatn the right so they are not sure how many they are going to get. But EC is on Tues am so am eally excited now! there was 1 thing I wanted to ask you girls. I had my last dose of menopur last night and I have to take my final dose of suprecur today and my trigger shot is at 9pm this evening. Can I take both at the same time or is best to do them separately? I should've asked in the clinic but I didn't think and they are closed on the weekends.

Good luck with EC. In my case I took my last shot of menopour on a Monday night for EC on Thursday. On Tuesday I had to take my bruseline injection (my down reg one) early in the afternoon on the Tuesday and then the trigger injection at 11pm on the Tuesday night. On Wednesday I had no injections and EC was at 11am on Thursday morning. Another girl who I was cycling with used to do her Bruesline injection in the morning and the menopour at night. She had EC on the same day and did her last Bruseline on the Tuesday morning. I don't think our clinic liked you to do it at the same time as the trigger. I hope that this helps. Have the clinic not given you an emergency number to call? I know we had one.

sorry i was missing yesterday spent a day with hubby..ooo had a great time nice meal ..im back..

i made some changes to the list please let me know what you all think...be honest ... i was thinking..(very dangerous) anyway... i thought as there are so many of us still in cycle we could start the preggie list here then transfer it over once we are done...is that ok? i know we all want to hear about scans and bloods on our mommies in waiting and it gives such hope to us still in cycle too..do you all agree??....
i didnt like the BFN part ... i feel all our lady's who are waiting to get a BFP next time deserve something more than that and i know we all want to know how everything is going if you want to stay with us...if you all agree?
then theres us who are still doing de drugs...

i hope you all like it but if not please say i will change it and please let me know if i forgot anything or anyone...i just noticed we dropped Mia off i was so upset mia im sorry i dont know how i did that ...if you see your missing please let me know and promise its not on purpose at all... love to all .

Good Morning Ladies!!!!

Aunty-- I love the new list idea!! It is fab!! Great job!! I know much time is spent on these lists and you always do a great job. Thanks for your hard work!!! I like the preggie list here, I hate going between the threads, so this makes it simple!! I really like how you did the BFN, I hate seeing thoses with sad smilieys. I like the praying one much better, because that is so true! Ok that is some of my random thoughts for the day, don't get me on a roll or we might all be in trouble.

Hubby just came in from hunting this morning, going to go fix breakfast, will post more later!!!!

Ems - I am ok, been thinking about u too, its hard isn't it! I got my appt through yesterday for my de-breif to discuss out treatment - its on 2nd Oct!! I definately won't be going back to that clinic but think its probably still worth going to see what they say!

My doctor has written a referral for me to go to another clinic in Bristol and i'm getting a bit excited about it now - we're hoping we may b able to start b4 chritmas!! I am going to phone 2moro 2 c if they've received my referral!!

Souris and Angela - its sounding good 4 u both, i'll be keeping my eyes open to see ur BFP's rolling in!

Sorry i haven't really been keeping up much lately, i felt like having a few days off from it all but, i haven't forgotten about any of you - I can't wait 2 see all of ur BFP's rolling in - u'll all be on the other side when i'm going through it next time, what am i gonna do without u all!!

Vickie we understand its hard im so pleased your sticking with us your part of our family now erm thats about 30 stalkers you have christmas is going to get expensive too...LOL...i love that your going to a new clinic ... i have a surgestion when you call to ask if they got your referral papers make sure you mention your cycle and that your keen to start at the clinic there youve heard so many positive things and all that it worked for me i got in my clinic really fast...

wishing you luck and also we arnt leaving any of you (hows that for PMA) although i think jackie will fill my spot should i not get a BFP...

Hi ladies, sorry i haven't been in touch. I've had a nightmare of a time. Well after all the excitement of Thursday's BFP, on Fri I started bleeding. Phoned the clinic and had to go in for a blood test on Sat. I was told to try not to worry and hopefully it wouldn't come to anything. Bloods doubled to 209. Today I have bled for Britain. I feel so sick. We've to go again tomorrow for the blood test again. I can't understand how my bloods doubled when I was bleeding. If they double tomorrow it might be an eptopic!

Oh paula the worry never ends does it we pray so hard for our BFP'S then its something else... i know someone who had severe bleeding post BFP and it was a blood clot next to the baby (actually read more than once of this happening) i hope this is what you have as it doesnt effect the baby at all i know it can seem heavy and it is very worrying.... will say extra prayers tonight that you come through this without an ectopic... please post i will be waiting to hear your doing fine...

you never put a downer on anyone we are here for the good and bad moments lets just hope this is a glitch in an otherwise healthy pregnancy...

so sorry you are going through this...but your not alone

Haylie - weekend in Merthyr was lovely - very quiet, not a lot to do there to be honest, just find the drive to and from on the M4 bit of a drag though.
I had to take my shots with 2hrs apart ie bursuline about 7pm and my trigger shot at 9pm. I'm sure the clinic would have been clear with you if this is the case, mine wrote all down on a sheet for me - perhaps they know I'm bit ditsy sometimes!!

Vickie - hello nice to see you - we have missed you too! Really good news about the referral and you've decided to continue. Do you know anything about the place in Bristol or know anyone? My DH used to live there and his best mates are still there so happy to get him to enquire around for you if it helps??

Good news is, my hormone rages have calmed down. I do have one question and I apologise now if its tmi!! Has anyone after ET had a creamy discharge? Is this normal? Won't go into too much detail for those having dinner about this time!!

Paula - so sorry just seen your post as I have typing this one. Really sorry that you're having a bad time of things. We are here for you and i pray that tomorrow brings some good news for you.

See that you only have 4 more days to go - forgive me for being stupid but what happens after supression check for you? Is it the same as when I was down reg?
